I originally had this as a four ⭐ but changed due to the fact that we got a flat tire after service (probably from the shop) and they didnt rotate the tires even though they said it was completed. I always mark the tires to see if they do, and they didnt touch the tires at all, lol. We used the online scheduling which did not work as they didnt know we had a scheduled appointment. They did fix the tire, but charged us $15 when it happened at their shop, lol. Oh well. You live, you learn.

Wharton Cadillac is top notch in my book! They are always very helpful and considerate of my needs. They do a wonderful job in caring for my vehicle. They take time to explain anything that needs to be completed to keep my car in top shape. I really like my Cadillac and want to keep it in mint condition and Wharton is the key for me.

Because the floor of the co-pilot of my car is leaking for unknown reasons. My friend went to this shop to repair it two times, and it cost $152. After experiencing rain again in September, I found that my car was still leaking. As a last resort, I went to repair the car again today. After inspection, I got a $50.83 bill and told me that if I want to repair the car, I need to allocate more money. I will never trust them again.

This is a family business for more than 70 years and it is a superb seller and servicer of fine motorcars. They treat their customers like royalty and I would not consider buying a vehicle for myself from any other place. This last service appointment was for an LOF and, since I was going on a 1,000 mile trip next week, a complete checkover of tires, belts, hoses, etc. The work was performed efficiently (while I waited!!!) and at a very reasonable price. This dealership is absolutely top-notch.
