Seriously the slowest pharmacy. I waited in line for 25 min one night and the line never moved. There was 1 person at the counter and 2 in front of me. Plus 3 people waiting well past their appointment time for scheduled immunizations. I had to leave to be somewhere, so I decided to return the next day. I planned ahead the next day and used “Express Pay” on the app and had my pass in hand. Walked up to wait in what is labeled to Express Pay Lane for passes only. Then was told I had to get in the other line of people, most of which were not even picking up prescriptions, but waiting on their appointments that were already 40 min past time. What is the point of even having an express pay line if you don’t even use it for your customers that utilize that service? Then the guy helping me tried to charge me again for the prescription that I had already paid for in the app. Walgreens, you need to train your pharmacy staff better. I will 100% be transferring my scripts elsewhere. The rest of the store is nice and clean. I’ve never had an issue with service checking out at the front or at photos. But I will definitely not be returning to this pharmacy.

I get that working in the pharmacy is probably not fun and you have to deal with rude people all day, but how are you always annoyed at me already when I just drove up to the pharmacy window? Some Karens are born and some Karens are created. Maybe try being nice at first so theres the possibility of a positive interaction?

This place is horrible. Youd do well to avoid shopping here. I moved my prescription here. They told me my GoodRX was not valid although Ive used it for 10 years at Safeway. They then attempted to charge me $308.00 !!I quickly moved my prescriptions back to Safeway and within 8 hours had the same prescription for $27.00.Ill never return to this store and Im warning my friends and neighbors.

If I could give it -5 stars I would.This Pharmacy is an absolute joke. I called to check on a prescription, was on hold for 25 minutes only to be hung up on, I called again on hold for 55 minutes only to be disconnected again.My son had a prescription placed by his doctor, Five hours later still not ready.Waiting in line to get the prescription as I called and found out it was ready, no text message was ever sent indicating so.Waited in line for cars, almost an hour to pick up the prescription.I have one other thing to say! Dont bother. Made an appointment for a vaccination and waited in line for 20 minutes with only one person served out of 6. Drive thru line had at least 10 cars.Find somewhere else for vaccinations and prescriptions. They dont need your businesses at this location.

If I could have given a review without a star, that would be the case. I called in a refill for a prescription last Thursday morning and the ‘recording’ stated it would be ready for pickup the following day. Didn’t go to pick it up until Saturday and was asked (at the drive through window to ‘circle back through’. Thought that was an interesting choice of words. Since there were four cars in line, decided I could wait until Monday (today). Got here at 9:00 a.m. and again was asked to ‘circle around’. Instead went home to find out why it was not filled. Was told they were working on it. Called at 2:00 and was told the pharmacist was ‘filling it now’ and they would call when it was filled. Finally called back at 4:30 and am now sitting behind four other vehicles. Fingers crossed it’s ready!!!

I have been around and around with this pharmacy. I refill my Rxs, i go to pick them up….one or more is not ready not available/out of stock (I’ve been getting all the same prescriptions for nearly a year now). The automated system is a waste of time. I filled a Rx on the 1st that was supposed to be ready on the 3rd…came in today (the 7th), it’s not ready and they said it would be 2 HOURS!!!! I drove down from the mountains where we are taking some time away to get this Rx (it can’t be transferred) and then it wasn’t ready!! Why have an automated system ??????

Add about an hour to any quoted wait time that the pharmacy gives you. Also hope that they actually have your medicine in stock before waiting an hour and a half to have them tell you its out of stock.

ATTENTION: Dont waste your money and time here. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I got a script sent in at the beginning of April, and received meds in June. Been to the store 5 times for the same med. I have proof that the insurance company and doctor approved the medication. Upon arriving to the store each time, I was informed the insurance denied it even though I had proof stating otherwise, and I was told by the supervisor word for word I only fill the pills, Im not the insurance company. Horrible. Was denied for almost 2 months from my meds for not one good logical reason. I switched to mail in scripts because honestly I trust drugs coming through the mail more than this pharmacy. Walgreens you need to fix this, you cant deny people from their medications. There is no excuse to have bad service EVERY TIME. Shame on you walgreens. I question the ethics and values of your company. This is only the tip of the iceberg of all the problems Ive had here. I will never return and will actively promote that no ones uses this pharmacy.Post Edit: I cannot believe the lack of responsibility from a pharmacy. The only reason why this pharmacy has any business is because they prey on the fact you need meds. I also cant believe theres not one response from the corporation to any person they have blatantly walked over. Ive gone from being frustrated to now actively try and steer people away from them. I will not stop till every last person of my family and friends stop using this pharmacy. You walked over the wrongs toes for the last time.

