Watched customer service rep Tom become irritated and abrasive with an Amazon driver who wanted to cash a check because he had to go and get the money out of the safe. Seems as though he should not be working in customer service if he doesnt want to actually do what it takes for the position. He was very clearly annoyed at having to do anything less than the bare minimum

While a small store, (it makes it faster to cover), the staff is pretty stable and competent. The pharmacy including the “core” Melody and Valdi, and Frost the best tech in town…. It’s great to have pharmacists that know me now for years when I do need the occasional consult. Not their fault that people in Parker won’t wear masks with a Delta Variant on our heels. But other than the one time they changed most of the aisles… :) I can find most food with my eyes closed. Again. The best pharmacy around. They always go the “extra mile” whether it’s with insurance or finding products or hounding your physician.

This King Soopers is constantly out of stock on items, the deli had been closed for awhile-no lunchmeat, and the fact that they have no internet/wifi so you can access your recipes, shopping list or add coupons while you shop is a definite frustration! This location is 5 minutes from my house but I prefer to drive to Safeway on Parker OR even the Cottonwood location. You would think with all the new homes and development King Soopers would look into updating this location and make sure items are not constantly out of stock.My son calls it King Poopers. ONE STAR becuase I had to choose.

This location is always out of everything we need/want, so its unfortunate that its the closest to our house. Have started driving to the Cottonwood and Lincoln locations.

This location does not enforce mask wearing by patrons. I asked management and was told employees may not engage a customer. Only managers may offer the patron a mask, but will not trespass a violator. I walked in over the weekend and immediately saw 3 patrons without masks, including at the register, right in front of employees. No action was taken.

Mad crazy big grocery store!

Stand in lane for a while to purchase 3 jugs of water. Get charged 41.14 only to find out theyre out of stock. Then i gotta go to customer service line because danarose the cashier refused to refund the transaction costing me more time than necessary.

The place is large and the employees friendly- however the registers were NOT separated and not following the social distancing protocols. Im immune compromised and we were this close to people in line please spread registers out as I saw plenty of closed registers clustered off not in use.

I just finished a sandwich from the deli that I got about 30 minutes ago and it was phenomenal!! The new guy in the deli/to go area made it so good and he is literally the nicest person I’ve ever met that works at King Soopers! Keep him on! I have been a long time customer of this branch and honestly haven’t been impressed with the attitude from staff or the lack of produce at times but I think it’s changing and the new guy in deli honestly earned all of these stars for you guys today! I left one star out because of past experiences, so I hope it keeps continuing to improve.

I always stop at this kings on my way home. Over all its great however every time I go through the self check out and in need of assistance it seems to be an issue. A few time I have got help from Debie was never friendly or polite. It would be different if its happened once or twice but it has never failed with her customer service!

Parking lot needs attention. It’s hard to push the cart without having it tip over because of potholes.

Older front manager was rude to us was in bakery waited and waited finally some lady came and it was horrible I must have p.....Ed her off prior visit I wont be having them do any product for me there are too many other stores close that will gladly take my business and money thank goodness for Walmart and the new king Soopers in Castle Rock near the mall. Had an “emergency” need for a cake. Showed up at 4:30 and bakery understandably quiet at that time of day. Explained my need to Mike and he bent over backward to decorate a custom cake for me in 30 minutes. Completely unreasonable request on my part and Mike bent over backward to take care of me. Awesome attitude and customer service!

The Click List program at this location is a dumpster fire. Two weeks ago we had an order cancelled on us for no reason. Tonight I showed up within the pickup window and was told it wasnt ready (no explanation) and I would need to wait 15 minutes. I waited until minute 45 to call back. They again had no explanation, and couldnt tell me when it might be ready. When I asked why this was happening he said he didnt know. He said I should come back tomorrow when it will be guaranteed ready. I suggested they call people and let them know if their order isnt going to be ready. He said their system doesnt allow them to do that. I told him his program doesnt seem to work and he agreed. I guess we are a Target family now.

Dylan today who was my cashier was as so rude and honestly looked at acted like he was high! At work!!!! Very rude service almost every single time! I don’t get it! Management clearly does not give a damn! If they did they would read these negative comments and make some changes! Guess that’s too much to ask

Tonight I waited over 40 minutes for click list and left without ever receiving groceries. Mgmt said that there was a delay and there is nothing they could do citing that people had been WAITING HOURS. Management should call the Click listers and not expect them to wait. This is beyond reasonable. Had already been going to this store less frequently....now never going back.

