Best cell phone service purchasing experience of my life. The young man working 2/10/21 in the evening went above and beyond to help me and answer all of my questions as a new customer. Very honest and super helpful and patient. I am very impressed with the great customer service I received. Parking was easy and convenient and they carry an amazing stock of phones. They make It so easy and compare the phones for you. They will even help you find a certain model if you need. I highly recommend this Boost Mobile location!

I was doing my first wish pick up and they were very helpful.

While In the store a confrontation with a female that was mad at the world, at least during that time frame. Low and behold, VERY FOUL words were bounced back and forth She got in my face and yelled an uncalled for profanity. Those are fighting words. The Stores Sales Associate kept his cool with a calming nun-escalating tone. Any time I come to the store ANY QUESTION I have.is answered with patience explanations I stayed with this particular Small business owner because they are never too busy to help, they are honest in their sales approach and very laid back. I stayed because of Chis and now the Young Man hes chosen to uphold the, business hes built, is the Perfect choice. Mini -Chris. With all due respect he does have name have a name, not my best suit, Remembering names. This store is worth going the extra mile to shop. Its nice to go into a store these days where RESPECT, AND HONESTY are still part of the Customer Serice Mission Statement. Both are so hard to find these days. Ive got to tell you the guy that helped me with my phone did what Chrysler and Samsung customer service could not do he was amazing. I have had my car in 3 times and I was on the phone with Samsung over an hour and nobody was able to get it to download my contacts he did it in a matter of minutes.

Terrence helped me with my purchase. Connected my new phone and took the time to answer any questions I had. Fantastic service! A++++

Long history with M...he was always great and a huge help...we fell out a while back but he still always does his best to help me...took me over a month to get my phones situated due to boost c.s...but he got it all squared away as usual..he truly is the best!

I dont know how the Boost Mobile service is put the price on their phones are amazing at least most of them are at least $50 under what other places charge I had to go pick up a package up there and was looking around their unlimited plan is $50 for 4G LTE and you get 12 G of hotspot I dont know about you but that sounds pretty good from what Im paying but then again you never know what the service is like

Ive been to this store twice in the last week for help with iPhone hardware problems, these guys were great helping us get the issues resolved. Great customer service.

Bought a new phone, realized after I left the 20 dollar screen protector they put on it was the wrong size it didnt cover the whole screen. Did not feel like going back. Thanks! After being a loyal customer for 8 years its suddenly hey in a text, were lowering data speeds after you use so many gigs, and theres no clear info onto their site about when that starts and which plans better they keep it a secret of when do we lower ur speed. Switching providers at least with the others u can see how much data before they throttle. Your gonna pull this out of nowhere now? Customer service is joke, they use slow shared sprint network anyway. Phones arent the best. After 8 years, done lowering data speeds after 35 GB use is last straw, Ill pay a bit more for better EVERYTHING and the data capacity I need!

Super nice people, they didnt have the screen I needed to repair my broken Note 4 but they made a few calls around town and found a shop that had it in stock and gave me the information. I definitely recommend this shop for whatever your needs . Friendly and willing to go the distance, thats the core of customer service. They had nothing to gain financially by helping me and they did it anyway! More than 5 stars of I could. I appreciate it.

Hello Ive been a long-time customer of Boost Mobile I go to the Parma store on Ridge Road the guys there are excellent very knowledgeable great customer service Chris and Andrew are great people I recommend the store and them

Went in to replace a glass screen protector for my stepsons cell phone. Service was fast and very affordable. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a cell phone from them and returned it within their seven day period and they tried telling me there was a restocking fee and it does not say that on the receipt or anywhere !!!

So needless to say this is one of the rudest customer service that I can add to my list to never recommend to never suggest and also by word of mouth let many family and friends know that we can boycott Boost mobile.I ended up going to T-Mobile on Snow Road and was treated like a actual human being with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.Last but not least gotta love the smell of weed when you walk into this store on Ridge Road in Parma,Ohio

The guy who I spoke with had no interest in helping me or allowing us to ask any questions. Kept it very short with us. We left and ended up giving our money to metro pcs.
