Always have what we need and employees are great. Well at least the older ones are very helpful.

Everything was good until check-out. Have an email discount coupon and the cashier couldnt figure out how to use it.

I like Walmart but HATE self check out. I dont get paid to do that job and it is harder for handicap people.

Like the smaller Walmarts. Associates are nicer than in the larger ones. They arent over worked and stressed out.

Everyone was so helpful and nice. Best Walmart Ive been to.

I dont like going to Wal-Mart for anything, ever. Too many people for my liking. But if I have to go to Wal-Mart in the area, I prefer the South Side one. Less people it seems, cleaner, and it seems like theres always more of a selection compared to the Vienna one, just in my experience. But ya know, its Wal-Mart, what more can I say?

Great store but sometimes low on certain items, probably because theyre so busy. Always someone around if you need help

It is a little busier on the week ends than through the week but I found everything I needed and got checked out fast . I only had one customer in front of me. 🙂

The store was clean. Everything was easy to find. Over all my experience was good.

Plenty of charged putt-putts for those like me...who need one. Had in-stock everything we needed. Scan & Go worked well.

Wal-Mart its self is fine. Management needs to replace the benches outside for those of us who use the bus and have to wait for it. Many of us are disabled and cannot stand for long periods of time

Great store but some of the cashiers are not as friendly as others and some are very slow and stand talking to people when customers are lined up and waiting.

Nice store with nice staff. Things are a bit out of stock right now with the hoarding and the virus scare but the staff were restocking as fast as they could.

Shelves are nicely stocked, and the staff is very helpful.

Walmart was fine was able to get in and out quickly and thats what I wanted to do

How many times do I have to tell you managers about your profiling discrimating workers and how it needs addressed? I always get attacked when my tats and piercings are visible. When i have them covered, nothing happens. I put it to the test 😉. I have more money in my account and lockbox than your workers paycheck and bank account combined. Make sense? So address this or be famous on cam when it happens again. There will be a lawsuit. Dont test me. I will make you famous on live broadcast.

So HUGE! Im from Milwaukee, WI so this Walmart is the biggest Ive ever seen. Well stocked and organized, nice cashiers too.

Pretty ridiculous with COVID outbreaks going on and the door worker at the Walmart Southside Parkersburg wants to stop people and check receipts and look at the stuff in my bags to make sure it was what was on my receipt. Im assuming its profiling due to my tattoos because I watched three elderly women walk straight by the worker in front of me and he didnt say a word to any of them but Adam wanted to stop me.

Great deals always have carts available and cleaned, the layout of store is my favorite in the area

I would not personally call this a Supercenter considering its really not it is a small Walmart it is a old Walmart not very much upkeep on the facility the floors were just concrete finished. But everybody was friendly the community seem to like the place it had a lot of people and they have a lot of stock

Drove 1 hour 30 minutes each way to pick up an online order. Got there and they didnt have the item. U owe me for 3 hours time and 22$ in fuel.

Sure wish I could get everything on my list. But since covid is around I have been finding shelves empty.

So many workers putting away grocery on the shelves. That when I did need assistance, I couldnt find nobody to help me. This walmart was actually low or completely out of everything that I seemed to have gone shopping for that day.

Some employees are rude, the ones doing the shopping for pickup will run you over to get where they need to go. I understand they are working but you could say...Hey sorry I ran over you foot. Lol. Since the pandemic started their inventory is hit or miss.

Way to many people seemed very crowded, no handicapped carts ready, though we found 1 dead in the middle of a pharmacy. Very few cell phones to choose from no variety. Didnt find anything we went there for.

Be nice to find a cash register with a person open. but one open must be the norm..

This was a great Walmart! As aWalmart+ member it is very nice having access to the app. I can get everything needed anywhere Im at. This Walmart in particular gave me a goody bag and extra masks. I really didnt expect any of these things. Besides the friendly worker that came out to greet me. It was super having a store care about their customers. Keep up the good work Walmart in Parkersburg, WV.

Love Wal Mart as they have a good selection in all departments. They gather my orders and deliver to my back porch. I appreciate all the things they offer as I get older the benefits that are offered for customers is a big help while the Covid 19 virus is widespread. The employees have went above and beyond while the pandemic is raging, they are definitely an essential employee. Thanks to all managers and employees for being available to all clients.

Variety keeps getting smaller and prices higher. Then they have cameras at the self checkout so you are not only bagging groceries for free to save Walmart money but you are on camera and treated like a criminal. I try to avoid Walmart as much as possible.

It was mainly a quick stop, but I wonder quite often u can never find someone inside to help u find something in particular, but they always have 4 people at the doors 2 doors so thats 8 people it dont take that many to count heads coming and going but never Noone inside ?? I just wondering ...

Since this pandemic Walmart stores are really going down hill in my opinion. Customer service is not good at all, not to mention if you go past 7pm (after work) you have to fight the shelf stockers to even get things you need. And they will not get out of your way! I thought customers were important but guess not after a certain time. I think ill probably go back to krogers, Id rather pay a dollar or 2 more on a some items for cleared isles, plenty of registers open with REAL people and good customer service!

A good supercenter with everything youd expect for a Walmart of that size. Has an associated gas station that drives the low gas prices that are consistently available in that area from GoMart & Speedway. The Walmart gas station closes at 10:00 PM.

It has been remodeled. It looks clean and neat. The employees are very helpful and courteous. They dont seem to mind you asking what aisle something is in. They even walk with you and show you.

Work always has interesting associates and customers.

My visit was very pleasant, I was asked if I needed any help several times . Im grateful that they did because this time I really needed it