This king Soopers is ALWAYS out of main staple foods. Today they were out of carts. Many times. Also they were out of red bird chicken, shredded cheese unless you wanted the king Soopers brand cheddar flavor only, land o lakes butter and several other items. Every time you go to check out they ask you if you found everything you need but if you say no all they say is sorry. They don’t inform Managment or see if they can help you with what you need. Most of the time you have to bag your own groceries even if you don’t do self check out. And if you do have someone bag your groceries for you they don’t know how to properly bag. They stack heavy items on fresh produce like bananas or put your bred in the same bags with other groceries that will smash it. They only reason I didn’t give them a one star is that is usually clean (I guess that’s easier with bare shelf’s) and the produce is good.

Aisles are too small and often jammed with stockers.

Its Okay if you need something in a pinch but due to the poor layout of the store and the fact that I can never get all of the items on my list I normally choose to shop elsewhere.

Manager was rude and overstepped. I have a medical exception on masks and she told me either put a mask on or leave.

This is a decent grocery store. Never had any issues here. There is a Starbucks inside and typically clean public restrooms that are decently sized.

I shop at this store because # 1 I work there. # 2 because I work there I know that the items on the shelves are fresh. That the produce on the sales floor is the freshest, because they received it earlier that morning. My shift is early enough in the morning I see all this being worked on.

Please be aware at the deli. Ask for the cheap private select and they put a Boars Head sticker on it. This is posted today because it’s the fifth time it’s happened over the last few months.

Besides the usual empty shelves, typical shopping experience. However, last time I was in the gal ringing me up clearly burns incense sticks at home. Totally fine, but all of my groceries smelled of it, the trunk of my car STILL smells like it and my groceries she scanned and packed STILL smell of it. I went 3 days ago ! Im tempted to return it all and get new products. Incense is an acquired smell in my opinion and I hate that I can still smell it.

This is my store of choice because its convenient, but after today I am seriously considering changing. There were FIVE people in front of the store soliciting for their cause. You cant just walk by without getting pressured. This doesnt happen at Target, Walmart, Safeway or Sprouts...at least Ive never seen solicitors there. King Soopers has them frequently.

This has got to be the worst King Soopers around. The bakery is a joke, want some fresh bread? You need to go somewhere else! They are always out of French bread. The produce department is also poorly run, they had no iceburg lettuce the other day! What is going on with this place? Forget about the meat department! You better get in the store in the wee hours of the morning if you want a fresh cut steak because they arent stocking that case once it runs low!The place is a joke. Its only 5 minutes from my house but I choose to drive further to the Safeway!!

King Soopers is by far the best place in Colorado to get ANYTHING! Also the best produce and meats. Love the deli.

Always out of everything. Includes workers. Nothing like shopping, spending high dollar for overpriced items, then having to bag your own groceries. All of the time too. Customer service desk just sits back and watches. Place is run like it’s a joke.

This is not my favorite Kings Soopers to go too. Never can find anyone to help locate items and cashiers are very unfriendly. Today Cheryl was my cashier and had to be one of the rudest cashiers I ever have had. She even looked up and smirked at me when she put a heavy bag of produce on a bag of potato chips and crushed that bag. She put 1 or 2 items in each plastic bag and I told her she could fill up the bags more for less bag use and she said Nope, if your not going to bag yourself I am going to bag the way I want too. Even put 1 gift card in a bag by itself. I am giving 2 stars cause the store was clean and well stocked at the time I was there. I will be calling the manager on duty to let them know what a terribley rude cashier they have in Cheryl.

Be careful getting donuts from here. The make some cake donuts out of some weird batter and they dont mark them so you wont know until you get home that its not regular.

This store is an absolute pig sty, I feel sorry for anyone that works here or shops here. The store manager here treats her employees worse than dogs. She even gets her friends and family to write fake reviews on here!I once overheard her speaking extremely disrespectfully at an employee in the meat department because she wanted to go to break after 5 hours of working nonstop which the employee said herself. If Im not mistaken this is illegal. Top it all off she took her in the back room and yelled at her (loud enough to where I could still hear her) until the employee came running out in tears.I spoke with multiple employees and it turns out she is a completely different person behind closed doors and one of the main reasons why the store has no new hires or applications. Her name is Theresa and she is the worst example of a leader.Its funny because if you ask any employee if they like to work there you will surely get a no and well thought out plans of leaving the store or company.If you can shop anywhere else, please do everyone a favor that is working here and take your business elsewhere. If you cant keep your employees happy, you shouldnt be allowed to keep your business.

