Hair in my parfait. Ugh.

Really bad service today. There were not enough checkers for the people which I get right now. Customer service reps kept pulling customers that just walked up over to new open registers and never even looked our way. Me and another lady stood in line 20 minutes in the coupon lady line. After bagging all of my groceries the clerk pushed my cart at me and stood there as he watched me put everything I bagged in the cart without even trying to help me. I expected much more out of the big King Soopers. I spent over $300 today in food and liquor sales and the liquor guy treated me 10 times better than the cashiers.

Awesome grocery store that sells almost everything. I was surprised to see all the other items offered there as well beyond typical grocery. Think everything from toys to Ethernet cables to toasters. Definitely my go to from now on.

Cashier at the money services was very kind and helpful. The manager that was called for help was very rude and refused to exchange our dollar bills into 20s stating “we don’t do that.” We’ve came to this exact king soopers and other king sooper locations where this has never been an issue. Sad to see this manager with a negative attitude setting a bad example to employees whilst not helping customers.

Grocery personnel are always helpful when trying to locate items.

This pharmacy is the worst. They need to hire some staff. If you cant get your medications in time that is a problem. Employees are getting short with people because they are so busy. Bad situation all around. Make sure to double check your prescriptions-its a mistake waiting to happen.

The Staff is the friendliest on the face of the Earth. The store is well stocked and all the products on the shelves are fronted. If you can’t find something just ask one of the Staff and they will get you bro it post haste. Unlike a lot of grocery chains King’s offers premium products at great prices. Their mixture of food and beverage is also excellent. This is a great place to buy your every day needs as well as a great place to purchase the unique elements to make your celebration one to remember.

This grocery pickup issue only happens at the Cottonwood location and has happened to me twice. A notice is sent about 30 minutes before pickup time that your order is ready for pickup.Then about 15 minutes before pickup time, a notice is sent that they are running behind and you need to come back an hour later. Well, by then I’ve usually left and end up making a trip for nothing.It’s ridiculous and a waste of my time and gas. Get your act together!

Usually clean and helpful employees. However, I have a small child and I cannot tell you how many times I go in there and have to pull out a handful of different carts because the seat buckles are broken. Isn’t this against safety??? Go through your carts and fix the buckles that are broken!

I feel very annoyed. Tonight, I bought some fruit and an apple card. when the cashier asked me how much to buy, i told her it was 20 usd. but she misheard it as 90 usd. when i want her to change it for me, i only want 20 usd. She just passed the customer service counter. I went to the customer service counter, waited for a few minutes, a guy appeared, after listening to my presentation, he said I had to contact the card issuer to redeem it myself. why is that, its not my fault that I didnt return it. I come here to shop at least 4-5 times a week. but from now on i will never come here again. too disappointing.

Im not a fan of how this store is organized, and they shut the wrong doors in the evening, making it confusing to enter, but worst of all is this fairly new supermarket has really outdated POS systems at checkout, so they dont take Apple or Google Pay. Ok, get with the times and update please!

The people supervising the curbside pickup are pretty rude. Don’t try calling to resolve an issue because it will only infuriate you. The associates bringing out the orders are very nice, but the supervisors are quite difficult to deal with.

My go to store. Excellent deli selection, alcohol staff is always helpful, lots of options for different dietary lifestyles. Sushi is great. My boys love the Starbucks. And I love the natural section for supplements, skin care, etc. Lost my wallet once at this store. A staff member found it and called me to pick it up. Very pleased with the customer service.

This location is awful, they are always short staffed. The shelves are always in need of stocking. I know several people who have applied for jobs online and never get called back, but they never have enough employees. They staff they have are very nice an as helpful as they can be but are totally over worked. Time to get some real management in this location who are serious about hiring and stocking. Safeway does not have this problem and is taking your customers.

This store is not one I’m technically used to. It was like a Frys Marketplace and Safeway put together. Throw in a Starbucks and you got a great store with a lot to offer!

Really bad service …my sister started working there and never got her check and then told lies about her check being on the way but never came in the mail …and waited a month still no check …they lie when you start working there and play with your money really disgusting and when you come to them about it they play victim worst store ever !!!!

2nd time purchasing meat with a past sell by date. Today’s meat marked 7/14 almost a week...

