Worst place to ever take a truck to get fixed schedule an appointment at 8:00 in the morning for a 3-hour job quoted by them and now theyre keeping it for an extra day its amazing how 3 hours turn into two days wont ever take nothing back there again

Im somewhat new to the area and someone recommended them and spoke very highly of the owners and the business they run. I went there to get some minor maintenence done and I knew right away the recommendation was warranted. They treat the customer with the upmost respect and are honest with their diagnosis and the work they do to fix something. Its a great car maintenance business. I continue to go there and trust them with my vehicle!

I was at the center in Paris on 5/21 and had them replace a trailer tire and also had them replace my spare tires as well which was holding air, but was dry rotted. The service was okay, and I would have given a higher rating. However, less than 2 days after getting 2 new tires on trailer rims I noticed that my spare tire was practically flat. And after applying water to the entire tire I discovered it was leaking from around the new valve stem. So I can only guess that whoever at Triple T put the tires on cut a corner and didnt make sure the entire tire wasnt leaking before giving me the tires back. The rim and the old valve stem wasnt leaking before I gave them that particular tire. I thought Id be able to resolve the issue before leaving town. especially as I discovered the issue on Friday after 5 pm. Alas, they arent even open Saturday mornings, guess Ill have my tire guys back home fix their mistake on these great American made tires. I kind of wonder if the valve stems are made in America.... Not terribly impressed, 1 out of 2 tires is 50%. So fail in my opinion.

Always try to work you in on spur of moment. Always nice and pleasant folks. Do a good job. No complaints on their work. Seem a little pricey to me. But as a consumer, it is my job to complain about prices. But if I was the one doing the work myself, I would want to be paid appropriately for my work also.

As far as tire shops go and with this being my first visit I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the showroom. Staff was very accommodating and friendly, very helpful in choosing the right tire. This as easily become my come to tire location.

Jeff made sure we knew what was being done to the vehicle and kept us up to date on the progress of the job. This is our first time here for an oil change and tire rotation and will certainly return. These guys are great!! Every time my husband or I need our vehicles taken care of the guys at Triple T do a outstanding job. I recently had low tire pressure and end up with a flat, I call the shop and explained the situation and they had my tires worked on within 30 minutes.

Here again! With to littles laughing and carrying on.How do those working here handle that? Complete understanding and utter patience! Plus, I know these fellas are doing upstanding work to our van just currently.I dont know what we would do without such a nice tire shop in Paris! I recommend these folks infinitely over all!

Im very impressed with the high customer service at the Paris, TN location. I had my vehicle in for front end alignment. There were issues found on front tires, this was shown to me as well, so I understood the problem. Everyone was great, sitting area was clean and so was the restroom. I know Ill be a faithful customer at this location.

The staff is very friendly and they took my car back to work on it as soon as I walked in the door. The inside is very clean and they offered coffee and a place to sit and watch TV while I waited for my car. I will definitely be coming back here anytime I need my car worked on. Awesome service!

They are very polite, and so far as I can tell they do a great job at what they do. That being said, they have a sign in their lobby that says you get a 5$ discount for reviewing them on Google. OK, no a big deal, but the person at the cash register really pressures you to give them a good rating, and you must show them your rating to get the discount. Cmon guys.

We came to but a battery. They checked the battery to make sure I needed one. My back window wiper was damaged, they replaced it. Then we got the best deal on tires. Comfortable leather sofas to sit on big flat screen with remote Keurig coffee cups. Way to go . Love it !!!

A+++ Definitely worth the 5 stars. Without them I wouldnt have tires on my vehicle and was probably heading for a serious wreck on the highway. They found and repaired some major problems with my front end. They also help you finance if you dont have the money to pay right then. I had a screw in my front tire after leaving work on a Saturday morning. I got here about 10 mins to 8am which is there open time. They were excellent at helping me with an emergency repair. They didnt even think about it being b4 8. They started on my vehicle to get me back on the road. Bobby was polite and eager to help in my situtation. I will come back if ever have problems in Henry county.
