I met a lady that opened a food kiosk here very down to Earth. She ran the business with her sons. There is also a nice gemstone store here. But the mall itself seemed like a work of art. There was amazing sculptures and art everywhere. Someday I will have to do a full tour of this place. I am not a mall person unless it’s outdoor like the Shops of Nanuet. I was looking for a the Microsoft store and my sons new laptop broke but all stores were shutdown.
Westfield is definitely a world class mall. We actually didn’t spend much time, just ran in for a specific store.The things I noticed in the passing thing that I really liked, were the parking lot capacity indicators, the food court outdoor seating options which are actually in the parking garage and gratuitous cell phone charging and sanitizing stations.Will have to come back another time and then I will check out the bathrooms 😜
The mall is only good for the movie theater, otherwise I have no reason to ever come here.However, I caution against going to the theater, recently attended to showing where there was little masking and more coughing and sneezing than I was comfortable with.I asked an attendant about policies and situations like this and a response was a shrug and sorry but we cant help that. I guess had I complained during the movie maybe something could have been done.If I go back to a theatre. Id rather drive out to the Starplex in Ridgefield Park, I feel safer there.
The mall is back to full capacity. I would say that if your still uneasy about Covid please avoid but otherwise its pretty much back to pre-pandemic levels. Since Im not a mall person I only go to the mall for the movie theater otherwise I stay away period.
This mall consistently lies about it’s actual closing time. Most of the stores actually close at 7pm on days it says 9pm. I’ve consistently wasted gas on this trip. Don’t waste yours!
Love them all. Love all the additions to have done in terms of brands and restaurants.What was disappointing was when I went for lunch to CPK on a Saturday afternoon and the host in the front kept yelling guest names so loud that I could hear them all the way to Neiman Marcus. And it was annoying to eat while she kept yellingAnd CPK had most of the servers with the masks below their nose.
I prefer going to smaller shopping centers or the stores individually outside of the big malls. I’ve been to this mall plenty of times & I will say if you’re not going to one of the high end stores or there to causally stroll around, shop randomly & eat food by food court then don’t go here. The stores are smaller which means limited items. I went to buy an outfit for my birthday and just couldn’t find what I was looking for 🥺 that made me upset because I spent over 4 hours at this mall walking around lol. Even my boyfriend who isn’t picky at all couldn’t find what he was looking for. It could just be me that I’m picky but it’s true about the limited items because I went to those stores individually outside of the mall and found what I was looking for.I will go here when I’m just hanging and want a fun casual day with a friend, family or my bf. Not with anything specific in mind, that way I won’t be disappointed lol. Overall tho it’s a beautiful mall, the food court has a good variety, and it has something for everyone.

This mall is huge with a large variety of stores to fit everyones needs. You have higher end stores like Louis Vuitton and Gucci but you also have stores like Foot Locker and Urban Outfitters. The food court is kind of plain and I DONT recommend the falafel place or the poke place, they are both not good. But the other Asian places are tasty and affordable. This is definitely a mall you can go to with your family and just walk around for hours and not get bored!
Great place and clean, a lot of things to do at the mall. I like to collect and get cool things. My go to stores are Fye, hot topic. Real fruit is a awesome drink place to clench that thirst and California kitchen got that nice cauliflower pizza crust which is amazing. Last but not least Tojo kitchen is a great place to eat as well.
I miss the old days! This mall got very huge. Too much to walk around and just enjoy shopping. Used to work at Nordstrom...since they built the new wing, I hardly go there unless I cant find something elsewhere. Just way too big for me....signed Groovy Grandma✌
This Mall beats every other mall in New Jersey. Provides stores from Small boutiques to high end branded stores. So many more stores to go to. The food court is always packed but they offer many food choices. Resting spots are throughout the mall which is convenient for when you need a break. Coffee shops here are worth trying out!
Please dont get me wrong, I am only giving one start to AMC movie theatre. 5 starts to this mall. I lost my kid in the AMC movie and I was panicking and desperate, I looked for help, but one of the staff said to the other staff, there are lot of people, and we need to take care of them. Excuse me, my son was lost in your theatre and you need to check peoples tickets to get business moving???? they sent someone to help me eventually and I found my son myself. But I will never go back to their theatre - so cold hearted!
I was here during Labor Day. This mall is one of my favorite malls in the state. There are a number of high end stores and food options. The mall practices good Covid-19 health procedures like limiting the number of foot traffic in stores.The parking garage has LED light indicators that tell you what parking spots are occupied and what spots are available. Every mall should have this!I highly recommend checking out this mall when in the area.
One of the top and best malls in NJ. Excellent variety of stores (various from bookstores to clothing most of major retailers), restaurants, meeting friends, movies, excellent parking, amenities and what not. You won’t regret. Accessible to i80 and route 17 and route 4. Best place to spend a weekend evening or afternoon or during cold days.

