The people here are kind hearted, everybody speaks to you. They treat you like youre special person to them. Dora Norman, Service Advisor is an exceptionally kind people person. I trust Dora, shes smart and will not deceive you. Dora is the only reason why I travel from far away to get my car serviced at this location. Dora, makes me feel like Im leaving my car with my best friend.Actually, I believe all the Service Advisors are very honest people...but Dora is the Diamond!The culture at Heritage Honda is one of honesty to the customer at all times. On my recent visit I met the Service Manager, he personally listened to my concerns and took prompt action to address my concerns. I was totally amazed that he did that. I was even more amazed that he was waiting for me upon my arrival after I had left a voicemessage. To me this was Gold Diamond Service. What more can you ask for then to have leadership involved to help resolve your issues.How can you go wrong when you have all these incredible people working together to provide excellent service and customer experience.I recommend that people in the Baltimore area should use Heritage Honda Service Dept and stop dealing with these 2nd rate auto shops. Heritage Honda is a Grade A Service Shop.

I had service completed here on 6/3/21 due to a flashing D light on my transmission. Ive had service completed multiple times already at this location. This particular day I did not have an appointment, as they were not needed in the past, but the shop was extremely busy this day and only taking service by appointment. However, my service advisor Erin Lober and the service manager Rick Gibson, found a way to fit me in as the problem could have been a safety issue while driving. They ended up being able to diagnose and fix in the same day, while Erin was also able to get the service covered by my extended warranty. Im grateful to them for going out of their way to help me. Shuttle service to and from the service center was also great.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Went to see about my tire. It was plugged the night before due to a flat. It looked suspect. Long story short..I was saved from a potential blow out! He even showed me what a plug does to a tire. Very grateful and will return. Thanks Bill!!
