Luxury European products which smell absolutely amazing. Even though they are considered “luxury” products the price for their products are moderate. The staff is friendly and attentive and the store smells absolutely amazing and clean. My favorite line is the Happy Buddha. I love how everything in the store is color coordinated.
Love this store! Product is amazing and for a great price point. The store manager Kimberly is very knowledgeable and helpful! Testers are limited right now but we was fantastic at explaining the product. Go visit!

I stopped by this store today and was greeted by sales associate name Denise. First of all, her product knowledge on all products is top notch. She was very friendly and easy to approach. And she had the patience to answer all my annoying questions. (Yes, I am quite picky) I am so glad that I stopped this store today. Although I didnt purchase a lot, I would highly recommend and would most definitely go back in the future. 5 out of 5 star hands dow. Absolutely no doubt about that. Rituals lost me as a customer today! I discovered their products while in Europe last summer and was very excited when they opened the location in GSP last fall. Have shopped there several times, as well as online and in Manhattan. Have always loved their products and recommended it to family, friends as well as people at the gym I attend. Well a couple of months ago I purchased 2 bottles of shower foam, 1 online and 1 in the store. I gave one away as a gift. When I went to use mine the foam would not stop foaming from the bottle and didn’t stop until it was empty. I contacted customer service and received an email stating that I could return it to the store for a replacement. Went today and the manager on duty, Fiaro (?), told me that their return policy had changed and that he would not replace the defective product. Even though I told him that customer service had emailed me and told me to bring it back. He suggested that I send it back to them and let them deal with it. Unhappy with his response I contacted customer service right after and they would no longer be willing to replace it for me either. I am talking about an item that was less than $10!! I did not want my money back. I simply wanted my defective item replaced and they would not honor it. I went in to the store with the intention of buying several other products today, and even seen an eye cream that I was considering purchasing, but instead I refuse to spend money in a store that will not provide good customer service on a defective product. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Love the scent of the store, products are amazing body foams, lotions calming effect and worth every penny. Moderately priced so be prepared and the staff members are always attentive.
