I wish we had gone somewhere else. We bought a very expensive home from them. After it sat on our property for a couple months, it was finally put together. I noticed a leak in the seam and contacted Jim. He eventually sent someone out here and he stated he couldn’t find a leak. They finished the drywall and all was forgotten. I eventually noticed a water stain on the seam where I had told him it was leaking. I contacted him again and he said to get someone to look and make sure it wasn’t storm damage. There was no visible damage to the roof. I contacted him again and he has refused to respond. The water stain on my ceiling is getting bigger and now I have to hire someone to fix their mistake on a brand new, 100,000 plus home. I later found out I could have gotten this same home through someone else.

I wish I had gone elsewhere. Service is great until you sign papers. Then all you get is the run around. Took 2 mo to deliver and set up. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Service is horrible and the homes look nice, but materials are so cheap they begin to fall apart as soon as you move in. I didnt expect them to be as high quality as if I were to build, but I didnt expect all the trim, cabinets and door frames to be made of paper. I have had my home for 2 years now and the cabinets are already peeling, the door jam in the bathroom has warped and trim is pulling away from ceiling because of the moisture caused from showering. The AC went out after the 1st year and even though it was under warrenty, they refused to refund the money spent to fix it. ( by the way the problem was due to them reusing parts the werent supposed to. It didnt seal well and all the freon leaked out) Also if there is damage to your home and you need to replace anything dont expect help getting supplies. I have been trying to get siding for 3 mo now. Mr. Ramey keeps telling me he will get it, but has done nothing. Yes I have tried to order from somewhere else, but have had problems with getting the right color. I wish I had taken my buisness elsewhere, but they seem really good until you sign papers.

Cheats!! This company will lie to your face to get a sale. I was lied too and pushed off for months with a problem I had with this company. Spare yourself the headache of working with a substandard company. Find someone else to do business with.
