We had been asking Dinkins homes set up people to come back and level our home for the entire year of our warranty, with no luck. floors are crooked and our flooring has bumps in it that are very visible. We were getting condensation on the bathroom floor by our tub and we had someone take a look at that and the PVC pipe was not connected under the house, all of the water we ran was going onto the ground. I do not suggest anyone buy from them, unless you want to have to hire someone yourself who knows what they are doing.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. They take time to explain and truly display a caring attitude.

I’ve worked as a contractor for this company for 5 years and its been way more than a job.They are like family to me.I’ve seen this company go above and beyond to make things right or just to simply make the customers happy.These people are honest,loyal,and reasonable.They hire the best contractors and by far have the best homes available.I can’t say enough about Dinkins.I’m so thankful to be able to contract for them.

About 2 years ago we purchased a Champion home from Dinkins in Columbia, tn. Yesterday I found out something that is quiet disturbing. I was told that Champion phoned my wife Sue, after we bought our home, and did a survey. We do not remember this but since we are in our 70s it is possible we forgot. sue was also told that she gave our saleslady Heather Gray a bad review. NEVER would we do that - we were 100% thrilled with Heather. She is an excellent saleslady, kind, knowledgeable and very patient (with all our crazy questions). The Champion survey person must have had a bad connection to have put on her report that Sue rated Champion with a 10 and Heather with a 1. I would never give Champion a 10 as we did have problems with our home but HEATHER took all our phone calls and helped us get the repairs done.I have been very upset about this and have called Bryan at the Paris office and told him this same story. I have also apologized to Heather for this screw-up - even though we did nothing. I hope Dinkins will remove any bad remarks from her record and they need to be so happy they have an employee with the PR skills she has.

Bought our home from Wendi back in October and we are happy we did. Every home, even stick built homes are going to have problems. We had are share too. What matters is the service from your dealer. We are hard to please and Dinkins was able to take good care of us. The contractors were fabulous and on time. We had factory issues and Wendi was there to make certain everything was addressed in a timely manner. I can say with confidence that they went the extra mile. From the footing to the gutters they did what no other dealer will do. Dont just look at the quality of your home because a dealer that does what they say their going do makes the difference when they hand you the keys. We looked at many dealers for 2 years and they all talk a good game but listen closely. Dinkins does it right. Gary and Eva.

I would not purchase anything from these people. They are quick to take your money but slow to fix anything that is wrong. My mother purchased a double wide from them. She is very unsatisfied with the service, the quality, and the sales representatives. I warn everyone who is interested in purchasing a home from them to make sure every modification is in the contract before you sign it because if it is not, you are out of LUCK. They will not not make any adjustments to the price for something that is not in the contract. If you ask for cabinets that go to the ceiling, make sure you state all cabinets. If you ask for extra electrical outlets in each room, it better be in the contract. I would advice anyone to do a walk through of their new home prior to them delivering it and set up. At least you can it fixed. My moms base boards are already coming loose. One of the contractors gave her a tube of silicone and told her when they come off, just apply the silicone and stick it back up. The siding is not all the way to the top in the back and she will have to hire someone to fix that. The island that she paid extra for is incorrect also. She requested an extra large island with electrical plugs outlets on each end. What she received was a regular island with an extension added to it. The extension is not even flush. She received only one electrical outlet. Her master bathroom is awful. She request an extra cabinet in the bathroom which she received, but the sink and mirror are not centered. With all the problems my mother had with these people, I would not go there at all. But if you do, make sure every modification is in the contract because if they fail to put in the contract, the sales representative will take no responsibility for the mistake. Be very cautious or you will be out of LUCK and still paying the full price.

We are in the market for a new home. Dinkins has been the most professional and informative place we have been. I really like the delivery and set up they offer. We are 99 percent sure that we are going with Dinkins.

My daughter and I love you just go check out the new homes. When Mrs. Wendy sees us pull up she knows why were there but is always helpful and answers any questions were have with a smile. When the time comes thats the place to buy!

We are in the process of getting our house finished and I know Wendy is probably ready for it to be done after my many trip just to look and calls. It is ready to be set and I must say Wendy has been great to work with. I highly recommend Dinkins.

The sales team at Dinkins is top notch! They really seem to care about what you want in a home. They will show you pictures of what to expect for the set-up of your home. Their footing system is far above all of the other dealerships! Service after the sale has been really good.

We purchased our home approximately 3yrs ago... Very happy with our salesman Glen. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Over the 3 yr period we have had 3 different leaks in to roof that Dinkins says is Deer Valleys fault and Deer Valley say its on the installer. (DINKINS) So here we are either facing a legal battle or just having to foot the cost of a new roof... Buyer beware! Warrenty is out but after only 3 yrs we shouldnt be dealing with this issue..