Worst line management ive seen in last decade. 32 people waiting for THREE registers open. Self check out has 10. The store managers obviously clueless on how to manage proper personnel. 8pm on a Thursday. It was so unbelievable I had to take a picture. this is my first visit here after moving here this week and I dont ever want to come back. AND you must bag your own groceries, if I wanted to do that I would go to Walmart they have 90% the same products for cheaper. then I get out to the parking lot and theres carts everywhere why because nobodys clearing them out just take a look at the picture (sorry I posted picture but isnt showing). Cart storage is overflowing and loose carts everywhere. So poorly managed whoever is running the store should be fired.

I’ve since moved far away from Parker and still come down here to grocery shop from Lowry because this store has the best selection and friendliest staff!But they never have baggers here, and it’s annoying to be honest. So they loose a star for that.

My Original curbside pick up time was between 3-4 pm on the 22 November and was contacted by King Soopers on Cottonwood at 2:30. KS employee informed me via voicemail that my order will be delayed about 3 hrs with pick up at 6pm. I agreed as I had items on my order for meals for Thanksgiving and the rest of next week. I called the store back and confirmed the delay and also confirmed with an employee that a $200 credit was logged for me from the previous curbside pick up on 17 November. This was also delayed by an hour and the employee who loaded our vehicle had an attitude and started throwing grocery’s in my SUV which resulted in cracked eggs. I also discovered after inventorying the groceries received, the potential cross contamination from Raw chicken that was bagged with the salads, butter, and other items. I called the store and the manager RE shopped the contaminated items and delivered to my residence and also credited my entire order for my next pick up order. This was the 2nd instance of receiving credit from KS Cottonwood as my previous order I received, had molded blackberries and bagged salads that expired the day of pick up. The 3rd instance was for today 22 November. Kids yogurt received was expired on 16 November and the Home Chef Chili had holes on the top towards the lid which splatter some of its content in the same bag which contained the expired yogurt. I called the store and spoke to a curbside employee whom credited the items towards the next order. You should NOT provide a curbside pickup if you can’t fulfill the orders properly with quality items instead of molded and expired items and place items in bags that can cause cross contamination, as well as can’t meet the reserved delivery times.

Today, 3 checkers, no sacking staff, self checkout was maxed out, long wait times with 5 to 7 customers waiting in each check out line and no one at the Customer Service desk for 10 minutes, and the produce department was severely under stocked. Kings at Lincoln and Jordan is the same. Thanks Kroger for showing me how good Safeway is !!

Do not use Clicklist at this location. The last 3 times our order has been delayed and missing items that “couldn’t be fulfilled” which when going into the store myself, found the items easily. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

Absolutely the WORST grocery store to do curbside pickup at.I had my pickup set for 6-7pm. They call me at 4pm and say they are running behind and had to push it to 8. I understand that and ok. Fast forward to 8. I get here and I call them to tell them what spot I’m in. They said it would be another 15 minutes for 1 item. Like how is that possible. Again, I say ok. It’s now currently 9:05pm on a Sunday and I’m still waiting. I work in Arvada and have to leave for work at 4:50am.I will never come back to this store ever again.The absolute worst customer service I have EVER witnessed for a Kroger branded grocer.

LOVE this store! Great selection of fresh, frozen and packaged gluten free foods. One of the few stores that carry gluten free fresh breads, muffins, cookies etc..The staff is great and one of them even helped alert me to a very low tire this summer. They are always so busy and for him to take the time to run up to me in the parking lot just to tell me this and offer his assistance was super nice.Forgot to add that they are now selling clothes! Too cool!

I love this particular King Soopers store! I ordered several Italian Tiramisu cakes from this store, and everyone simply loved the cakes! The timing was great for pick up and the cakes having 2 hours to thaw out before evryone enjoyed the treat.

I had a problem with my click list order and the manager called me personally and actually drove the item that I wanted to my house himself!! I couldn’t believe it! I was shocked that he actually cared that I was upset and that means a lot. I will definitely keep going to this store!

This morning going in as always on Saturday a head clerk named Kyra she was rude and was talking to cashiers like they were trash. Very unprofessional and abuse of power. People should never be treated like this!

Mandi in the floral department went above and beyond to find what I was looking for. Even searched for me in the store. Amazing service!

A little big and is not set up like the usual neighborhood kings but once you get the hang of it it is kinda a nice store. Fine jewelry store, they sell clothing for all ages and gender. They also have home goods, and most important they have a very friendly staff.

