One of my favorite stores,and the help there is always very helpful,and nice. Just wish you had our kereoke machine we were looking for. Lol

I love All dollar stores!. Family Dollar being one of my favorites for items they have!. Today I had stopped into this Family Dollar store with my son who was sent home sick from school. I was looking for childrens medicine...I found the Tylenol and was looking to see if there was any other childrens medicine except for the very small limited 1ft long area of childrens meds that included childrens tylenol generic tylenol and liquid ibuprofen. I was looking for chewable ibuprofen and stomach medicine for children. So as I was standing there in the corner I asked the clerk at the end of the registers if she could help me and where was the childrens medicine?. She pointed and said On the back wall there. Than went back to playing her phone. I must say this isnt my normal dollar store that I stop in frequently.. we have a Dollar General close to our house.. however the customer service at our DG is extremely better than what I got today at FD. Im not sure if this is a secluded issue or if Dollar General is just better in customer service. I do know I didnt feel like I was helped at all.. and that can be a bit frustrating!. Exspecially when your not familiar with the store and have a young child to keep a eye on with you. The customer service didnt get any better when we got to the register either. I dont think the woman said a word to us.. after making us wait on her to take a phone call to ring us up. I left this store a bit frustrated that I wasnt able to find what I was there for in the first place and frustrated from the rude cashier!!
