Peggy is the best! She knows exactly what she’s doing at all times. She’s constantly challenging herself to accommodate my ever-changing hair situation. She’s extremely experienced, And I completely trust whatever she does. She’s amazing!!I would highly recommend Peg, and I have, to my friends!

Peggie in the salon is amazingggg! Got my hair cut and also got my hair color done by her. She is so knowledgeable and most importantly, so nice! there was never an awkward moment with her. She listens to what you want and delivers the exact thing you ask for. Definitely get your hair needs done by her you wouldn’t be disappointed! I’m definitely coming back.

Came for a haircut with Peggie. She is so knowledgeable, knows hair inside and out and knows what she is doing! She helped me figure out what i wanted before we started. She was able to tell me how the cut i wanted would look with the thickness and length of my hair. Definitely make an appointment with her!! I loved how my hair turned out and am so grateful to have met her.

Sales help have no idea of what they are selling. If you know what you want, great place to shop. If you need a spf product for a bad head, do your research first.I guess they dont realize men need protection as well.

The salesman Aaron at the Paramus Ulta is the best salesperson Ive ever had. I was looking for an item and not only did he walk around and help me find it but he also suggested gift items and I did need a few gifts for the holiday. I went in to buy a gift item that was in the circular for my beautician and they were out of stock on what I wanted and he went into the back and found me something different that I was able to buy instead. I actually bought more than one gift and some stuff for myself because he was so patient. I felt like I was at a real swanky store and Ive been to Ulta many times in the past and never had that kind of customer service. Hes a hard-working guy. When I walked in he was behind the register unloading a box of all kinds of stuff. I know that their regular people that stock the shelves and do sales do not work on commission and it was nice to know that he was this much of a help without even having anything extra in it for himself. He seemed like someone who generally enjoys his job.

Melissa at the Benefit Brow bar is my new go to for brows. She’s extremely clean, detail oriented, and takes her time. I showed her what my brows used to look like before someone butchered them and she worked her magic. I will definitely recommend to all my friends. Protect thick brows 😉

I was hoping to leave a good review, but I cant. When Im purchasing skincare and hair care products online for pick up, Im paying for products that have not been opened. My order included 2 previously opened products and one was gross with hair stuck to the broken seal. So now Ill be going to the location I frequent to fix this. Not impressed.

I get my brows done by Melissa and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! She’s an amazing brow specialist and makeup artist, I’m finally so happy with my eyebrows and so happy I found her! Ulta is clean, professional and brand new!
