This place is outstanding. I typically do my own maintenance and repairs and have a hard time trusting repair shops, but Parker Automotive has helped me diagnose a number of challenging issues and have been more than fair. Theyve always given me an accurate diagnosis within a day and are very reasonably priced. Adam and Holly at the front desk are exceptional and very knowledgeable. This is the only place Ill bring my vehicles from now on.

Theyre amazing!!! Theyre extremely friendly and fun to talk to. They do excellent work here and dont rob you for parts or labor like some mechanics do. Theyre family owned and operated and everyone there has a wealth of knowledge. They never hesitate to take the time to stop and explain something and are always extremely patient with questions. They get work done very quickly and are wonderful with communicating with you throughout. Ive been coming to them for years and I never plan on going anywhere else.

I use this shop for my regular oil changes, so far great service. Also took my jeep last Monday in because the starter fail on my wife, talk to Holly over thee phone and she was really nice and knowledgeable and super helpful. Also was having issues with my cooling system and thought it was a crazy head gasket because the build up of mud in the radiator. And I was requesting a head gasket replacement 😅But holly recommended an inspection first. And head gasket not needed. Very honest people working here and super friendly and knowledgeable. They only repair what you need, they dont sell you what you dont need. Other places would probably replace the head gasket just to make money out of it, but Parker automotive dont. Thanks guys my wife jeep is running nice and healthy.

The team at Parker Automotive is always professional and honest. I had dropped my truck off to have an electrical issue diagnosed and when they couldn’t replicate the issue they didn’t charge me (the Ford dealership was going to charge $150 just to take a look at the truck). After I left they did some research and located what the problem was. Talk about going the extra mile for their customers. I have used them now for 3 different services and I always get consistent, honest, quality service!

I brought a smart car in that needed to have a seatbelt repair and they also found that it had very thin brakes. The car has been stored for three years so wasn’t surprised at its condition. What I was surprised at was how quickly they were able to get parts for a car that’s not very a very normal one and not only get the parts but actually complete the repair of the brakes in just a couple of hours. It was a fair price done on time as expected, I will bring my other cars back

Lovely company, I am buying an older car and I was getting it checked out to see what issues it had before buying and they were all straight forward and quick about the situation. Prices are not too expensive either. I also had the fuel pump on my truck go out a few months ago and they were able to get me in and taken care of right away. Would recommend to anybody looking for honest, quality auto care.

Parker Automotive always goes above and beyond regarding car care. We have used them for many years. For issues large or small they have satisfied us in every way.

Check engine light for the clutch switch on a 2014 Jeep Wrangler. I did a little research on replacement cost for this, it came out to be around $200. Parker Automotive proceeded to tell me all kinds of other things that were wrong bumping up the bill to about $1200. Some of the things I know didnt need to be done. Others I am having a more honest outfit look at. As it was, my bill got inflated to $649 a large part of that was for a software upgrade and some specialist they had to call in to do the work. I am sure he got a piece of the pie. Bottom line.... Beware of this outfit. They seem to want to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. I Will NOT go back.

My experience at Parker Automotive was excellent. I have a 1997 van that was not steering correctly and needed attention. Finding someone who knows these older vehicles can be hard to find. Philip and his crew properly diagnosed my vehicle as needing a new steering gearbox. As these heavy front end vehicles age, apparently they can have excessive wear.The gearbox was replaced. After driving away I thought the steering was stiff. It was more accurate, but stiff. I contacted Philip and he said bring it back. I returned the vehicle and after a quick drive, they agreed to replace it again under warranty.The van now drives great. Very accurate steering. No more concerns about driving in tight traffic. Im very happy with the work done by Parker Automotive and will bring the van back for any new problems. I recommend them highly.

Extremely pleased with the professionalism, great natured staff, and prompt vehicle delivery. Parker Auto was recommended by a friend who has been a customer for years. Adam greeted me immediately upon entry and discussed results of the diagnostic inspection they did. He fully explained what needed to be done as well as brought to my attention a couple of other items that needed, or soon would need, attention. These items did not feel like an upsale so I went ahead and added that work. I expected to be without my vehicle for at least a couple of days, and they had it back in a day and a half. Awesome job! Parker Auto will be getting all of my business on our cars.

Worked with Adam throughout the couple of days that the vehicle was in the shop and he was great! Adam kept me up to date and got my vehicle back to me faster than expected with all repairs completed that were requested. I found this shop because I called around and they have the best hourly labor rate in Parker. I took my car in for a simple leak but luckily Adam called me to let me know about serious safety issue with the CV Boot and Control Arm. I was recently laid off so I asked if there was anything he could do on the price. He was able to save me a big chunk of money and I was able to get everything fixed! I’m so grateful. Had a universal steering joint replaced. I was very happy with the scheduling, pricing, and communication. My car needed an alignment after the part was installed and they called before to make sure it was okay to do. I will be back next time I need something.

This review is long overdue. Parker Automotive is the best mechanic I have ever used. The people there are kind, caring, knowledgeable, and skilled. My truck is nearly 15 years old, and it’s had some problems. I had a repair done by another mechanic before moving to the area that left my check engine light permanently on. It had been dismissed in the past, but it was now time to get to the bottom of the issue. Parker Automotive worked tirelessly to figure out what was going on, and where my past mechanic had failed, they found success. I continue to be a customer here because I know I will always be treated fairly and have the work on my truck done with great competence and thoroughness.

Staff is very friendly and polite. Made an appointment for a safety check on the car. Took 2 days and I had to call to get updates. I approved some work to be done as I had other work that was warranty from another shop.Upon getting the car back there was lots of grease stains on the side of the vehicle that weren’t there before. The work they said needed to be done was WAY different then the usual mechanic I go to. The freeze plug they installed either is leaking or they never cleaned the area after installation. I guess we will find out after she leaves for college in 2 days.I used to run a shop. Not that I know anything since it’s been 20 years. But cleanliness, good communication, kindness, and honesty is key for a shop. This place from my knowledge has one quality of the 4!

I’m finally able to take my Chevy Malibu with more than 200k miles for longer car rides into the mountains without it starting to over heat on me as it had been doing for a while before I took it to them. They don’t cut corners and they do the job right. Professional and friendly staff. I will make the trip from Denver again if I ever feel like I need a major repair!

I am very new to the area and rely heavily on reviews, i generally go to a large well known repair shop that is throughout the nation, but was prompted to look for somewhere else due to reviews and I am so glad i did. Although i will permanently reside in Aurora, I will always use Parker Automotive and refer everyone i can to them. Just an all around amazing experience.

Parker automotive was great as usual! They diagnosed my issue and helped me get back on the road without the need for the 1000$ replacement part. When I do need the repair, I will definitely be returning to them. They also did not charge to diagnose an air conditioning issue, when I decided not to have the repair done. I did go back for the repair. Their rates where reasonable and a great job by their mechanics.

Seen the owner in his truck getting onto parker road from his lot many many times. The guy either cannot drive to save his life or likes to party then get behind the wheel. Almost hit me and a few other cars the other day! A runin with this guy might make you need auto repair! Do not go here!!

I called on Monday with the need to have the vehicle serviced soon and Holly got me in the shop that day and the car was ready the following morning! All services were completed as I requested and the vehicle is running great. When my planned ride home cancelled, they even assisted me with a lift home and back to pick up the vehicle the next day.