If I could give this place a zero or less I would. this is the worst pharmacy of anywhere Ive ever seen in my entire life. They cant complete the simplest of tasks without screwing things up and when you try to talk to them about it they accuse you of being abusive or yelling when youre not. You try to get medication that you need and all they do is make excuses as to why they cant get it for you poor communication screwed up records nothing is correct with them and they always blame everybody but themselves.I would highly recommend you do business anywhere except this pharmacy. Pharmacist is very very rude and she has no business dealing with the public in any way shape or form.

Terrible. Needed a covid test for travel to Hawaii for the whole family. I booked an 11 and 11:15 appointment for the 4 of us (2 at each time slot). They made us wait then instead of doing all 4 swabs we had to circle back in line at 11:10 because it wasnt 11:15 yet (ok fine, whatever, annoying but no big deal). However, they threw out my sons test because a little blood from his nose was on it and refuse to let us try again... said we have to wait 24 hrs. I cant find anything anywhere that says this is protocol for covid tests. The clerk was rude from the beginning to end. Now we need to scramble to find another test in time. I will never go back.

Somehow, after multiple years of complaints (see other reviews), this Walgreens still cannot run a pharmacy in a competent manner. Every time I attempt to fill a prescription here they find an excuse not to do so in a timely manner (we are closing in 4 hours was todays excuse, when I returned to the store to pick up a prescription Id dropped off a week prior and had received a text indicating was ready for pickup). The pharmacists are often unprofessional, rude (to put it lightly) and have zero understanding of customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other pharmacy in town for better service!!

Scheduled an appointment for a flu shot. When I got here I was told they dont even check the appointments and just do it on a walk in basis. It took over 40 minutes past my appointment time. The staff was constantly confused and even gave someones paperwork to the wrong person. They constantly shout out what the person is picking up or what its for as well.Do not come here if you value your time or privacy.

Horrible pharmacy customer service and overall compassion. I was just released from the hospital, and went to fill a prescription. Upon handing over my prescription, I was told that it couldn’t be filled until “maybe after noon” the next day. I asked why that was the case, and the tech told me that he was swamped because someone called in sick. I’ll be honest - I reponded with “that’s not my problem. I need to start this tomorrow morning.” At this point, and older gentleman told his tech to “not even accept it.” Wow. No compassion. Didn’t even ask my story or why I would need the prescription ASAP. I get the feeling he didn’t care. I realize everyone has stressful days and can be short staffed. I realize there comes a time when some things just can’t get done with the amount of manpower you possess. But that’s for making me feel like the least important person in the worst, right after a hospital staff made me feel like the most important.You’re allowed to say you’re sorry. But you decided to be terse and unresponsive. You deserve this review, and while it might not impact you because you’ll never read this, understand that times are always going to be tough, but you have no idea how to handle it. I hope I caught you in a weak moment, but if this is your general demeanor, I feel sorry for all the poor souls who must interact with you on a daily basis.

My Doctor called in 3 prescriptions at 10:00 am, when I arrived at 10:30 I was told one was out of stock and the other two would be ready that afternoon. When I tried to pick them up at 4:30 after receiving a call and text indicating they were ready I was informed only one was ready and they had not even started on the other. My option was to wait another 50 minutes for them to fill the other or return tomorrow. Unacceptable customer service - we will not return and will locate a different pharmacy for our needs.

This Pharmacy is the worst I have ever dealt with when getting medicine filled. I give time for them to fill the prescription, but they continuously tell me that it will take more time and to come back. 3.5 hours later I get medicine after my wife pleads for them to just fill the prescription they received four hours ago. I understand work is busy and you have much to deal with, but it doesnt give you the right to be rude. If you dont like your job do something else, not human service work. This wasnt the first time this has happened either, this is the sixth time I have used them in a 2 month duration (unacceptable)!!!!!

Extremely frustrated with the Walgreens Pharmacy at the Stroh and Parker Rd. location. Since using the store over the past ~ 1.5 years, numerous situations of delayed medication, less than helpful or caring staff and an excuse of the day for why a prescription has an issue. The pharmacy, in particular, seems to suffer from being understaffed yet I have not seen an effort to improve. Employees seem to lack compassion for customers as observed in both how I have been treated and in the treatment of others I see doing business at the pharmacy. Multiple times I have had a prescription called in to this pharmacy and waited up to about 2 hours for it to be filled - being told they had not received the prescription. Upon asking them to further check, I was told that the system had not yet imported the prescription thereby requiring me to wait longer. Today won the prize - stopped in to fill hospital discharge medications for a family member following surgery and was told they were understaffed and it would be a minimum of a 4 hour wait!!! I asked if they may be able to make an exception for the pain medication prescription as the recipient was due to need the med in about 2 hours - they refused to accommodate. I took my business elsewhere and proceeded to log a complaint with Walgreens headquarters (if for no other reason than to vent). All in all, this pharmacy operates under extremely poor management. Absolutely no understanding of what customer service is.

