Our car just stopped working and the team here did a they could to help my fiancee out on this hot day with our 2 year old with us. These guys are truly amazing to go above and beyond their duties and help as much as they did means sooo much to us.

These guys saved my butt. I had a flat on my horse trailer & when we tried to air it up the tire wasnt any good. Luckily they had one trailer tire left in stock. They changed it right then & there for me. I waa back on road headed home to Philadelphia in no time! Thanks guys!!

Very helpful. Price for a rear brake change and a new rotor on a Cadillac CTS, seemed a bit excessive but they did good work. Asked about transmission work and the guy at the counter said I should go somewhere else, because he believes the young mechanics are too inexperienced to be able to do the job. So thats a plus for honesty.

Had a tire on my trailer blow out and the guys there took great care of me. The service was quick and affordable. If you are ever in Paris Kentucky and need a tire or automotive work done check these guys out, you wont be disappointed.

Ive been taking my vehicle here for a while, and will continue to because the customer service is great. Eddie is personable, friendly, remembers the regulars, and something that is important to me - he (as well as the other wonderful employees there) doesnt make me feel like a silly female when Im describing what my car problems are, or I dont know the answers to his questions. Great service and staff all around.

I ended up with a nail in my back tire last night. I went into Tire Discounters this morning and they were able to get me right in. Despite being unable to repair my tire they were able to get a new one mounted within a matter of minutes. Excellent service.

Tire Discounters has alway been kind, professional and respectful of my time. They have done a good job with my vehicle. I like that I can drive up to the first bay and they’ll put air in my tires. The only negative is not being able to write a check for purchases.

Never again will I take my car to the Paris Ky location. Drop my car off to do a Oil change, go to pick it up and they charged me some extra fees that shouldnt had been added. The Oil change was 49.99 plus taxes which should have came to 53.00 not 58.00.

I know Paris is a small town but I don’t recommend this place at all! If I could give them a zero star I would. My husband and dad just picked my car up from getting new tires put on it. They wanted to charge us $50 for stripping a stud to have it replaced, in which they stripped the stud themselves! My husband and dad declined the offer and went to auto zone and got everything they needed for $5. BYE Tire discount, you will never have our business again.

I went in with a problem on my mini van. They tooook my car back right away and got it back to me quickly. The gentlemen were very kind.

While traveling through KY, my vehicle hydroplaned off the road and I ran down into a ravine. My front tire came off the rim. After receiving roadside assistance to place the spare. I went to Tire Discounters on a recommendation of a business associate from the area. I was surprised that they stayed open until 7:00 pm which was nice since I didn’t arrive until 4:30 pm on a Friday evening. I asked if they could check my tire and rim and place the original back on my vehicle. Worried about the front end being out of alignment, I also asked to have that checked as well. There were several customers ahead of me so I knew I would be there a while. The main guy there in a red hat said don’t worry we will take care of it. It was 8:00 pm by the time they finished with my car. When they pulled it around, I paid and went to leave. When I started to back out of the parking space, turning my steering wheel sharp to the right the front left tire was rubbing the fender. This had never happened before and was not happening when I took it in. I also noticed that the low air pressure sensor light was still on. I went back in and let them know of the issues. They had me pull it back into the shop and lifted it again to see what was happening. The guy in the red hat (I wish I had knew his name) was very patient and took about 30 minutes trying to figure out what was causing the rubbing. He shared with me the document that showed everything was lined up as specked, but continued to still try to figure out the issue. At about 8:30, I said I would bring it back the next day so that they could get home. Again, it was Friday night 1.5 hours after they should be closed. When I brought my vehicle back on Saturday, the same guy came right out asked for me keys and said we will get this figured out! After about 2 hours they had fixed the alignment issue, removed gravel from the bead from one of the other tires, and replaced the pressure sensor on the original tire that was causing the sensor light issue. Honestly, it drives better now than when I bought it brand new less than 2 years ago! I drive a lot for my job and depend on my vehicle being dependable and safe. The time taken to make sure that everything was done right meant a lot to me! Yes, I did have to wait about 5 hours over the 2 days to get it fixed, but I didn’t mind because I had confidence that it was being done right. I don’t currently live in Paris, KY or anywhere in KY for that matter, but if I did, this would be where I would take my cars for everything! Great job “Red Hat Guy” and thank you!

Today, 9/12/2019 I received the worst service ever. when I dropped my vehicle I specifically said Please balance and rotate my tires. No one touched my car for 3 hours. I understand it was a small line of people ahead of me. Even though at the same time I can see employees on the floor playing with their cellphone and talking to their friends who clearly dont work there. After 3 hours of waiting my vehicle finally go up in the air, time is 6:30 ( shop close at 7pm).25 min later my vehicle pulled upfront. On my question if my tires balanced and rotated, assistant manager told me they run out of time and I have to come back different day for tire balancing. Maybe he wants me to come back and spend another half of day, So disappointed. I always try to give business to local community businesses, but today, those guys in the office and in the shop simply did a BAD job in my opinion. I have 3 vehicles I take here. What happened to customer service?

These folks have always taken good care of our vehicles. However. Do not try to make an appointment. They dont make them. But, be prepared to wait, even if you are first in line...because someone with appointment will trump you...even though they have said for the 3 years weve been taking vehicles there that they dont make them. 😳 Ill be taking my cars and trucks to a non corporate, mom and pop shop where they care about their customers. Shop local, support local!

I was on my way to work and my low tire light came on. It was 730 am so I pulled into the lot and an employee was at the vending machine outside and I ask him if they was open . His response was, ”No but how can I help you? “ I told him I needed air and he went ahead and did it for me!!! Thank you so much Ed!! There is still kind people in the world and I know where my tire needs will go from now on!!!

As a former Service Manager with TD I know the expectations. I was promptly waited upon, staff very friendly and I was kept up to date on status of service. They didn’t have the tires my girlfriend reserved and was promised....then of course nothing was available except an up sell. The woman at the next counter experienced the same thing and the same up sell. Also the Governor just made masks mandatory for customers yet employee Andrew did not have his nose covered the entire time I was there. Poor service and poor health practices....this virus is serious....stop endangering others.

I had a great experience at this Tire Discounters located in Paris, KY. The customer service was great. Bill Bussell was who I spoke to and he was able to locate 2 tires I needed and get them there in the same day. Outstanding job.

I called a few places for quotes, but the amazing reviews for this store sealed the deal -- and Kevin was able to order, receive and install my new tires on the same day! He and Lisa were informative and professional, and made the process fast and easy. (They also checked my alternator and starter, and replaced my battery during the visit.) Thanks to Bill for the original quote (evidently they let him take vacation every now and then lol), and to Kevin for getting exactly the tires I wanted for my FJ Cruiser. It drives like a new truck. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
