My galaxy S10 screen protector just broke earlier today. Passing through the town of Paramus, I decided to stop by the mall I used to work at. I knew the people at the Repair and Accessory store from my days there. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the protective cover for my phone. I normally don’t buy these from Best Buy or Verizon, but my OCD wasn’t letting me not replace this today! I went to Verizon as they are my cellphone company. The gentleman who helped me, who turned out to be the General Manager, Anthony was amazing. I was immediately struck by the foldable devices that were on display when I walked in. He took his time to answer all questions (even the dumb ones!) and gave me a very informative introduction to the world of foldables! What really blew me away was the customer service. Aside from getting me a great discount on the device (my soon to be new Fold 3!), he saved me money on my cellphone plan, and showed me things I was already paying for but not taking advantage of! (Disney plus, Call filtration, and Verizon Up rewards program). It was a memorable experience. I came for a new protector and left with so much more! Kudos Anthony, Kudos Verizon

Anthony was very helpful. My fiancé broke her phone, didn’t remember ANY of her passwords, and since we have a limited budget we went in the store with a limited selection in mind. Like a magician, he was able to recover her Apple account and get all the old info onto her new phone. She is in love with it!

Absolutely amazing customer service and great team!!! I went through an ultimate nightmare when transitioning from my old phone to my new one, but Anthony and Angie were there every step of the way with me trying to figure it out. Anthony saved the day and was able to properly get my new phone up and running. My family and I will definitely be coming to them for any future needs with Verizon!

I would like to thank Anthony and his staff for the great job on helping us when we upgraded our phones service. I have been a customer at the Verizon for 3 years every year they have different managers, Anthony working with customer service for over two years, now, he is the Manager in the store, where he takes learning from his experience to help Verizon customer grow better with exceptional service.

I have never had an amazing experience the way i did at the Paramus Park Mall Verizon. Angie was super knowledgeable and super nice!! She helped me through all my troubles. She made everything easy. The experience I had with your sales representative Angie was phenomenal. Sense of humor, knowledgeable, smart, paitent, goes over and above for her customers. She made my mother feel so comfortable. I never thought anyone would because she always have separation issues changing to new phones. My wife switched over from ATT last week and let me tell you how happy she was with her decision coming to Verizon Wireless. She came home speaking very highly about your sales rep Angie. She made her feel comfortable and broke down everything my wife needed to know. She was not trying to just upsell my wife instead she made her feel like family and walked her through everything. She did not just sell the phone and send her on her way. She sat down went over the prices, activated her phone, moved over all her information to the new phone, put on her screen protector and helped her out with setting up our Verizon mobile app to make life easier. It does not get any better than this type of customer service. Angie has been unbelievable!! Thank you so much Verizon for hiring such a great hard worker like her!! Keep it up! 5 star from us!

I went on Black Friday and could not be happier. The whole staff was incredibility nice. Anthony helped me and he really took the time to answer all my questions and explain the differences in the phones. He also reviewed our family plan and explained how we could improve our plan and get more bang for our buck. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I came in to get my son air pods. The guy seemed nice, and gave me what I thought was a fair deal. I get home and realize I was sold an open box. Thinking it may have been a mistake, I went back to exchange them for a new pair because I dont want my son using a used pair of headphones. The manager told me it was in fact an open box but they had never been used, and if I wasted to return them there would be a twenty dollar restocking fee. I argued there should be no fee, as I was never told they were opened. He was rude as hell and didnt seem to care whatsoever. This is absolutely insane that a store is allowed to sell used headphones. Things that go in your ears. Dont waste your time here.

When I first walked in to the store, I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed nice at first. He asked, How may I help you? I told him that I was a new Verizon customer, and that there were 2 accounts under my name (not the stores fault). I had the account number and PIN of one of those accounts, in which I provided to this gentleman, and after asking for my license, he said There are many red flags with this account. To what nature of what those red flags meant, I had no idea. He had told me I had a couple of balances, but the balances were paid off, and I owed nothing to Verizon, according to a representative I had called over the phone afterwards. I was never even aware of those balances until the gentleman told me. He tried to kick me out by saying Thank you just before I had a question to ask and I was about to open my mouth for the question. He and his co-worker also advised I go to corporate Verizon store on Route 17 to address the concerns I had.A few minutes later, I called Verizon over the phone regarding the two accounts outside the store. After some time on the phone with the representative, the initial 2016 account was closed, and I only had the newer account under my name remaining. The customer service representative on the phone was very helpful.I walked back to the Paramus Park Mall branch when I was done on the phone with customer service. I had my new account number ready to be given to the salesmen. There were a few customers ahead of me, but after waiting 5 minutes or so, the same gentleman from before spoke initially, and said, Sorry, but after seeing so many red flags on your name/account, theres nothing I can do to help you. You would put a bad name to this company, and I cannot do that. Thank you. Baffled, I said to myself how rude that experience was, and walked away. NEVER AGAIN. I will hopefully cancel my service with Verizon very soon and call it a day!