Pretty great place to go see a movie very clean
Went to the Dino Safari. The location on Google was wrong. Its a 6 min drive away. Kids had fun but the adults thought it could have been better. (More dinosaurs, it was cool how the stomach was moving for a breathing effect but mobility, sound and mechanical engineering could have been way better. Guess I was expecting a Disney product. Even the ToysR Us that was in times square had a better dinosaur. I guess they didnt want it to be scary but its a dinosaur they are naturally scary. Even the herbivore. Imagine being stepped on by a Brachiosaurus. A giraffe eats plants but Ive seen them charge after a tour Jeep. 🤷🏾♀️
Garden State Plaza is great to go to during the week. It is extremely crowded during the weekend. They have a great selection of stores and restaurants. You can find anything you are interested in at this mall. I still enjoy going here I just avoid it during the weekends.
GREAT MALL, excellent selection of items, happy they are still active and open. Great experience with friends and brings back high school memories.

Big and a variety of shops to check out. The food court is great too and fairly maintained. It’s where I go most of the times to meet with friends.
Went to the Viva la vengeance zombie vr experience. It was amazing.. a bit short but really fun experience
The mall was great. But.....@ifixandrepair I paid $100 to fix the back of my iPhone. They fixed that. However after 10mins my phone started restarting continuously. I approached the staffmember working at that moment and he told me to update my phone. The phone was already updated. He had no solution for the problem. This happen at the Garden state plaza in New Jersey.

Crowded, filled with many undesirables. I wont let my Teenage Daughter go there without Parental supervision......Be careful as well while Holiday shopping, many SCUMBAGS looking to steal or Carjack.....1 word: PEPPERSPRAY.
I love this mall. It got many good stores for everyone to shop there. It is one of the best in North Jersey. The only draw back is the blue law that close most stores on Sunday.

1st time visiting this mall and I loved it! So much to shop and it was very clean. Unfortunately it was so big we couldn’t finish it in one trip so we’ll definitely be back
Like every Mall in the good old USA. This is a great place to shop, while a away time delightfully window shopping and get great fashion ideas.
Beautiful mall with lots of great stores. The place was large and clean with a great aesthetic. The food court was very impressive and beautiful with small terrarium gardens on every table. The indoor ice cream truck is a great touch as well. My only complaint was not enough stairs to change between levels.
Nice mall. It was filled with a lot of people shopping, and what looked like a lot of young people off from school, just going to the stores and the food court and having a good time. It is nice to see people out again, and the mall is a good venue for this.

I went to the movies and I am disabled. I would have liked to have been able to use a scooter or something of that nature to be able to get around. I liked the theater a lot.
Your one stop shop for everything! Grand and clean with everything you’re looking for! Spacious food court, a wide selection of stores with so much to choose from. While you’re there, you gotta check out the Nuts Factory located at first floor opposite Macy’s! I was truly amazed by this store and how they roast all their nuts fresh on the spot!!!!
Mall is open and in full swing. It was nice to walk around and the shop. The small is huge, best advice make sure you know where you parked your car. 😃
They have TOYS R US!!!!!!!!Yes this place is so nice and they have a toys r us I almost cried I was so happy! So its not a full packed toys r us its more of a experience and they still had good stuff there to buy. Check my pics I tried to get the whole store its very nice inside. Other than that the rest of the mall is excellent good stores and a very good food court with some Chick-fil-A some jerk chicken spot and others. Clean mall and they had a ton of cops fully armed I felt safe when I was shopping. Would recommend 5 stars great shopping experience.
The stores feel forced... most of the old things, like Potato Corner, Muji, Alpaca store, Zinburger shut down. There are some patterns as to which lack an audience and switch store occupation... but when noticing that the only thriving establishments are food places near entrances (e.g. California Pizza Kitchen), I cant help but feel sad. I don’t want to just go to this mall in Paramus for Gong Cha. 😔
Beautiful mall, has everything you need, easy to get around the mall as well as entering the mall and finding parking. We like the stores they have.
I came in and had such a great experience with Danielle. She is heaven sent and read my face when she saw that the person who was doing my hair was not doing a great job. I have curly hair and know that it can be quite a handle. She knew exactly what to do and fixed the issue right then.
Love this mall. They have shake shack there. Along with luxury retail and mass market. Now it’s the only mall I want to go to.
Shopping mall is clean and sanitized. Staff were taking precautions and sterilizing escalators and elevator. Very nice mall with tons of stores, not many vacancies. Construction on one of the wings were properly closed off, and plenty of sanitizing stations throughout the mall.
Love being here, theres pretty much everything youre looking for.
Beautiful mall. Visited kiosk, Baked by Melissa. The mall is very clean. Great place for walking exercise prior to stores opening. Parking garage was so conveniently located close to mall entrance.
Still one of the most famous and popular malls in the area. Its large, perhaps too large, but still highly visited and loved. You need to visit a store, this mall has it all (sort of).