I have been a shopper of the Stonegate Crossing store in Parker, Colorado for over 20 years. Mike asked for the identification of every person that was with me when I was buying a case of beer with my other groceries. I asked why everybody had to show ID and he said it was federal law that every person accompanying a person purchasing beer must be 21 and produce ID. I told him my brother was at the pharmacy and he said he would have to come up to the front of the store and show ID as well. I asked if he was a manager and he said yes, turns out he is not. I told him I felt like I was being bullied and he said: well then I invite you to shop somewhere else. I will take him up on his invitation and start shopping at Safeway. Sad after 40 years being a loyal Kroger shopper. I will follow up with a complaint to the Denver office, the store, Kroger, the Chamber of Commerce, as well as an opinion piece in the local paper.

Came in with my 4 year old daughter to buy some cough syrup because I was sick. The store manager, a female, forced me to walk back to my car and get my ID while sick as hell, telling me I dont look 18. I had my daughter with me for the love of god! Worst customer service ever, terrible manager. The rest of the employees are great and friendly at all times.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They are ALWAYS out of EVERYTHING and there is no one there to help you. Honestly, I couldnt even buy half of the stuff on my grocery list because they didnt have it. Also, they have no one to bag your groceries. Poor management. I live right by Stroh Ranch so it is a real shame that this King Soopers has gone so far down hill. I will make the trek to the Cottonwood King Soopers before I go here again.

Worst King Soopers I have ever walked into. Management is a very unhappy group. Always out of staple items. Parking lot is a joke. I go to sprouts and Walmart for my groceries now.

I’d actually give 5 stars for service there; typically great people who are courteous and helpful. In the last year with the uptick in subdivisions, there have been consistent issues with items being sold out. Business is booming but not sure if it’s a space issue or purchasing problem. Last, but not least, why is there no WiFi? There used to be. So helpful for recipes or contacting someone at home to check an item but no one gets service inside the store. This also makes online orders difficult as you may not be able to reach your shopper. I know-first world problems...but this would greatly help your patrons!

Clean pretty store...however, it was understaffed, difficult layout, and I struggled to find the organic and vegan items we tend to easily find at the other stores....didnt even have organic bananas when I went so I had to go somewhere else ...would love to see a wider variety of healthy options.

Why is it appropriate for one of your male employees to approach me out of nowhere while Im looking for lunch just to tell me not to use the ladies bathroom. I had no intentions of using the bathroom. But to have a random man come tell me does not seem appropriate to me.

I wish this werent one of those weirdly organized stores. Like 90% of all the King Soopers are the same, straight rows, front to back, or the big huge market place ones that are massive, but still standard rows. This is one of those herky jerky diagonal stores where no aisles go all the way through and its all split up weird. Theres no rhyme or reason to the organization, and heaven forbid you should ever lose your wife in this store, because it is impossible to find someone when they walk off in there. At least in the other stores that have normal rows, you can walk down the end and see down every aisle. But here, good luck.

Its not my normal kingsoopers. But found what I needed. Didnt need to drive a wheel cart/wheelchair in, but if it was one of those days, I dont see how. Early or late at night I guess. Not a handicap friendly store.

So much variety! They have grape, strawberry, cherry, peach, and raspberry jam! A whole section! With those 5 varieties in 15 different packages! Wow!Really nice people professionally make this store as clean and homogenous as every other king soopers. The collonades of brands and colors aggressively competing for attention are well faced and lovely. Several human beings said hello to me.I will definitely go again because I cannot tell the difference between them and anything else.

Simply put - AWFUL! I happen to live close so have given this location more chances than I normally would but holy hell ... its really really bad! Ive NEVER had someone actually bag my groceries (one recent time, they actually did have one bagger, but he stood at the next checkout lane, not bagging, and watched me bag my cartful of groceries - nice!), they are always out of everything, no one is ever around to ask questions, and the last checker I had (a couple days ago), actually SAID TO ME ... how hes embarrassed to say he works there and that he is submitting resumes elsewhere right and left, WOW! The place is bad enough for the reasons stated, but to actually have an employee complain to a customer about working there, that takes the cake! LOL!!!!

Im extremely appalled at the customer service provided in this store. I called to ask if I could cash a check of a certain amount (they were informed how much) and was told I would have to come into the store for an answer. An associate at the money services counter took the check (which I was NOT comfortable having it leave my sights) and supposedly asked someone else if they could cash it. There was a clear sign stating their rules and fees, along with the amount limit that could be cashed, and this check was well under. I was refused service because it didnt look like a payroll check, even though it was indeed printed and from a valid bank in Missouri, from relatives. Its inexcusable that the staff is so horribly uneducated that I had to waste my time in this store. I would love to speak to the store manager regarding this issue, but apparently they cant be contacted via phone call.

