The staff at Ivans is friendly, not overbearing and super helpful. The delivery guys were also great. Made sure we were happy with the placement of our furniture before they left. Great experience!

We had just bought furniture from another business and it was such a hassle and took forever. The next day we bought a refrigerator from Ivan Smith. It was the best experience ever! The man at the store was so knowledgeable and friendly. My only negative experience was when the delivery guys came out. We paid extra to have it delivered and set up. My husband got home and the ice and water in the door wouldnt work. Come to find out, they didnt hook it up. Other than that, it was a very good experience!

Prices were better than Ashley’s, everyone was super nice and helpful, the best delivery ever! Our delivery time was on a Tuesday from 2-5 and the delivery truck pulled up at 1:50, so awesome that we weren’t waiting around all day and the guys were just as kind and courteous as the guys in the store! Definitely will return when we need new furniture.

There were a ton of options to choose from at different price ranges so they have something for most everyone. The sales people werent pushy, nor did they follow us around place to place which is great for me because I get anxious when Im being watched and end up choosing something as quickly as possible to get away - which usually isnt the best choice for me. Though when we first went in they did show us a few different good options before leaving us to our own devices.We havent had our new couch delivered yet so I dont know how well that aspect is yet. But I imagine they should be just as good as the store itself.

I went in to buy furniture and they told me they where having a big sale in about 5 weeks and it would save me around $300 on what I was looking at, so I waited. The day before the sale I went in and all the prices were raised I was very disappointed. IT went to only a $100 savings but they matched the old prices with the added sale discount and came in at my budgetted price. They are amazing!!! I love my new furniture!!
