Had a friends car for almost two months. Was charged for a oil pump that wasnt changed and was told needed buy new engine. Took to another shop and had fixed right. BEWARE!!

Even tho it (the cat) was there a few days it came back with a quick fix that wasunderstandable about there needing to be a recall but one of the problems with the A/C was not addressed. I dont if it was not told but the very mext day it was 93 and got into it and the fan motor to the a/c stopped working. It just did not come on at all. When it was spoken abt the client decided it was mot worth it need cause no telling how long she would be without a car again. But the receptionist was very knowledgeable about what they did do and she had a plan of action. Plus an overall opinion which was helpful. The car in question is an 13 Equinox

I am from Virginia and was in Paris, TN housesitting for a friend when my Volvo SUV developed a serious oil leak that affected my drive shaft. I was looking for a shop to do my clutch, and they were the only shop in Paris that had a Flywheel machine to turn my flywheel. They sat down with me and did the math and told me my estimate, which was not what any other shop in town did.

After a $2,000.00 bill my car still didnt run right. My # 4 Cylinder Coil Pack Pigtail was plugged into my LH O2 Sensor. Twenty other discrepancies found. Sad......

So Eastside has done good by me . Jimmy the mechanic had found an issue on my truck . I had my back brakes done at a previous shop they put new brakes on, Weeeell !!! The adjuster(s) where put on upside down or backwards cant remember what he said But regardless that S**t makes me Mad I paid good money Ya know !