I have to get groceries delivered. Fighting multiple sclerosis and cant go shopping anymore. :( you all dont know how much I miss leaving my house to shop. Anyways I ordered late and had it delivered next day. Who ever went threw my list did a awesome job. Thank you.

The Starbucks inside the Cottonwood King Soopers is my favorite location to go for a quick coffee. Ashley is incredible! Very personable, and always makes my beverage perfect!

Very busy today but the line wait was comparatively short. Our cashier and courtesy clerk were awesome. Theres a couple of things on sale this week where the supply seemed a little short or else just really popular. It was nice to get in and get out for a change.

I am ashamed to have been an employee at this establishment. At first, working here was an uplifting experience. However, after a month my view on this store quickly changed, as I witnessed more and more things wrong. To begin with, HR treats their employees like they’re trash. The scheduling is appalling and a couple of my fellow coworkers worked full time during school. They threaten to write you up if you can’t come in and the front is so understaffed they usually ask to work overtime. There is numerous of other complaints I would like to make about this store. As a customer, you’ll have less of an issue because generally the staff is very pleasant to their customers. I would, however, advise you against looking into the hiring process. Save yourself the trouble while you still can. I was warned before, and now I’m warning you. Spread the word.

Ted and John in the Deli are awesome! The best customer service I have ever received inside of a grocery store! I was in a rush to figure out what to make for dinner, and they put together A GREAT family sized Chicken dinner!! It freed up my night and brought a smile to my face! Thank you guys! For how big this store is it’s amazing how many things I still have to go to Sprouts or Natural Grocers for; I also think the most frustrating thing ever is that they have 12 separate places to find cheese. I walked 300 yards just to (not) find Swiss. Another frustration is that they close the main door at 8pm. Yes, the main door. Here are the things they don’t have that I’ve needed this week alone: rye flour, organic whole wheat flour, specialty coffee, v60 coffee filters, aeropress filters, bean sprouts, tamarind paste. Just this week.

Love the store. Great people and I can find things there I cant find elsewhere. Prices are competitive and if you shop the sales you can do great. Apparel department has good quality at great prices.

Weve held out hope but have given up on king soopers and their app. Weve had many issues over the last year and have started to shop elsewhere. The app is buggy and needs a ui/ux overhaul as its not intuitive. The service within king soopers is poor and lacks leadership.

We as a family have had questions and needed help in the meat department on several times Both Mark an Jr have gone out of the way to help.We simply call this the store the greatest King Soopers ever .Refused to shop anywhere else.Refreshing in this day and age to find this outstanding service.Thank you Gentleman!

They have almost everything here. The clothing section is arranged weird with womens mixed into mens. The liquor store is well stocked with 2 long beer coolers, lots of wine, and a fair variety of liquor brands local as well as international. The deli is larger than normal with a menu to match its largess and the seating is more of a cafeteria style and even has an al-fresco section. The health food store and jeweler are nice touches I must say. Too bad theyre no longer 24 hours as I am a graveyard shift kinda guy.

The new King Soopers is an outstanding shopping experience. Amazing selection of products that are mind boggling. I love the track lighting throughout the store and the wide aisles, it makes the experience much easier. Of course the prices are pretty good too. But the best of all are the wonderful, friendly people who work there. They are kind and so helpful and really take pride in their departments.I waited 10 years for the store reopened and it did not disappoint. Thank you Kroger for this marvelous grocery/department store.

Its a giant King Soopers. Good deli, just dont expect all the sides right before closing. Want toys, clothes, liquor, and jewelry too... theyve got it. Fuel area attached for fill ups.The layout in the middle changed a lot with the liquor store addition, ask someone if you cant find it.Staff are always helpful, and a great meat department.

Wonderful people and a clean surfaces support a nauseatingly overwhelming array of caloric options. If you ever are faced with an abundance of quiet or find your attention too smoothly grasping what you intend, I recommend wandering their aisles until the random noises and dizzying options induce vomiting (5 minutes is usually sufficient).Good people who dont want to die do their best in many wonderful ways to make this miasma of light and sound bearable and the store itself is but the latest example of success in the game we have set up. I intend no ill will towards the people or organization who made it possible. I simply hate every second of being in the store and wish there were some other way of succeeding than explosively excreting mountains of blurring merchandise and random noise at people dumb enough to want to eat.