This is a terrible place. I came in to get information about the new iPhone specials. Alexsis started helping me. He started as a very sweet guy, and was pretty helpful until he got nasty. Once I made known I was not going to buy new phone, he got upset and uncomfortable. I was mentioning a special I saw on apples website for Verizon customers. I wanted to see if I could get the same special in the store. He told me what I saw was for new customer only. He also told me I could get money for trading in my phone I am using now though. Once he saw I was not going to buy he got an attitude. I said I was going to double check details of the special at apple, he told me good luck and have a good day. It was as if he was implying to me to get out. I wanted to ask how long the phone trade special he offered me was going on until, and I couldn’t get the words out befor he cut me off saying have a good day miss. A good way to drive customers away!

A young lady in this location helped me yesterday her name is Samantha shes such an amazing and very helpful Rep!! She knows everything and have an answer for every question!! Jay the manager is the epitome of customer service! We encountered terrible customer service at a nearby Verizon that turned us away when trying to upgrade one of our phones, so luckily we stopped at the Verizon Jay manages and he took the time out to help us the best he could instead of waving us off. He was knowledgeable, friendly and more than welcoming. It felt like visiting a friend! Truly impeccable service.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Store manager (Alexis) lied completely about my bill and incentives provided. Was extremely RUDE. Spoke to Verizon Customer Service and the rep stated that, these stores will say anything to get you in and then the fees come out after your phones is activated Thats EXACTLY whats happened!!!

Very smart staff. They know the answer to every question I had. I don’t trust many sales people in cell phone stores based on my past experiences (I’ve been a victim of fraud by an employee in another Verizon location), but these guys are straight shooters. In a sales world where honesty seems to be rare, you can find plenty of it at the paramus park Verizon store.

(My company pays for my phone through T-Mobile currently) We ended up getting a new iPhone, and were put on to a plan that gave us more internet for LESS money!Anthony was incredibly genuine and helpful, he really went the extra mile for us in making sure we new all the features of my daughters wnew iPhone. The sales staff at the Paramus Mall Verizon store -Anthony, Ali, and Jay- were pleasure to do business with. I spent a considerable amount of time making my purchase, and at no time was I pressured into buying anything.. I had multiple questions concerning the new iPhones and some of Verizons current promotions. I was always treated with the utmost respect, and very much appreciated their sensitivity and patience to all my needs.

My husband & I went to this store because his phone had a cracked screen. He had a galaxy 7. The manager Jay didnt even try to give us an option to fix the phone. He decided to sell us phones and to tell us that we earned 2 jetpacks for only $10 a month. I said no because I didnt want to pay for any extra fees. He said no extra fees just $10. A month. So we did it and the receipt matched.When we get our verizon bill It shows that Jay lied and he didnt waive anything. The bill$167.00 WORTH OF ACTIVATIONS FEES. When i called him he said no I cant waive anything call the1-800 I have customers here and I have waste 5 min already talking with you.Long story short dont trust Jay the manager he is a liar and a crook.

Shop with caution! The manager Jay is totally untrustworthy and a con-man! He told us we would receive a discount for my husband phone which we got months ago, and when we called Customer service to see why we had not received it they told us it was only for new customers!! I went to store to complain and he wanted nothing to do with us! He told us to call the 1-800 number, and basically kicked us out of the store. These guys are total crooks!

Only verizon ive been going to for the last 2+ years, jay has helped me since day 1 but overall the staff (Anthony and Ali) have always been very helpful and give you the best options available. Phenomenal service!

Our contract expired and my father decided to update all our phones so I went along with them to make sure they werent making any rushed decisions and they wouldnt get ripped off. We first were thinking of switching to AT&T because it seemed cheaper. The service was okay there, but we felt that he was just trying to make a sale without really selling us benefits one switching to AT&T after being at Verizon for over 10 years. They wanted us to commit but we didnt like how we would have to get all different services from Direct TV and internet from somewhere else.We decided to then go to Verizon next to shake shack. The girl we got was rushed and had no personality. She was rambling off numbers and didnt care that we seemed confused. She was adding with her on cell phone and didnt show us the breakdowns. We decided we werent sold on her services and werent in a rush and left.Finally, we decided to stop at Paramus Park mall for lunch and then check out the verizon store there. I was a little skeptical but we met a really friendly salesperson named Raj right away. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and broke down all the prices on paper for us, so we can see what hes talking about. He really took the time to make sure we understood. Although, the prices are exactly the same between all verizon stores, its the customer service that differentiates this store from any other. He even took out all the iPhone colors for us to decide. He went above and beyond to make sure we were not just satisfied, but happy customers. This was the best verizon/cellular phone service from a salesperson we have ever received. I highly recommend this place above any other Verizon store. They really give you the time and care you deserve without making you feel bad for it.A bonus nice touch is that they offer you water. I miss customer service like this!

They lied about credits I would receive for my old phone and switching lines - told me $300 for my old phone and $200 for transferring a line to Verizon - I did not receive either, they won’t return phone calls. Stay away from them, they are liars and cheats!