Worst customer service ever. The big younger guy should not be working in that position in the Pharmacy he was inconsiderate, rude and refused to ring up my Motrin with my RX (it was one box). I will continue driving to Castle Rock and will never set foot in here again.

Always a problem with this pharmacy... I’ve tried to stay positive because I’ve been a long time customer of Walgreens and really like the store in general but it’s super difficult to stay positive when each time I go inside or call the pharmacy, the older man working behind counter is obnoxiously and constantly sighing and treating customers as if they are nuisances. We are repeat customers that only want a streamlined process to pickup our prescriptions. We don’t care that you’re understaffed, overworked, unhappy with your job, or constantly blaming someone else. We just want to pickup our prescription and go on our way. Also, please stop sending text notifications that my prescription is ready when it’s not. Not sure if this is done just because the system flags it after so long or not. There have been several times throughout the year that I’ve had to go to this pharmacy multiple times on one day. Also, it shouldn’t take over 8 hours for children’s amoxicillin to be ready. We know you’re busy but so are the rest of Walgreens throughout the country and none of them talk to their customers the way this Walgreens does.

I agree with almost all of the reviews here. This pharmacy is the worst. They LOST my prescription. It was for an opiate. I had to drive 3 hours to go to Denver to get a new prescription from my doctor. Totally unacceptable. Unfortunately this pharmacy is the only one that can order my meds. Until now. I called the manufacturer and they hooked me up with 2 mail order companies that will overnight the medicine to me.

Apologies for the rant:I Like the store inventory is good but every prescription takes 30-45 minutes even when it’s an item straight off the shelf. Not sure I understand how putting it in the computer printing a label, bagging the item takes 30 min. Then one week later 39 min wait not feeling well at all and in pain. I decided to Wait in my car for 39 minutes check back on my prescription and then they tell me the wait is another hour. I pushed back that the time frame changed. Proceeded to talk to the manager on duty ... they are short staffed and corporate cut the hours. Ok I get it however how is that the customers issue?? Should have known better this is why my money will go elsewhere To a more attentive store.

This pharmacy cannot fill a prescription correctly to save their life. I have a prescription written to be refilled every 20 days. Normally it would go 28 days but the larger dose makes me sick and the lower dose only lasts 20 days. This is written by a neurosurgeon to be filled as prescribed, I have had this RX for over 3 years and this pharmacy screws it up at least 3 out of every 4 refills. It is so bad they asked (ME) to call them 5 days ahead of time to make sure it will be ready. They have 1 pharmacy tech that calls me by name and keeps it straight any time I get him on the phone. The weekend help is absolutely terrible. One tech in particular screws it up every time as if on purpose. This is a $600.00 RX that lasts 20 days so you would think they would want to do whats necessary to keep my business. Today was the last straw. I got the weekend tech again and as usual, he said it cannot be filled. Its too early as it refills every 28 days. I asked for a manager and was put on hold so long I was able to drive there and ask for a manager in person. I am calling my Dr. Monday and having the pharmacy changed.

I had to get my very first flu shot for school yesterday and I was very nervous. I have allergies to certain medications and so I called the pharmacist to ask questions. She was incredibly sweet and helpful and had gone completely out of her way to do a ton of research to make sure I was going to be okay to have this shot. I will be back for future shots!

Two days ago I waited 18 minutes with one car in front of me in the drive they. And today I waited 12 minutes with no one in front of me. And the clerk is rude. I’ve been helped by the pharmacist in the past. Why is it ok to make people wait so long? Well, I’m sure they don’t care but they’ve lost a customer.

Ok, so I always rate stores based on what they are supposed to be (i.e. a fast food restaurant should serve quick food with mildly friendly service).So, if I could I’d give this Walgreens a 3.5. The pharmacy has never been great here. They are slow and often act like they just don’t care (CVS is much nicer up on Jordan). So, I echo others here.With that said, the store is always clean, well stocked, and the sales staff is always friendly. So, that’s where this store really shines.

I really hate writing bad reviews but this pharmacy is in need of some personnel changes. I am a regular customer and a very considerate person, and Im getting really tired of being treated so badly by the staff. The older white haired gentleman (pharmacist) clearly sets the tone for his staff as he is regularly rude and inconsiderate. It honestly really seems like he hates his job, Im not sure why he does it. Unfortunately, his inability to lead clearly trickles down to his staff who are stressed, short with customers, and unorganized. Please consider bringing new leadership into this pharmacy. Listen to your customers. Walgreens in general does a good job, but this place has been really bad for way too long.