Disappointed in the deli service. They had one guy working it at rush hour and I waited for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Walked away and will have to try the King Soopers by my house for sandwich meat on the way home.

I really enjoy shopping at this King Soopers location. This location offers so much from gas to International Foods to really good sushi Donuts baked freshly baked bread s. The staff here are very friendly in most welcoming. They are very helpful I never have a problem looking for specialty items that are on my list. I only wish that there were more bigger stores like this.

Love King Soopers Marketplace. I cant describe how many trips have ended up with a new jacket or muffin pan in addition to my normal groceries just because they offer SO MANY THINGS! Nice to be able and to make one stop for everything.

This store is amazing! Everything from beautiful garden plants in the summer to clothing and wine! Couldnt be more thrilled we just moved in this area and this will be our new location to shop!

Good:1.Selection of foods and booze.2. Friendly employees3. Specials on meats around the holidays. Im still working on that 15 lb New York strip roast marked down from $200 to $60.Bad:1. Restocking carts that block the middle of the aisles at all hours of the day. Pull them off to the side of the aisle so people can get by. Or maybe get the restocking done at night?2. Whats the deal with the bread aisle with the pillars in the middle? Your aisles are already narrow enough. We dont need obstacles.3. People begging for donations outside the doors. Stand them off to the side or in front of just one door. Nobody wants to be guilted into donating to every cause on the planet every time they run out of avocados.

Plan for lots of time. This place is massive! They have a ton of stuff. Cant figure out why its so big. Mostly found what I wanted, but despite the size they were out of one of the items I needed.

This place is huge. And the fact the store single handedly turned a complete dead shopping area into an extremely busy one is impressive. Love their food selections and assorted snacks/drinks, not to mention the little self checkout area on the east side of the building where I never have to worry about lines.The place is always clean too and the only negative is that its very crowded on the weekends especially right before a storm (like how it was today). But there are plenty of aisles and theyre usually big enough to handle the crowds.

I dont think this KS is the same one I go to, but my experience with all King Soopers stores has been stellar! They have a variety of great food options, great prices, a friendly staff, and a clean environment. Great store! 5/5 stars for sure!!

Wow this is the most impressive King Soopers Ive ever been in. Huge and they even have clothing. Whats up with that? Really nice one. Even more stuff than the big one in Glendale, Colorado, which I thought was the top of their line.

This place has everything and I love that they have full staff. The past few weeks they have had a smaller staff but still enough to only have 1 person in front of you in line. They have kids clothes, baby stuff, natural section (that is pretty decent sized), Fred Meyers Jewelry store, Starbucks, and full strength alcohol oh ya and a sushi bar salad bar and little cafe area!

I go to this store out of convenience, but they never have organic milk in stock… And I mean never. In addition, the Stonegate location always has a federal produce. Don’t be fooled by the fact that it is a new location…The product ordering is severely lacking

I work nights so I get off at 4 or 5 am. I went in at 6 am to get a case of beer a few nights ago. I was asked if Im drunk 2 times from staff ( just off of work so Im sober as hell ) and told they just cant sell any hard liquor till 8am. And then they went to my cart while Im in self check out and just took the case of beer of my cart and only saying really without another word. At the time I didnt know that they cant sell beer tell 8 am. There is still a way to handle things and a way not to handle things. Very rude and now Im going to another store.

Fast and easy shop. Looks like they are changing a few things around. Saw new refrigerators, but not sure what all will be in them. Looks good though.

From a truck driver delivering to here they refused to let me use the bathroom due to senior hour even tried to explain to him and showed him the paperwork was told to come back at 9am im not waiting 2 hrs to use bathroom wont be comeing back here so you guys can get your tp and groceries from another truck

Jordan in the specialty cheese department did a great job taking care of our needs. He went above and beyond and he said it was his first day!

In general I have found customer service management and supervisors at this particular location rude not only to me, but to their employees right in front of me, especially when I am shopping with coupons. The Cottonwood store is definitely closer to my home, but from how I have watched managers treat people I will drive many miles out of my way to go to the store on Smokey Hill where the environment is always more welcoming, and the staff to not appear afraid of their managers and supervisors staff

Clean inside and organized staff. One of the few locations to branch out and install a liquor store within the store. Nice touch. Tip: Park on the east side and use the small door near the deli section if you only have a few items. Get your items and there are four hidden self scan checkouts in the deli department. You can easily exit via the small doors and avoid the main entrance crowds. Conveniently close to Costco (across the road) in case you need anything they dont stock. Havent compared fuel prices with Costco but I suspect Costco may be cheaper.

