Upgraded my phone online and received email confirmation...next day received email stating order canceled due to unable to verify some information...contacted cust.svc.who could not figure out why order canceled..said I had to wait two days and try again or go to store...tried to call store 5 times and no answer..only recording stating memory full..enter remote access code...what???? Why dont they have a recording saying we are busy..leave a number and we will contact you..would be more professional..also online staff cannot do any ordering..its either you online or you go to the store...good luck if you dont have a store in your town...

The location could be better but the staff was great. I had to swap my phone out for a defective one i had. They didnt try to hustle a expensive phone on me like other locations. When i picked my phone they helped me pick out a case and put it on and put a screen protector on as well. The manager transfered all my contacts for me free of charge and showed me and my husband how to do it as well. They also answered some questions my hubby had about other items.

This is the worst place to go to get service. The young man that was helping us couldnt figure out what to do and was more worried about going on his lunch break. Him and the young lady kept going in the back together while we were there. Then when he finally decided to use the tech support i saw him close out the screen after they said to call them, and he walked away without saying anything and left the other young man that just got there from his lunch break to help us. We spent over two hours in this store tonget new service on 2 lines. Rediculous.

Got there at 5:40 to pay bill, Waited outside 20 minutes just to get told at 6 were closed for the day.

This Cricket store’s next to my favorite spot in Williamsburg Shopping Center ↝ Garibaldi’s. Going in the other phone-shops was like entering a “Wake” thru the back door. Not this store, full of customers being helped, or talking about their own cellular issues - a touch of disorder (alive), but clean & accessible.☏ Cricket Wireless was my 2nd phone-shop stop.☏ They use the AT&T Mobile Network.☏ In May 2018 ↝ T-Mobiles still less monthly & wouldnt have to get a new phone. Think I’ll stay w/T-Mobile.

Best WiFi ever great phone two upon this cloudy day.

The guy forgot to put the protection plan on my device. I called 611 and the store manager and no one was able to do anything about it. I would have not cared if it was a cheap phone, but this phone cost me 1,000. This is a really crappy service provider that doesnt care about their customers.

Girl that helped Me was very good but the fee I had to pay today was uncalled for I need my billing date changed to be due on the third of each month I had to pay twenty dollars today and still did not get the billing date changed and that is so unfair
