Mac Next door to Sephora has Horrible customer service.. they will literally rush you to pay for products just to get a commission and to help the next customer. I will not be returning to the MAC on the second floor.. I see why Sephora stay busy next door compare to Mac. They giving me great customer service.

Today, I spent so much time on a product that sales person told me it is on sale for 20 dollars. When I am at the counter to pay for it, she says actually it is 35 dollars!! I ask for manager to respect the price they have told me and to respect my time and she said it is not possible!!! I didn’t purchase it but they need to value customers time.

Worst service ever.
