I stopped in Verizon this evening to buy a charger box four my phone. I was greeted upon entering from a very nice young man, (now mind you Im not a customer of theirs) named Rafael.But after he kindly told me what the incentives would be if i were to port (switching) over all our lines, I was quite impressed.I didnt have all the phones/devices that would be needed for Rafael to start on my account. He did let me know how much I was approved for. So Im hoping tomorrow i can become a new Verizon Cell Phone customer
Giving 3 stars because the over the phone system is bogus. Absolutely terrible and will never do again. I was hung up on and transferred multiple times after being on hold for over an hour each time I called. Paid for expedited shipping next day and the order had not even processed by the time my phone was supposed to be delivered.In store experience was smooth, pleasant, and safe. Got my phone same day. AS IT SHOULD BE.

This is the first time I’ve been to this location. I will definitely go back. I went in to buy a new phone and Larenzo was friendly, helpful, and informative. He was able to explain everything in a way I understood. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the wonderful customer service I received.

The Ridge Road Verizon was VERY clean and our Verizon Host Nathan was incredibly helpful. Though there were a few items we looked for that had not been in stock. Nathan helped us on our purchase of a seventh generation ipad along with “liquid screensaver” which was new to us, BUT WE WILL BE BACK to a Verizon location for more liquid screen protectors.

My husband and I went in Friday evening to switch carriers from sprint to Verizon. We were helped by a very respectful and helpful gentleman named Mike. He was able to get our phones traded in, get our numbers ported, new phones set us with a bit pod of accessories! Mike’s service was amazing and will only go to this location. I recommend Going and seeing Mike if you are in the market to switch or upgrade!

It seems I am not the only one here to have dealt with sketchy business practices from them. Looking at all the 5 star and 1 star reviews, it is a shame there is such a vast disparity in service at this store. Let me elaborate the 1 star further for you:I desperately needed a new phone after having mine for almost three years and it slowly starting to fail on me. We were in town from Georgia for the Thanksgiving holiday and knew that Black Friday would be the best time for deals. We went into the store on Wednesday before to see what wed be able to get and potentially avoid the massive crowds Friday so we could spend what little time we had in town rather than in line for a phone.We went through our account with him and he laid out the deal that he assured us we would get: with my trade-in and the upcoming Black Friday promotions, I could get the Galaxy Note 10 for about $12 a month. I am not interested in spending a lot on a phone and will go with older technology if it means that I can avoid large monthly payments. $12 a month was great and I wanted to jump on it. He also told us that there would be promotion protection so that if we got the phone that day, we could still get the promo once Black Friday came around and could avoid the lines. What we didnt know is that his lack of communication, and the information he would have us believe had us on the hook for more than double that amount monthly AFTER all the promos...Well, the process took 2 hours...I was the only one in the store. Never in my life have I had such an insane amount of time spent on a sale. While I understand that the transfer of information took time and that is not in our control, there was clearly no sense of urgency whatsoever and the first hour+ of time was spent moving slower than molasses. I even had to encourage him to multi-task and get the other things taken care of that we needed to while we were sitting around waiting for the phone to transfer. There were several pretty major issues with the service to begin with:- I quite literally asked for the pricing of a few accessories 4 times before I finally got them, as we were finishing up.- Apparently the store only had two phones left and they were both black, which was not shared with me until the box was open and the transfer underway. If you dont know, there are a lot of colors for the Galaxy Note and I would have very much appreciated knowing that before investing the time.- He hadnt made it clear that it would require trading in my old phone (annoying but fine, thats a reasonable assumption) so he failed to tell me that the trade-in would be worth only $89 until AFTER everything was done. By that time, Id invested hours and wasnt interested in sitting there any longer. I still trusted him that the promo would end up the same, since he knew what phone I had when he mentioned it.- I brought up the $12 deal 4 separate times during the interaction, wanting to make sure that it was accurate, and indicating that was important. I was giving him the opportunity to clarify if that wasnt going to be the case, which he didnt.- He checked the boxes for the protection and insurance without my say so, and claimed that they were already on the account anyway, which I dont remember ever seeing.- He failed to mention the $40 upgrade fee (which is somewhat new since the last time I purchased a phone from a retailer) until after it was all said and done.So now, I have to deal with the issue from hundreds of miles away while the clock ticks down on my returnable time. I thought it was a reasonable assumption that I could trust him but as it was, he was only conveniently communicative (only gave us details that would serve whatever his agenda was...I assume they make commission on these deals), deliberately confusing, and purposely omitted valuable information until the time investment was so great, it would be improbable, if not impossible, for me to undo it. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual Verizon store.

I recently went into the store to switch over from Sprint and as soon as I walked in; Jordan, whom is the store manager greeted me with kindness. Hes very informative on his products and was able to find me a plan that would suit my budget. For that reason, I give this store and Jordan personally 5 stars. He is the true meaning of great hospitality while being able to provide excellent customer service.

