My husband and I have been coming here for the past 2 years and we cant stop. Staff is great,friendly, knows the product and can answer all my questions. They are always good with people and great work ethics. We come here so much they always remember us and are always great.

As a vegan, who only wants cruelty-free products, this is my favorite store! Besides the high quality, great scents and fabulous products, the customer service is extraordinary! I have been back a few times since they re-opened, due to the crisis, and the staff has been kind, helpful, understanding, sympathetic and lovely. My experience there last week was exceptional! (Yes, some products cost more, but they last a long time and save the animals and the planet.)

The coffee face scrub is amazing you will see immediate results when using this product.

I love Lush products because they are organically made from things we can pronounce in the ingredients. V store in Garden State Plaza in particular is fabulous, the staff there is amazing shout out to dentist you are awesome thank you for helping me. Their bath bombs are the only bath bombs I will ever use the ingredients are all healthy and good for your skin and make the water extremely soft. All their Cosmetics are usually edible their lip scrubs are absolutely out of this world amazing. Theyre rubs, lotion, hair shampoo bars, or just fabulous I can go on and on and on. Lush products have been around for a while but are More mainstream now than ever!! so if you havent tried Lush what are you waiting for? Get your booty to Garden State Plaza and go to the Lush Cosmetics shop now!!! get a bath bomb, get too. Try their setting sprays and body Mists try a shampoo bar their prices are reasonable you can get three items for under $25 in a bag how good is that?! See you at Lush! :-)

My favorite store on earth, right now. Love their products. The Happy Hippie shower gel is clean & fresh, makes this hippie very happy. And Rub Rub Rub scrub makes me smell delicious in & out of the tub. And any product Karma makes me intoxicating. So try just some of the products and you to can rejoice along with me.

Been a LUSH customer for close to 20 years. Great products. Staff is solid, generally knowledgeable. Prices have gone up quite a bit over the years but products are still worth it. Although theyre getting pretty close to their price ceiling. 😬

I had the absolute best day at Lush today. Roxy is honestly the best and kindest person ever and made my day. I went in to just look at the new ultraplant and she recommend ultrabland for my skin type and gave me so many samples of different things that can help me with my eczema. Later, my mom walked in and she helped us with all our hair and skin issues while having the best conversation the whole time. Ask for Roxy anytime you go there, you wont regret it. THANK YOU TO ROXY AND EVERYONE WHO WORKS IN THAT LOCATION.

Very friendly staff who provided information on all of their Lush products. They also helped test out the items and explained the benefits of each. One thing I appreciated was that they were not pushy when it came to selling the items.Their Dark Angels face and body scrub is perfect for the face and helps keep skin smooth. Their Charcoal Toothy tabs really help whiten teeth and are great for traveling since you dont have to worry about toothpaste getting all over your clothes.

I have been shopping at Lush for 5+ years and the staff has always been so great and helpful. Last night I went in to grab my usual haul, left to grab a quick bite to eat and in a split second someone had stolen my entire bag :( I was mortified. I went back to Lush and was greeted with a smile and “Back again?” I explained what had happened and told her the soaps I needed again. She gave it to me on the house, this was the kindest thing an associate has ever done for me. Will be shopping here forever. Thank you so much Lush!!!

Such great products and sales people are always helpful and nice

Lush cosmetics online charged me $500 two times for an order that didnt submit. It said my billing address was wrong.and the transaction couldnt go through. How was my billing address wrong if you could still charge me multiple times and not place the single order I asked for? DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE SITE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!! Its going to take days to resolve an issue and itll be a major financial inconvenience right now . Thanks :)

I absolutely love this store! You feel the good energy the moment you walk in. All products are made with love (organic, no chemicals, no animal testing) and for lovely causes (women empowerment, human rights, environment protection). All the ladies who work there are extremely nice and helpful. One of them took the time to walk me through their entire store because it was my 1st time there. Thanks a lot. Ill definitely come back soon to do all my Christmas shopping here. ♡

I LOVE Lush. They have great products, and very friendly staff. Every time I walk in someone greets me and asks me what I need help with. Theyre always willing to show and explain their products and help me find exactly what Im looking for.

A really nice store. The helpers are great and they offer a huge selection of ecofrendly and convientent products. Like shampoo bars and bath inns and body soap. I always come here for when I have to shop for gifts or find something to treat my self with

Associates are very helpful. Be sure to ask for a sample to try something different...youll find a new favorite. Highly reccomend Herbalism face scrub and Breath of Fresh Air face mist.
