Experience at first was great the general store manager and associate were very helpful. Walked in 3 days later to change a size and the male manager was super rude. Asked for a fitting room and he made a sound as if getting a fitting room was annoying for him to do. Also had other employees all stand in a circle talking about me and staring right at me because I wanted to exchange a size. Rude customer service.

Pacsun has loads of apparel based on popular California fashions. The carry top brands for both men and women. Good selection of swimwear, ts, dresses, skirts, tanks. hoodies, shoes, hats, sunglasses and accessories. Nicely laid out store. Friendly staff.Affordable prices.

Suprisingly good destination for Cargo Pants. I will be back for more.

Went in 1/24 around 7PM. I didn’t see anyone walking around to ask for help and then i turn around and see three girls at the front of the store (where workers are supposed to be greeting costumers) all whispering to each other and looking everyone up and down as they walk into the store. I asked them for help and one of the girls (black sweater, kinda chubbyish) yelled at me. when i was checking out a girl in a pink sweater (also pretty chubbyish but short) gave me a dirty look. I also saw the manager who was on their phone the whole time. Based on other reviews and people in the area, the store location already has a terrible reputation. Will be looking into higher management.

Waited on line for Fear of God Essentials drop Oct 9 for over 1 hour for them to let 1 group of friends buy up all the sweats, there was nothing left for the other customers who ended up waiting over an hour. Do not come here for hype drops, they are happy to let resellers mass buy and re-sell on stock-x. Go to other locations instead. They do not care about customers at the GSP. Also the managers were allowing one of the tall re-sellers to disrespect the female employee helping him. He comes every drop they say.

I enjoy shopping at this place. They carry a lot of streetwear for both men and women. Lots of shirts, jackets, pants, sneakers, graphic tees, accessories, ect. They seem to always have a new selection every time I visit. Fair prices and they usually have some kind of sale. As long as they have clothes I like, Ill keep shopping here.

Manager has a attitude problem but the female cashier was really nice 👍

Pacsun in Garden Sates Plaza has the worst customer service ever... young girls working there watching you struggle to get a size located on the higher racks that cant be reached! Instead of offering to help you they are chit chatting amongst themselves. Turnoff!! Never again! Thank God Tillys is right across!

Cool Clothes Store!

My friend and I went to PacSun to have an enjoyable shopping experience at the Garden State Plaza Mall and picked out our choices of clothing at Pacsun. However, after we picked out choice of clothing, we went to wait on a very long 15 minute line. Only for us to find out, when we were finally at the front of the register, after we have been waiting for 15 minutes, that they only accepted credit cards and not cash. They did not tell us in advanced and made us wait, 15 minutes on a long line for nothing. To add on to it all, the employees were very rude and passive aggressive and showed no compassion or curtesy, since they did not tell any customers beforehand about their policy. I wasn’t able to pay for any of my clothes, that I loved and wanted very badly, because of their poor communication to their customers. Although I love PacSun clothing in general and the store, I personally wouldn’t recommend going to this specific location because of their poor communication, rude workers, and customer service!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. A WORKER OPENED THE CHANGING ROOM DOOR ON MY FRIEND, SISTER, AND I ON SEPARATE OCCASIONS ON THE SAME DAY WHILE WE WERE CHANGING. THE WORKER AFTERWARDS LAUGHED ABOUT IT WITH A COWORKER OUTSIDE RIGHT OUTSIDE MY DOOR. VERY RUDE WORKERS WHO OBVIOUSLY DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING. ONE OF THEM HAS A SERIOUS ISSUE WITH WANTING TO CATCH PEOPLE CHANGING. DESERVES 0 STARS.

This is a nice store and I absolutely love their clothes. However, the employees working there were absolutely rude. I went to return a few items and they needed proof of ID for a cash exchange. The cashier told me to leave and come bad in a very mean fashion. It was the first store I hit up that day and I have to say, the worst. I’ll stick to ordering online from them.

Always a go-to for me, especially around the holidays the deals are amazing, good quality clothes as well.

I really like some of the anime and retro designs they have for their sweatshirts, and if you catch it on sale then its even better, but the last time I went they were understaffed and it took forever to get the line moving. Also, Ive never heard anyone call this place anything other than PacSun.

Hip store with cool clothes from many different brands, mostly beachwear and surfer/boarder style clothes. However, the atmosphere is not the friendliest, and the vibe is not very welcoming.

I was in there for over an hour looking for help. The cashier ignored me when I asked for assistance with the shoes. Dropped the items I was going to purchase and left. Taking my business elsewhere
