Drove 40 mins to get the part no one informed me of a core charge till I was at check out. I feel its an Important detail when you pay $60 for a rebuild part and the deposit is $80 for a core??? Not everyone knows the common core charges. If they could have communicated this I could have brought the part with me instead of going back waisting another 80 minute round trip drive and $40 in diesel. They did offer a new one cheaper with out the deposit. Not about the money just bad customer service. Left and Went right down the road paid less for a new one than I would have at this store. Star for having the part I needed.

Its the early days of the coronapocalypse and Ive got to get to work but Ive got a dead battery. Because of course my car dies during the coronapocalypse. A neighbor jumped started me and I called Napa. Jamie answered and told me to come to them so he could find me the right battery (my car model came with a wide variety depending on the mood of the assembly line, apparently). When I got there, they found me the proper battery and ACTUALLY CHANGED MY CAR BATTERY. Im forever grateful to these guys for their service and will definitely be back to Napa next time I need to buy car stuff. Thank you, gentlemen, for getting me back on the road!