Mike was the definition of professional where he set a clear expectation and delivered. If you ever want to review your plan, switch vendors, or get a new phone I would strongly recommend coming in and asking for Mike.

Agent hung up on me, When I told him that I was calling for my father who lost his flip phone My dad needs A new one because he will not do smartphone he is a senior. Agent sounded like you didnt wanna talk to begin with I was only on the phone for less than 20 seconds when he hung up I know it was not a disconnect!

This store called the police on me and I dont even know why. I waited patiently for the police to arrive. Then in front of the police, they told me to go home get the account holder and come back to the store. The store where they just called the police.... the police that were there, threw their hands up and didnt know what to do.. this was early February. I still cant get ahold of a rep. Not one single person has called me. They didnt save the video either!! The video of the police being called!!!! My head is spinning. Liza? Wayne? Are they real people? I was supposed to get a call back. Never once. Dont go to this store. Stay far away! Verizon on Ridge called the police on their customer trying to activate their replacement phone after their screen shattered. Both phones in hand. That simple. You have my number. Why hasnt anyone reached out to me? No no. Why hasnt anyone called me back??.....
I am very happy and pleased with my experience at this store! The service was excellent and also done in a quickly manner. You can really tell that the workers care about their customers and empathize any problems that arose. Taylor helped me out today and did a wonderful job. I am very content with her work and will seek her assistance next time!
Ryan took his time to explain each phone and help me out understanding the difference and allowing me to take up a lot of his time. Always good coming there and would always go there. His team and him self are very helpful.

I came into this location on February 5th while visiting Ohio. I was welcomed w friendly and attentive service from Jordan. He helped me update my phone. He also took the time to back up my phone. Jordan explained things in a way I could understand. I really appreciate his time and amazing customer service.The following day 2/6/19 I came in seeking more help w my phone plan, and was thinking of upgrading my device.Milton was seriously the best. I was so indecisive on which phone I wanted. He took his time and went over every detail with me, from the cost, insurance, warranties, rebates. He set up my phone, helped me make necessary changes to my account and was so kind and pleasant the entire time. All my needs were met and expectations exceeded.We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this location for their patience, and customer service!! To hankst Jordan & Milton.
The service at this location is always extremely exceptional. I once had an issue with my bill because one of the previous representatives failed to disclose a line access fee and the lovely manager Georgie was able to go into detail and explain everything more in depth into discussing my bill and how it will break down every month.
After having a poor experience at the verizon retailer up the road, came in here to see if they could help, even though they could not help me directly, a wonderful employee named Kyle told me everything I needed to know in order to switch my phone over correctly at the OTHER retailer. I would highly recommend coming in here for any of your needs and issues. Amazing service.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. This is not a Verizonstore. It is an athorized retailer. I was told I would get a Hum with my phone as a promotion. When i realized there were charges for the hum and tried to return it unopened, I was told I would be charged a restocking fee. I called Verizon and was told they would note on my account not to charge me. When I told the store manager, Vince, he said because they are not a corporate Verizon store, he could not waive the fee and charged me for the return. Also, phone insurance was added on my account without my knowledge or permission by the sales person, Giles. Verizon Customer Service has made changes to my account to correct these issues but Im still stuck with the 19.99 Hum setup fee paid to Victra. I have asked Verizon to pass on my complaints to their Victra representative.

CONSUMER BEWARE: Unprofessional service even up to the district manager. Do not deal with this store, it is a third party authorized retailer. The people here set their own device and set up fees and return policies etc. For the consumer this means they will charge you more than a corporate store will for the same devices and fees. And to reiterate, their return policies are different than corporate Verizons. Do yourself a favour whenever dealing with an Authorized Retailers. Dont. Just go to the nearest corporate store instead. If youre from Parma go to the corporate store a few miles up the road, NOT this location. Along with other disgruntled customers I too was stolen from by this location. My plan was changed without my understanding and I was charged $520. Take care good people.

AT TIMES SLOW, BUT WORTH THE WAIT! I HAV E BEEN GOING HERE FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS. IVE SEEN MANAGEMENT CHANGE, SALES ASSOCIATES CHANGE ALONG WITH THE PRODUCTS BUT ONE THING NEVER CHANGES; THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND THEIR ABILITY TO HELP. IF I COULD MAKE A SUGGESTION IT WOULD BE TO HAVE MORE PEOPLE THERE ON WEEKENDS AND NOT CHARGE TO PAY YOUR BILL IN CASH. I THOUGHT FOR YEARS THIS WAS MY HIDDEN GEM, BUT IT APPEARS MANY OTHERS HAVE FOUND THEIR NEW FAVORITE VERISON SPOT!

