I went in to help my sister buy her appliances and ended up buying a refrigerator for myself. Josh is the nicest most professional owner/sales person I have EVER encountered. Accommodating and knowledgeable about his products. Everyone there was nice and friendly trying to help. I will definitely be going back. Folks, check out Sears to compare prices and service as it is worth the effort. No I am not related.

I recently purchased 3 appliances for my new home and LOVED dealing with Josh. Josh was so very helpful and went above and beyond. I really had no intention of buying from Sears but his customer service is why I ended up buying from Sears. However, I have needed some help with one of the appliances recently and have contacted the store 2 times and spoke with CHAD. He was very unprofessional and ended up hanging up on me while I was just wanting to leave a message for the owner to contact me. I tried calling back several times after getting disconnected but no one would answer the phone.

Not very well kept peoples attitudes were sad no one wanted to help us. Will not be back

This is the most unprofessional sears ive ever done business with. No one in the store knows what to do to help you. They open at 9-5. Its never open on time. I enjoy using the hometown store but I suggest going to another one. This one is horribly managed and very unprofessional.

I am enjoying my new Fridgidaire Gallery refrigerator! Originally I purchased a Whirlpool and within first month the freezer froze up so I called local store here and at first they sent me straight to Whirlpool to fix problem. That entailed me talking to a woman that was troubleshooting. None of her ideas worked as I have same manual she read from. I was determined I wasn’t gonna be stuck with a non working fridge so I called back and talked to Josh, the mgr of Sears here locally. I explained the situation and said at this point, I just wanted a replacement as I was in the 30 day range of returns. So picked out replacement, and once again the $70 delivery fee was an issue. I explained you are coming to pick up one doesn’t work, so no I won’t pay delivery fee. Luckily I didn’t have to but not without negotiating first. Customer is right in this as I shouldn’t be out any $ for non working fridge.

I recently was unfortunately forced to purchase a new refrigerator due to my old one finally going out. Ive always bought Kenmore products before so I was pleased to find a Sears in Paris, Tn. The staff there was very knowledgeable and friendly. I havent been into a Sears in years and was happy to see the customer service remained as good as ever.

When Josh learned that I was desperate for a replacement freezer (found my old one not freezing with the temp in the 20s) he delivered it himself within 30 minutes! The Big Box stores cant compete with this Hometown store service.
