My neighbor referred me to this mechanic once my warranty was up from the dealership. I couldnt have been happier with the results. My wife has to take my car for service because of my working hours, when she comes back she always explains everything to me, since they explain everything in such detail to her. She probably knows more about cars then I do now!We recently got two car batteries installed in both of our vehicles. The price Action Auto charged for the battery matched Amazon and for the second one it was even lower. That shows how honest they are. A lot of mechanics will try to up sell the parts to you, not here!I am so happy with them, that when the time comes for another car, Im going to drive it off the lot and straight here.If you need a good mechanic that you can trust, this is your spot.

Best mechanic I have ever gone to. They always take their time to make sure they educate me on what they are doing instead of just replacing a part. They are very friendly and I dont feel treated differently or intimidated because I am a female. They take their time and do things right, but are also very prompt. Im usually at the dealer for about 3-5 hours even for an oil change. Hans had it done in about 20 minutes and it was a fraction of the cost. I will definitely be taking my cars to them and will be maintaining them better than I was when I was going to the dealer.

Honest, efficient, highly skilled. Ive never been disappointed in eight years. They got my last car to 275,000 miles and likely could have taken it farther. And I take my new car to them rather than to the dealer. Tops.

I am not one to write reviews but I have to say Action Auto Shop is amazing! I just inherited my fathers car after his death and decided to find a shop that specializes in Acura cars. Hans and Matt are very hard working men that are knowledgeable of cars, affordable with pricing (Lets be real sometimes fixing cars can be expensive), and they both truly care about your well-being not just about getting your money. I will whole-heartedly recommend anyone to them.
