My mom and I went into the Cosmoprof in Parker as we typically do. This time was however the worst customer service experience I have had anywhere. Typically we are greeted upon entry or at least acknowledged by an employee while doing our shopping. Today there were 2 young ladies behind the counter one rang us up and told us that the other one doesnt work there she is just a friend behind the counter. I asked why werent me greeted or acknowledged the one that works there said she just started in June and was still learning what she can and cant do.I am not a rocket scientist but just taking a wild guess customer service is probably allowed and a friend behind the counter might not be. I have been shopping her sin e the location opened and I will not go back. If I could have left a negative star I would have. To make matters worse we were not thanked for shopping there.

I went to buy a gift for someone there. Staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was told because I don’t possess a state license I couldn’t purchase anything there. What a joke ended up finding it online for half price. Don’t waste your time or money there.

This store is always clean! I haven’t ever had a bad experience there. The customer service is astounding. Kenzie is always helpful and knowledgeable about products as well as color.

Went in with my Girlfriend and she had a wonderful experience. We came in there while she was in an awful mood and left with her having a smile due to the quick, painless, and helpful experience from Kenzie! I’m sure she will make this her #1 store for all beauty needs!

I thought I would come to this cosmoprof after going to Castle rock and regret it. The old blonde lady with balding hair was very rude. The guy there Kenzie i believe was really mean too. I asked him for help and he completely ignored me. Wont be returning.

I love this Cosmoprof! I always find what I need quickly. It is well stocked, clean and organized so that I can be in and out. Kenzie, has always been a great help! I would highly recommend this Cosmoprof to all other cosmetologists in the area.