This mall is pretty much dead NONE OF THE HANDICAP BUTTONS WORK SO IMAGINE BEING ON A WHEEL CHAIR ?? THIS IS ON ALL ENTRANCES IM MAINLY COMPLAIN ING ABOUT THE BACK OF THE MALL ! the crowd that comes here is not WHAT IT USED TO BE ITS WAY MORE CASUAL most stores are closed and everything is extremely limited its not what it once was ... Im pretty sure itll become an outlet soon or a complete shutdown
Nice mall. Very difficult to park. Bathroom moderately clean. Crowded on Friday and weekend. Excellent food center with a lot of choices.

This visit was a pleasure. Parked near an entrance, not too crowded inside. Was able to get to the shops I needed and get what I had to in reasonable time. Most people still wearing masks and still necessary to enter the stores.

Probably the most popular mall in NJ will the biggest assortment of stores and eateries. Hate the parking… it’s been around many many years and the parking lot is evidence of that. The spots are directional and allow only one car in the lane.The parking lot is the only negative about this mall.
Today I decided to get on the bus and visit this great place even though its an enormous place and if your not focus you get lost but I love the foodcourt I always stop here for some ice cream my favorite vanilla and bath and body works the gift sets are great love all the fragrances...

Have been coming to this mall since I was a kid. Born n raised in Rochelle Park i lived 2 blocks away. When I moved upstate id always go visit my grandma on weekends n we always went here n when I graduated college n moved back to NJ n moved back to my grams house where I was born n raised n got a job here st American Eagle Outfitters. I even worked at the restaurants. Still love this mall n now my kids love it too n I love how much bigger it got n more stores, all the best stores in one place.Great mall, clean etc

I cant say much about this place as I visited only once for a Dinosaur Safari experience with my Son. The adventure had potential was lost the value with concept not properly fleshed out. It was basically a driving course with animatronic dinosaurs. The merchandise was limited and highly overpriced.

Personally, I am not a fan of malls, but Garden State is fairly easy to navigate and allows for quick visits (In and Out). Good selection at the Food Court.
A tremendous mall!! PLENTY of stores for you to find anything and everything you may want or need. Large selection of quality restaurants to choose from as well. If looking for a quick bite, the food court has a large selection of choices you can pick from.
I went to Macys to return two dresses for my wife. The line was short and the cashier was great. The two turn ins went well and the pick up was even faster.

CHRISTINA service counter, wasnt very helpful. I was trying to send money transfer to my mother for medical reasons.only because my father was going to pick it up for her on her behalf Christina denied my transaction.. starting to think it was for other reasons since I look different..
This review is for Toys and beyond store is way over priced beware $50 more for Pokémon products that I litterly just looked up online and it was $49 lol … $5 to $7 over priced on other. Shame on them, and will be telling others the same.

This mall looks good and had many brands forever21,NYX cosmetics,Macy’s,bathandbodyworks...etc new Toysrus store was amazing with a new look my 5 yr son enjoyed in that store.There is a play area for kids near the food court in the ground floor.You can go watch a movie at AMCtheatres have food in the food court and do the shopping and kids can ply for free too in the play area.Good place for the family to have fun indoors.
Beautiful mall. Perhaps the most beautiful in New Jersey. Great place to take the day and walk while enjoying the fresh modern atmosphere with all the stores to shop from.
Great mall just has about everything parking is a challenge lots of space but lots of cars
Not a bad mall the only issue is parking it gets hard to find a parking spot. It is a little tuff when you have kids with you.