Very nice king soopers. Sells full strength alcohol, among other things not normal found at kings. Very spacious

Shopped here many times now and Several of those times, I say I wont come back. They are ALWAYS out of stuff and I never have this problem at Arapahoe Crossing. The produce section is too small with way too big a banana display. Today they were out of ground beef (granted it was on sale and I didnt know that when I came here) but they are also out of 18 count eggs. Another time it was Tang. Another time it was a fairly common cooking oil or vinegar. I have no idea if its been the same inventory manager since the store opened but it HAS been the same problem since the store opened. Its a waste of time to come down here when they are always out of stuff.

Kings soopers market place stores are the largest Kings soopers you can shop. They have a very larger variety of items to choose from than the small stores. Marketing stores also sell clothing. In fact this is the only store you can buy clothes from Kings Soopers. The clothing is always of best value and the best brands. I get most of my clothes from the store at Parker rd and cottonwood.

This King Soopers Marketplace is a giant store! Many surprises here, and Kings is finally really competing with Whole Foods. Especially in the gourmet foods department. Great cheeses!

This store is always clean, the employees are friendly and courteous, the aisles are wide and well designed and stocked, plenty of checkouts and cashiers so the lines are never long. 😁🤩

A great recent experience at this particular King Soopers. I found very helpful individuals in the Deli and Meat section but thats not always my experience. Additionally this King Sooper as with most of the others Ive been to recently is having difficulty charging the correct advertised prices.

Great selection of organic, grass fed, non-gmo and other healthy food options. This store is huge and carries a large selection of vitamins and even some clothing and housewares. The store is clean and employees are polite. I have many other grocery stores between my home and this King Soopers but find it worth the drive.

I do love the location and selection. However, within the past month at check out they have forgot to give me all my bags 3 times now. Last time I even looked at the young boy bagging and asked “Is that all?” And he said yes. It’s hard when I’m paying and I can’t watch to make sure it’s all getting in my cart. Extremely frustrating.

Always fulky stocked with everything you need and the Marketplace is a huge plus! Its nice to shop for everything in one place whether it be clothes, shoes, or small appliances.

This is a huge supermarket. When I want to walk, if its too hot orcold, I love walking there. From the jewelry store, to the pharmacy, to the many many aisles of clothes, to kitchenware, and on and on to the liquor area. My only problem is finding what I want. Lol. They have very little for diabetics & I sometimes cant find the lower salt items for those with heart disease. Every worker there is very friendly and very helpful. Kind of fun to visit. After all, how many of you have seen jewelry stores & clothing areas in a grocery store?

Usually pretty busy, but is HUGE! Salad bar is pretty good and you can find a great deal of products you cant find anywhere else close. Jewelry and clothing, as well!

I went to king soopers last night around 9pm with my husband to buy some beer. He pushed the cart to that check out where the lady asked for his ID. He gave her his ID and then she looked at me and asked for mine. I did not take my ID purse or cell phone with me into the store. I am 42 years old definitely do not look anywhere close to 21. I had not pushed the cart and I was not purchasing the beer with my money or using my King supers card. The money and the card were my husbands. She refused to sell him the beer until I drove home and back for my ID. As I was on my way home for my ID my husband asked her if she would then sell him the beer since I was not in the store. She still refused insisting that she knew I was already accompanying him. She also stated if I shop at the King supers and purchase beer when my 15-year-old daughter is with me she will ID her and if no ID is present will not sell me any alcohol. Very disappointed!!!!! Definitely will be sharing my bad experience with everyone I know!!!!

My wife shops at this King Soopers. A lot. She loves this place. Good for Kings Soopers. Not so good for our family budget. Hey, we gotta eat somehow.

Terrible return policy I came here two days ago purchased formula kingsoopers brand and it made my daughter really sick and all I wanted was to exchange it for the not off brand formula and I wasn’t able too I waited to see for a while for them to say no. It was still pretty much full it just made her so sick she had to go to the hospital it irritated her stomach. I’ve never have been so disappointed in kingsoopers formula is expensive overall and for me not to be able to exchange it is ridiculous.