Won’t be using their photo service ever again.Had a coupon for a free 8x10 that I ordered online. I went and picked it up from the photo counter and left. On my way home got a phone call from the photo guy accusing me of stealing the photo because it wasn’t paid for and I needed to come back and pay for it. I told him that I had ordered it with a coupon I had received online and that I had a receipt showing I didn’t owe anything. He then put me on hold and went and looked and came back on the phone and was like “oh yea I guess you’re right”Maybe next time you should ACTUALLY CHECK THE ORDER before calling and accusing someone of shoplifting.Ridiculous

We needed some speciality pictures done on a last minute basis for a funeral of an infant who had passed in our family, and Todd went above and beyond to accommodate us and what were looking for. He took extra time to see to it they were exactly what we wanted in appearance & presentation. He was sympathetic, respectful and very gracious. Thank you Todd. Walgreens should be thankful they have him as an employee.

Horrible pharmacy... customer service is not a priority for this crew. The pharmacist that is apparently the head of the team is completely rude and to the point of being threatening. He has no care for the customers he is there to serve and admitted that “the doctors are not smart enough” to understand prescribing medication. They withheld prescriptions despite the dr calling twice, lied saying that Insurance would not cover the cost of a prescription which the insurance company stated a claim was never submitted for, and ultimately was rude and extremely aggressive to the point of being threatening when I just went to get a prescription for my wife. It’s unfortunate that even after reaching out to Walgreens Corp about this pharmacist and his team they never attempted to reach out and try to get a better understanding of how their company is being represented by this team of employees. Needless to say heed the warnings of all these reviews and take your prescriptions somewhere else!

Every single time I pick up my daughters monthly medicine, something is wrong. Insurance either got switched in their computer, medicine isnt ready (even though I got a text) or they say they need a doctors authorization. There are always a lot of hoops to go through just to get our prescriptions. I think they must have a bug in their computer system because I dont think its possible to make so many mistakes. There is one really rude older lady, who I think enjoys being rude because while standing in line, I listened to her be rude to everyone. Listen lady, life is short, be nice to people. Josiah rocks! He always knows whats going on and is always nice and patient.

Rude, rude, rude.For years my wife and I routinely visited this store to fill prescriptions or to get flu shots and other immunisations. No longer. The pharmacy staff is abrupt, dismissive, and seems inconvenienced by our business. There are plenty of other nearby options, so we’ve take our money elsewhere.

Staff is never nice at the pharmacy, but this time was the cherry on top. I found out I needed emergency surgery & was instructed to go pick up 2 prescriptions. One of which I needed to start that night. I walk in and not a soul is waiting inside or in the drive-thru. I told the older guy, who is the pharmacist, the situation and that I need these filled please and his response was “what time is your procedure tomorrow” *i answer* “ok well I’ll fill it for you tomorrow.” (Keep in mind they were no where near closing) I said “well if you read the instructions I need to start prep tonight.” And I wish I was kidding, but this grown man threw his head back and sighed out loud over the fact that I need my prep for tonight, right in front of me. And then said “ok sit.” I’m in shock and said “I’m sorry to inconvenience you”. His response: “yup.” It took him no longer than 10 minutes to fill it which was appreciated but unexpected after the tantrum he just had over filling it. The technician checked me out and when I noticed my old address is still under my account with them I asked if we could change it and her response was “yeah if you want to wait a few minutes cause I just heard somebody pull up in the drive-thru.” I’m literally mind-blown at the customer service here. You are in the medical field?! You are in the customer service field?! I will NEVER return. I can’t believe this pharmacy is still running with the staff it has.

The pharmacist named John H is so rude that starting today I will never shop there. We have dealt with this rude red neck guy on multiple occasions. He offered no compassion or help for my 17 month child who had 103 degrees fever. Forget the compassion, how about just doing his job but instead gave us wrong information multiple times over the phone which is illegal for a medical professional to do. When he was mixing the medicine he wasnt sure about mixing the right content. He is not a professional and should not be working in this industry. He specially should not be working in my neighbourhood. Basically this walgreens is welcoming a lawsuit. Please be careful shopping at this walgreens specially if you have kids. The way I was treated today I hope no one else goes through it.

Everytime we come to this pharmacy there is an issue with trying to get the prescription. Very dismissive and not helpful in correcting issues caused by their own system or staff. Save yourself the headache and use the CVS that is 2 minutes down the road.

Really bad customer service in the pharmacy department. They filled my prescription incorrectly and let me go home with it. It wasnt until I looked at it at home that I realized it was the wrong medicine. When I came back up to drop it off they acted like it was my fault. Another instance they did not have the full amount of my prescription, only a few pills. I was leaving on vacation and asked why they didnt call me to let me know so I could have arranged to get it from a Walgreens in Lone Tree. Her exact words we dont have enough people to offer that level of customer service. Nice!!!
