Big Lots is a big warehouse store and I was very pleasantly surprised when I walked into the store. I had always thought of it as a lower end store and I saw many well known brand name items in the store. They carry Broyhill furniture and small kitchen appliances, as well as Black and Decker small appliances. They had Sealy and Serta mattresses. They have numerous household items for kitchen, bed and bath as well as living room furniture too. They also have a large grocery store section and a large pet supply section. I will definitely return.

You lost a sale because when cashier called for back up NO ONE came. Long line. I can go elsewhere for my things. Need to pay attention if working there and need to help when asked. I get places are short staffed but she called for help.

I know its hard times right now but the guy in the furniture department was rude today- they were out of what I wanted and didnt even bother to offer to help us find something else- when we went over originally we saw him hanging out on the couch instead of helping customers, the cashier was the only positive experience. There were multiple people working but didnt even bother helping. We needed someone to help us with chairs also and we left because customer service was ridiculous.

Miguel in Sales Department helped me with purchasing a kitchen table set. He was fantastic to work with! This was on Saturday following Black Friday. It was only Miguel and one other guy who were both swamped with people and he was still professional, helpful, and friendly. Get the man some more workers to help out, and give Miguel a raise!!!

Great store to visit, especially if you want to avoid the zombie apocalypse at walmart.This place has nearly everything, even some basic groceries at very very similar prices to their competition, if not better.Last two box 3 items I purchased here were book cases. They were proceed extremely well and are top qualityI highly recommend big lots to anyone who is close to one

Place was ok. Was expecting to see bigger discounts and more options/selections. The cashier was friendly and efficient.

Today I only paid for curtains. I had 4 other things that were basically free after the two coupons that I used.

I went furniture shopping and while they have a decent selection, I disliked their delivery policy. Furniture will not be brought inside anyones house because of COVID19. If I am spending 1,000 dollars on a furniture set I dont want them leaving it outside, which can damage it and then I have to struggle to move the furniture inside my place myself especially since I have a third floor unit.

This was my first time shopping in this particular Big Lots store. I love it!

No hot water in both faucets in mens bathroom not sure if they are shutting it off to save money or a pipe busted either way there should be hot water

I like this Big lots. It seems to have a better selection than the rest.

Absolutely horrible I ordered a cream cheese bagel and then the customer service said they did not serve food, and then when I went to the restaurant they made me go get the food off the shelves, also when I got there it was either in a box, a bag or in a can, but what made me more mad is they didnt only sell food they sold toys, sofas, and much more. To me this sound more like a department store than a restaurant, for this I give 1 star.

Wanted to purchase display model of table on clearance. They advised they cannot sell until all inventory is cleared I agreed and asked if I could prepay or receive a call when the inventory is cleared. I was advised it wasnt an option and that I could Call in almost daily to inquire...all inventory was sold after over a week of inquiring. I worked retail for 5 plus years I would have never given a customer this experience.

Pretty decent store they only reason I didnt do five stars is they need a bigger selection of items meaning adding more to the furniture section not just all beds but also desks couches and patio furniture all at once rather than seasonal.

They are always kind and helpful.

This location was very clean. However, the item selection wasnt all that grand as the location on Rockside Road. The store is quite large - this may have been the aftermath of Christmas. Customer Service was very helpful and I found everything that I was looking for.

I usually find pretty good deals at Big Lots,and they keep the shelves pretty well stocked.The frozen and cold food section is a nice plus,i get my milk cheaper there than at a super market.I bought a nice pub style dining room set there 4 years ago,and i get nothing but compliments.

It had just been totally renovated and it is so nice to walk in and see the whole store without walking thru alises. And the girl at the register was very friendly.

It was great I finally found headphones that I was looking for at big alots and they are very very comfy at least the headphones dont pinch my ear. and someone asked me if I need help with something and I told her that i didnt need help with anything.
