If I could give this company a zero I most certainly would! A few months ago I called Motorola due to the fact that my husbands cell phone caught fire. I reported the incident and was given a case number and told this incident was considered high priority. What a joke that is! A few days later I called them back and was told I would be getting an email and they wanted pictures of the phone. I emailed the pictures and once again no reply for several weeks. I requested a new phone be sent out immediately due to his phone catching fire. Again I was told that this is a process and that the company had to follow certain steps. Weeks later I received another email with a free label so that I can go out and buy a box or a package to send them the phone now. So let me understand this correctly, your product catches fire in my husbands hand and now I have to run out to buy material to send the phone to you??? Who in the world does business like this? I have also requested the corporate phone number and am being told there is no corporate person I can speak with. Dont do business with this company, they dont stand behind their product.
Outstanding
I went in there to get my phone fixed and the guy starts flirting with my girl!
