Got an oil change and they fixed my serpentine belt for a good value. They were friendly and didnt take too long.

Very friendly and very accommodating. I asked for a recheck and of my alignment after experiencing tightness in my steering after a 4-wheel alignment. . They gladly rechecked it. The problem was corroded tie rods which were sticking. They worked to get them to free up, putting anti-sieze in to keep them loose. I know past shops and mechanics would not have worked so hard, but instead would have said they needed to be replaced (which they would have been right to recommend). But D&D extended the life of my tie rods and made my car more enjoyable to drive. When the tie rods get stiff again, and I know they will, I will be taking the car back to D&D to put new ones in! Thanks D&D. Thanks for being an honest broker and for doing such an amazing job!

Very quick turn around my tires! My husband talked to a different location. They said they would be at the Parker store Thursday. We took my vehicle Wednesday eve and they were done thursday am by 9!! Great price, great and friendly customer service! I highly recommend. I almost went to Costco. This was family oriented.😀

Great service and reliable. We have been using them for a few years now and have always had a great experience. We have purchased tires, replaced brakes, and other services. They have always been honest and reliable. When asked about the brakes they told me I still had good life in them and I didnt need to replace right away. Highly recommend!

Today I was referred here by Les Schwab, best decision I ever made was coming here. They were so personable, so helpful and fixed my car quickly. While my car was Being fixed I walked to get food, ended up in the hospital for broken clavicle. They left me an unbelievable beautiful note with some money, I am baffled at the kindness(Thank you Shannon) these people showed a stranger. I am so blessed to have met them! ! D & D was amazing. They did a complete rebuild on my truck and offered the best possible options. Communication and updates were great, and any time we had a question they were always there to help. Needed a oil change. After the review I thought I would see for myself. I received amazing service. They even noticed my license plate stating Im a Vet, and they added a discount without me even asking. So I believe Ive found were Ill be taking my cars from now on.

Great staff, friendly, experienced, and affordable. Ive been bringing my car here for years and they have done everything from change my tires all the way to replacing the engine in my car. They always take great care of my car and offer very competitive prices compared to other local shops. I would also recommend the Goodyear triple tred tires, best all season tires Ive ever had.

I took my daughters Jeep Liberty in for service because the check engine light came on. Initially they fixed the problem. But, They also changed all the brakes, pads and rotors. Changed the plugs. Changed the air filter. Changed the oil and filter. They even fixed the hood prop. Granted, none of this needed to be done but I figured get it in tip top shape for the winter. Two days later the Jeep completely died. We took it back in and they had it for a week. They finally informed us the didnt know what was wrong with it and it would cost several thousand dollars to take the motor out and diagnose. Mind you, Its a 2004. We decided not to spend anymore money on the vehicle and they still charged us another 162.00 dollars to tell us they couldnt fix it. The initial bill was 1300.00 dollars. Several months prior they charged us 500.00 to fix the power steering. We ended up selling the vehicle at a substantial loss. They seem like nice enough people. I would suggest you ask around for a more reputable or reliable repair shop. I seriously doubt we will be doing any more business with D&D tire in Parker, CO.

Ron and crew always take awesome care of us, have them do our alignments on vehicles with 21” or bigger rims and there always on the money, can actually balance tires good, and they always seem to be able to get the work done pretty quick, I always just call ahead and they usually get me right in. Thanks guys

New to this Goodyear. I have been in customer service all my life and when I brought my car in I was there for hours (8- 12-30) with a part supply issue. With frustrations rising Ron, the new store manager made sure I had the car even though it was not fully finished ( but drivable) for an appointment later that day. I brought the car back the next day to finish up the work and Ron made sure I was toppriority. Sometimes situations are out of your hands -and apparently the whole staff had quit recently -but Ron made sure I was taken care of. Ron looks like hes a one man show here and even though it did take a while to fix my car he did what he could with the situation!

Wonderful place and employees, they are quick but do a very reliable job and are very professional.

First of all I gave it one star because there is no option for no star... came in at 8:00am on a Monday morning to get 2 small atv tires mounted. The guy at the front desk, after taking all my information he tells me to drop the rims and tires off and hell call me to pick them up when hes done.... there was no one else there and its just 2 small atv tires... really... this tire shop is a joke. Ive worked a a tire shop before (road runner wheels and tires) and if it takes you more than 10 minutes to mount 2 tires, you suck... its not a motor swap get it together.