I have called and spoken to several managers about this issue, but nothing has been done. Several things happened on my last visit however so I wanted to post this review. The last 6 out of 7 times we have ordered from the deli kiosk it is not ready when we get there. Each time we are the only ones there and the person behind the counter has forgotten to start it. I have spoken to Heather, the manager and several others. Not only is it not ready, but 4 times it wasnt even the right product!Yesterday I returned a freezer burned gelato I purchased the day before. The lady behind the counter had no idea how to return it. I called them on my way home to speak to a manager, waited on hold the whole way home and finally gave up. Will not return to this location going forward.

I used to shop at this King Soopers regularly and now I remember why I stopped. This store has always been relatively busy but for some reason management doesnt open sufficient full-service checkouts. There were only two full-service service lanes open and only one of them had someone bagging the groceries. As a result, those two lanes were backed up with 5 to 6 shoppers in each with full grocery carts. In fact, the people waiting in line were blocking the aisles for other shoppers. Ended up taking 25 minutes to get through the line and when I arrived home the ice cream I purchased was half melted. Management is clearly valuing cost containment over customer satisfaction. Im sticking to Wal-Mart.

I truly dont enjoy leaving bad reviews but I now go out of my way not to go to the Stroh Ranch store. As it is the closest one to home, sometimes Im stuck. Im not sure why, but the gentleman that is usually at self check out is grumpy every single time I encounter him. Someone had left a few coupons at the check out kiosk and I was looking to see if theyd be something I could use. Mr. Happy grabbed them from me and growled Those arent yours! Well, someone left them...maybe for someone else to use? He treated me like a thief. Maybe its just me but Ive had a few encounters with this man. Unfortunately, its the only option on the south side of Parker.

I am home with the flu. I decided to give your delivery service a try. This is when my nightmare started. I ordered 10 items. The shopper texted me saying there were no avacados. Then she said there were no oranges. Then she said there’s no salmon. Then ...., there were no crackers. Then no corn. Are you kidding me? So I call. The girl who answered said nope they don’t do delivery. So I called the 888 number. The guy says yes the Stroh ranch store does delivery. I called again. The same gal (Sherry) said oh sorry it’s my first day. I said can I please talk to the manager on duty? She says oh that’s me. It’s my first day and they left me in charge. Ummmmm ok so where’s the Allison girl who’s doing my order who’s telling me you’re out of everything I ordered? She says we don’t have delivery. I’m so dang frustrated. You charged my card $75 and I have no idea who’s got my card number or no one knows who to talk to???? Get it together!!!!!!

Yesterday I went there the first time eved..i found delicious fresh made sushi ...and the stsff really helped me with all my needs..

For some reason there is no cell service in this store. WiFi is decent though if you remember to sign in. Friendly staff!

Waited awhile to post this until after I adjusted a bit to the remodel and reconfig of the store to be fair.... but I think Ill actually go back to shoppong at Safeway. The last 10+ times Ive been to this Stroh Ranch store.....the aisles are narrower and cluttered with displays and always huge store carts full of products being restocked and it just generally feels cluttered and messy and like there arent enough ppl to stay on top of all the work. On top of that.... Baggers just stand around up front chatting and I usually am forced to bag my own groceries just to keep the long lines moving.... But prices never go down. This store is in an affluent neighborhood and isnt cheap but the service often feels like a SavAlot store.Im bummed because the fancy cheese dept is outstanding and the service there feels like an upscale store... But the rest is a mess.

The eggs here are extremely gross, I just cracked one and it’s bloody and has a chick in it. Ruined my day, thanks king soopers, im never buying eggs here again, absolutely disgusting!!

The recent remodel has not improved the store. In fact, the layout has made several areas more congested and difficult to maneuver. I don’t know if the low inventory and dismal selection of products has anything to do with the on-going project, but I have been very disappointed the last few times when I cannot find the most basic items. I will be taking my business to Castle Rock.

It doesn’t matter that this place is open early...they can slice your deli meat, get you a cake, make you a coffee....but nobody can check you out. Four people stand around and watch you self checkout.

This pharmacy is an absolute JOKE I have had MULTIPLE problems they slander my doctors name and ALWAYS have some kind of problem filling my meds and constantly judge me.These people think they are the doctors and are way out of theyre depth.
