Randy and the gang are great folks. They have parts or can order parts for you. Also has a good selection of chrome plus LED lights.

I was simply looking for a reliable shop in the Paris area to service the trucks we use to deliver for a major retailer. We use idealease trucks, anyone that works with idealease knows they get paid easily and immediately. Why any shop refuses to work with idealease is beyond me, they must not need the money. We have several peices of equipment including 2 trucks. Randy immediately refused to work with idealease and was rude and short with me when like I said Im simply looking for a shop to service our equipment. Unbelievably bad customer service, first and last time Ill ever deal with Sansom in Paris.

I purchased a starter from the sulphur springs location less than 2 months ago put it on my big truck myself with the help of a friend, was out in the road last week the starter went out called for the warranty and was told to bring the starter back they not only refused to refund me the money but told me that the person who installed the starter must have swapped it on me ???!??! What!!!! Why would I swap the starter out to screw myself????? I will be contacting the better business people this is unacceptable business I will never again do business with people who would cheat me and then tell me I cheated myself!!!!!!!! Shame on you !!!!!! BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!