Do not use this store go directly to a Verizon store..they are deceitful. I have been trying for a week now to have paperwork corrected and still nothing done. They overcharge for everything and when they say they will correct things they do not...only solution is to bring my phone back before the 15 days is up..
Worst verizon store ever. He sold 2 ipads (6th generation) to us by saying it is an ipad air 2019 And we bought it as it was their closing time and dude was tired. And worst parts comes up other day, when we were gone to return that, KJ OR MJ same guy who sold us the ipad’s said that he can’t give us our 120+120 in sales tax retun because of rebate deal or something i don’t know and we have to pay 78.78 more in order to return those ipads. then he said previous day he said us “the ipad 6th gen is similar to ipad air 2019”. He sees no difference between 9.7 inch ipad and 10.5 inch ipad. Worse worse worse!!!!!!!
Terrible. Worse place to go. Manager is extremely rude. They do not have the time to help customers with issues that they created. They lie about monthly charges and then when you go back they tell you to call customer service. Very shady sales people. The manager Georgi has the nastiest attitude and the worse customer service in the world. I have warned everyone I know to stay away from this store.
I moved from t-mobile to verizon. I really feel happy about it that I did. I would recommend this store for anybody because people are their so nice and caring.

The store manager was supposed to take 100 out of my account and took 400 and really dont care. The account manager for the store and the person who owns the store was supposed to contact me and never did. I highly recommend that NOBODY comes to this store. It is the worst experience I have ever had. Now my bank is overdrawn and can not buy material needed to make money. So now I am out 1100$ because of this establishment. Please do not ever go here or you will most likely run into the same problems. I will continue to tag them and post on social media due to this terrible incident.

I pay my bill here every month and the salesman Kyle always tries to get me a tablet. Well I finally caved and when I got home I realized I had no idea how to use it. when I came back to return it Kyle asked why I was returning it and when I told him I didnt know how to use it. He spent the next hour setting it up for me and showing me how to use facebook and Netflix and everything else. Also, the people in this store are always nice and easy going. I would recommend this store to anyone like me who is technologically challenged!

I had 2 phones and neither were working properly. While one was up for a renewal, the other was not for another 6 months. I typically handle all my Verizon issues via internet and was hesitant to go into the store, figuring that they would try selling me something else. I was on the verge of switching to Sprint to avoid paying the $30 renewal charge. The store manager Dewayne gave me 2 new phones for $50. (Phones that I wanted.) He then filled out all the paperwork for me to receive the $50 back in a rebate, put it an envelope, and even addressed it. And I still have my renewal in 6 months! Awesome customer service! Thank you Dewayne.
Buyer beware! Do not patronize this store! It is not a Verizon store, just an authorized retailer and go by their own rules. They misinform you by not giving you all the correct charges and fees, and unwilling to make it right when unsatisfied. Never heard back from district manager (as I requested). Also now charging a fee if pay your bill their with cash, seriously? DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE.

Came to the store to update my old I6 to I7, I was told that I also qualified for a black Friday deal - Ipad mini 2 for a $100 !!!Got the Ipad, swiped my credit card, left my autograph on the signature terminal and my new bill is more than double.3 agents were helping me with the upgrade + Ipad for $100, none of them mentioned that Ipad comes with a two year contract, new line, activation fee and insurance.Went back to the store to talk with the manager, he did not help... promised to sent an email with my complain to the district manager who was supposed to get back to me within 24 to 48 hours - which never happened!!!Reported as a fraud to my bank,.Save your time, money and AVOID this store !!!

Came in to update my iphone and get a new one under special. They said that my new bill will be only $27 more until I send the trade in back and it will only be $7 more every month. They also said when you upgrade the phone the iPads mini are $100 only so I purchased one. They also said that with the special I get the case and glass protectant included in the deal. At the end before checking out the total came due over $300. They tried to sneak in the accessories and th activation fees, iPad and taxes. I still got the iPads but canceled the accessories. Two weeks later got my bill and its over $300. They added two new lines to my contract with insurance for two year contract. This is scam store.... I came back to see the manager, there were new people and said they cant do anything and that district manager would get back to us within 48 hours.. nothing over a week later.... they basically opened new lines for us to without even telling us about it.!!!! Scam store!!!! Save your money and time!!! These people will sneak anything they can in your bill to scam you and make money... fraud store!

Worst store for the simple fact, you dont know what you even pay for, lied about accessories given. Given a piece of rubber for screen protector, that doesnt even fit and charged $30 for a glass appropriate one. Wrongfully charged and lied to about other accessories. And no, you dont pay $40 activation fee for existing line and $20 to put existing contacts and pics on new device. Go to actual Verizon store!!!

Terrible service ! Lots of frauds and terrible attitude. the salesmen lie and sell you stuff that you did not ask, charge you for things you did not order. They took my T Mobil phones and said that would replace with the new ones for free but instead they just charge my account every month for the phones and my old are gone. They were very rude when I came to complain and told my wife to leave the store otherwise they will kick her out. Shocking experience ! I will sue them for sure !
