Dont waste your time going to other places. Good selection, good prices, and excellent staff. Johnny is as good as they come. He is friendly, funny, laid back, super nice, and extremely knowledgeable. Great guy to work with. My wife and I met with him for over an hour this past weekend while looking for a new modular home. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. He is not pushy in the least, gives you time to look around, and welcomes any questions that you might have. Keep up the good work Johnny. The place is amazing. Im not sure what happened with the others that gave such bad reviews, but our experience was wonderful. We searched for a place that sold modular homes for a long time, a year or more, before we found Arrowhead. We even went out of state searching. Arrowhead was the only place that we found that was honest, blunt, serious, friendly, provided quality customer service and treated us like people rather than a number. I realize I only gave 4 stars but its nothing to do with the service we received when we purchased our home nor timeliness. We were fed up with looking and searching and made sure Tom knew that when we first sat down. He was great, gave us time to look, and didnt pester us. If you want to be treated with respect, I highly recommend this place.

Beware Beware do not do not I mean do not buy from this place once you sign those papers they will give you the run around the salesman Tom is the worst please dont deal with him even some of the workers was out on job site complaining about him please stay away from him he is full of lies Then you got Mike who is lost about everything he gives you the first lie that comes to mind I got a brand new home falling apart its been a month still nobody to make the repairs but guys please stay away from this place Im begging you

Very nice all are courteous

Tom was great to work with, also the AC and heating guy was great. But the guy who did the finishing inside left his mess for me to clean up. He didnt do the carpet right, left the plastic boarded to floor, left the straps to refrigerator on wall, kitchen floor was full of dust and pieces of wall, no latch on storm door, trim not nailed in a lot of places.

Wow! Mobile homes have sure come a long way! Expensive too!

This place is a joke! They dont return calls and is never in the office. When you do catch them they act like they know everything when they dont. They use 21st mortgage which is a scam.
