Cool little grocery store in Colorado. Stopped in before heading out to the airport to head back home. Grabbed fresh produce, a drink and some trail mix for great prices. All the employees were super friendly and helpful as well. The store is a little confusing to navigate if youve never been there. But it was clean and well stocked.

I love everything about Natural Grocers! Most of the staff are very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of the store may be smaller than some but it is offset by the high quality of products they offer. As a vegan/vegetarian household NG is indispensable due to their wide range of meat and dairy alternatives not found at many other stores. Also, their supplement/vitamin selection cannot be beat!

I refill my 5 gallon water jugs here. The have a machine with 3 jug capacity so it is very quick. You also don’t have to use change like some of the machines around town.

This used to be our local NG for 10 years. After traveling the SW full time van life I can say after coming back to this NG I have to say it’s the worst one I have frequented over the last 8 mos. I have been to at least two dozen NGs over that time. I went to use their water filler machine. I came away with basically tap water. Why? Yin could taste the chlorine as if it was just rap water. Not the reverse Osmosis that they advertise. Not surprised as this store was always a let down over the 10 years when I was local. But now I know better. This is a sub-par NG!

Great store and staff! Love knowing that everything here is 100% organic. I can buy gluten free, dairy free, and/or GMO free. Staff is very accommodating with answering questions. Healthier alternatives are not just limited to food, but also household, bath, kitchen and pet supplies. Look for better choices like plastic wrap, muffin cups, jello, soaps...unlimited ways to be healthier!Then theres the vitamin/supplement area where one can find high quality brands that work, run by an exceptionally knowledgeable manager and staff. (Would like to see better ads from Corporate that give 25% off all supplements/bath items once each quarter like Sprouts did, plus an additional 10% if total is over $100. Makes it very convenient for everyone to get in on ads for supplements and bath items at one time, not piecemeal ads geared mostly for weekends.)Carts are cleaned with sanitizer and store is clean. Only improvement could be made with bathrooms, so the faucets are hands-free to truly be sanitary.I do love the reorganization for the veggie and fruit department display, as long as it stays fully stocked. Otherwise, I end up at King Soopers.Appreciate that the clerks are quick to call for backup at checkout if lines are long, when possible.The finale.....Coming out to your car and enjoying the incredible view of the Front Range and Rocky Mountains!

The mask mandate has ended in Douglas County, yet staff pounce the moment I step in without a mask.Other places, such as King Soopers, the Park Meadows Mall and stores in the mall do not force their customers to wear a mask.

After searching at a competitors store twice for an item, came this store for the first time and immediately found what I was looking for.

They used to respect hippa, but have become mask nazis. I used to go in twice a week and spend $30-40 each time, but only go in once a month for items that I cant find elsewhere.

While all the Natural Grocers - Vitamin Cottage stores have about everything you could think of to support allergen-friendly diets or healthy diet renovations, the Parker location is my favorite for knowledgeable and friendly employees, especially in the vitamins and supplements department. They never act like youre wasting their time with your dumb questions... and believe me, Ive asked some dumb ones over the last 10.5 years that Ive been shopping here. Never a hard sell, either if you need more time to research.

Had a bad experience at this store! The clerk made a mistake and charged me for an expensive item that was not in my cart!

Its like Whole Foods but a little more local market feel. I have a few items on our shopping list that I prefer to by organic so when I shop here its usually very specific. However, I find the store easy to get around and the lines are never that long.

Today February 19. One register open 5 people in line. Liz oblivious until a co worker walking by cleared her throat and asked if she had called for more checkers. She chuckles and they speak to each other. Then she calls. Everyone behind me hit the other registers .I get Liz who rings me up and then picks up a conversation with the next person in line while Im trying to give her my money. Not interested in me at all but then somehow notices that Im not feeling the love and talks to my back about driving careful and being safe as I leave the store. Im old and am sick so I guess she was not interested. Nice PR for vitamin cottage.

Was there to get some Calendula oil. Could not find it, and was told by my health care provider that they had it. Could not find anyone to help. Only two people working on a Saturday at 5 p.m...Amazon had it and will deliver.. Im a firm believer in buying local..but if theyre not going to be able to help, glad there is Amazon.

Good service and knowledgeable employees, However, when it comes to returning items or exchange then not that flexible. I understand that theres policies from main office, But when I went to exchange the to items that I bought last time, (by the way I been going to that store for 4 years now and never returned any Items) they only allow me to return one and all I want it was to return and exchange the other because he had additives that I couldnt have. They even took my receipt so theres no chance and no flexibility in exchanging the products. At no point the items were open or tamper with, they could see that they sealed is still right there and not broken. The idea of keeping your receipt in case you need to return something its not totally clear, as I found out. Again this is not a reflection on the employees but the policies that been put in place by the main office.

I recently moved to this area from Portland OR area. I finally got a chance to visit the Parker CO Natural Grocers location. You know when you first walk into a place...uh, where is this or that is crossing your mind. In minutes a great lady Brooke approached and asked if I needed help and she easily vectored me to what I needed and I told her I this was my first visit and she was kind enough to say, May it not be your last! I have noticed her and others immediately responding to those needing assistance and they have great knowledge of their products and can answer any question. This is the location of choice for me whilst in this area. Beyond 5 Stars is my Rating!

If you need some vitamins or some specialty foods for your allergies this is a good spot to stop. The staff are helpful, shelves are stocked, and they hav ea pretty good selection.The location is a bit small, so you might need to run to another location if they dont have something specific that you need.

They have a good selection of products. The only thing I find really annoying, is you cant get their sale prices unless you go to their website and register in advance. This is the only store I know of where you cant fill a form out in the store and hand it in, to get the listed sale prices. If you didnt register in advance, you are just out of luck.

If you love natural, organic, quality foods and supplements then you will love Natural Grocers. You can find speciality items there and if they don’t have what you are looking for then they will order it. They cannot compare in price to nearby stores (or Amazon), but you get what you pay for.

A little pricey!

This store has helped me so many times with health situations when doctors could only prescribe medications that had side effects requiring more medication. I prefer to go natural whenever possible and this store has helped me treat osteoporosis, small intestine bacterial overgrowth, as well as common things like colds and flu. Even my doctor has been amazed at my progress. All without medicine. The staff has guided me and helped me find the product best suited to my needs. I just want everyone there to know that they are appreciated, as our the products they carry. Truly a blessing to someone like me.

This is our go-to place for our groceries. All of the produce is organic, so theres no sorting through whats healthy and whats not! Great business practices and a staff thats always friendly and helpful.

We no longer go here as the produce didnt seem to last more than a day and we got stuck with a few items that were out of date. Trying to return things is not customer friendly. Although the staff is friendly and knowlegable for the most part, there are other places to go for organic these days.
