After a very unacceptable experience with the service dept with my 2020 Colorado (under 6k miles) I called Chevy Cust Service who reached out to dealership. Service manager called me and tried to chastise me for calling Chevy Corporate, yelling at me that I was lucky he doesn’t cancel my powertrain warranty for getting my oil changed and a non Chevy filter being used (Chevy Corp laughed at this, promising to reinstate it if he did). After this phone call, with the level of arrogance, unprofessionalism and horrible customer service from the Service Mgr, I would rather make payments on a Chevy bought in Murray before I would accept a free vehicle from Peppers.
