I changed the rear shock in their store recently, I reported the car turning has noises on the wheel, they checked and changed the rear shock, but the nails not properly tightened, the nail popped out when the car driving, I have to drove 20 miles in high way, every road bump make my car extremely shaking, I am very frustrated with the service, they put customers in life risk.
