Have gone to this Giant Eagle location many times and is not bad compared to some other grocery stores around the area. They also have a very good selection of items as well including some non alcoholic times as well. Worth stopping in at least once to see what they have.

All I can say is its a grocery store but if you have to get something from the deli Id suggest going somewhere else. The deli staff is rude and it takes forever to get turkey. Ridiculous!

The morning clerks seem like by the afternoon they maybe up beat, not first thing in the morning. However, the customers were polite as well as employees. The donuts were fresh and the books were enticing!!

Went to pharmacy for my first covid vaccine. I called the day before and confirmed they were taking walk in customers between 11am and 4pm. Got there just before 1pm and was told very rudely that Id have to wait 45 minutes because it had to thaw. I asked if I could come back and she said she would not take it out of the freezer if I left. So I sat and waited, freezing my a** off the entire time. If walk ins are accepted, why the heck are you so rude to your customers that come in without an appointment? I will find another pharmacy next time. Never again.

It was fine. I just went in for their roasted chicken which is usually pretty good.

Couldnt find any red bull on the shelves. Overall very clean though! It was a nice Sunday afternoon shop.

Cashier who assisted me was short tempered and not engaging at all. Produce is ok. Good selection of beers.

Do not shop at this store. I have placed 2 pick up orders and both have not had multiple items in stock and or missing. They also pack everything together. I’ve had all 6 of my almond milks in one bag. I’m glad I am not frail or have a lot of steps.They communicate through text and still get the order incorrect. The manager informed me they are running off of 15% inventory, shouldn’t you then not take pick up orders??? Just drive a few miles further and get everything you need.

This location has really gone downhill! Some of the staff is so rude. Not so much the cashiers, but more so their superiors. The checkout service lights blink for several minutes before anyone will come help. Most of the workers will just walk by or stand at other registers chatting, and by time they do come over and help, they treat you like its an inconvenience. I prefer the Day Dr location much better and will most likely do my shopping there.

Its a pretty good store. I havent been to very many Giant Eagle stores (spent my first 28 years in Florida) but they usually have everything we need there, plus some. Their prices are pretty reasonable for the most part, and they always have deals going on.

Stocked so well and clean. I am from a different suburb and was amazed.

Little smaller than the Giant Eagles Im used to. But there was plenty of selection and finding things was easy. Staff was friendly and super helpful. I wish you were able to use self checkout without a loyalty rewards. Checking out without being able to use self checkout was still pretty quick.

This store is in desperate need of an upgrade. They carry half the stuff other GE carry. Cmon GE or Market District. Time to consider a remodel. Maybe make the store bigger!

I spent almost $20.00 on Sushi today and that will be the last time. I drove to this store specifically because the one closest to my house doesn’t have the fresh Sushi Bar. I should have walked away after picking up the ginger cup. It looked old. I didn’t buy it. I bought two packs is Sushi dated Jun 1. They were $8.99 each. I wanted Seaweed Salad but she didn’t have any. A woman working there said she would have some tomorrow.When we started eating the Sushi we were soon disappointed again when we found the Avocado in the rolls were so underripe that it was as hard as a rock. We had to take it out of all of the rolls, which made them fall apart. Not fun or enjoyable.I hope Giant Eagle hires a better Sushi Manager/Chef for their customers. Whom ever it is now doesn’t have high standards.

This particular GE is close to home. Staff is friendly and willing to go the extra length to help. Very clean store and they almost always have what I am looking for. Like other Gian Eagles the prepared food is either hit or miss depending on the choice and day you go. I only give 4 stars because of the price. If you shop/purchase by the sale ads, it is worthy of 5 stars because the discounts are good when you catch them.

Every time I go there that store and the kind people that work there are absolutely just so delightful I mean the store is kept so neat and tidy they dont keep moving things around to confuse anybody And everyone is so helpful....just about perfect I think.

I have shopped at this Giant Eagle for many years, albeit not consistently. I must say that my visits are always a delight, as I absolutely love their bakery and products, and go specifically at times for their breads, cakes and danish. They are the best, bar one. I have always had good fruits and vegies, which I cannot say for other less expensive stores that I have sometimes shopped for food. The store employees are very helpful and friendly. I have come to conclude that what I think I am saving at other less expensive stores is not worth it compared to the quality I find at this Giant Eagle store on 1825 Snow Road. I was just there Sunday, and had to request assistance from three employees, who could not have been more helpful and/or did not make me feel as if I was interrupting/bothering them. Great Giant Eagle Store.

Prices were high and selections mediocre.I was disappointed in this particular location. Okay for a quick run if you forgot something.Items in wrong placement on the shelves. This location does not have a ABC store inside and beer selection was okay.Great concept for guiding people in the correct direction with arrows on the floor however shoppers did not pay any attention to this. Would be nice if they made announcement on this. I did not see any hand sanitizers for customers.I would recommend stopping in for quick items.

Teresa was straight up rude to me, I dont know if shes having issues in her life or needs to get help but with how she treated me as a customer, I hope she don’t treat anyone else that way because how she acts could really hurt someone else.

This is my hometown store I rely on Giant Eagle for all of my groceries and prescription needs I also do my banking there these stores are truly great and I get treated like number one every time I visit thank you Giant Eagle!

I will never set foot in this Giant Eagle ever again. I was there on New Years Eve when the lines were almost to the back of the store. I waited 30+ minutes in a line that I had to pick without being able to see the front of the store. When I got closer to the front of the line, a member of the management team rudely explained to me that this line was a 12 item or less line and that I would need to go wait in a different line. Based on the size of the sign, the angle of the sign, and the length of the line, it was impossible for me to know this when I entered the line. Eventually an older gentleman next to me was nice enough to swap me spots so that I could check out since he has fewer than 12 items. I was appalled by how I was treated by this staff member, and my experience at this store overall. I will never shop there again, and I hope that sharing this story will encourage others to do the same.

I picked up a cake that I had ordered online today for my fathers birthday. The bakery did a great job on the cake, however when I went to check out the cashier picked up the cake box one-handed and smashed a good portion of the once beautiful cake. It was a larger cake, 1/4 sheet, and definitely required two hands to handle. It was completely heartbreaking to present my father and family with a destroyed cake due to the negligence of the cashier. Im writing this in hopes that cashiers could be asked to please pick up bakery items with two hands, and to use care when handling delicate items during checkout and scanning so this doesnt happen to anyone else in the future.

I would give even less than one star if I could. These people are the RUDEST, nastiest, least friendly, least interested in customer service workers I have ever met. They make no effort whatsoever to even be friendly, much less do their jobs well. The drivers doing delivery do not bother to wear masks, and the managers couldnt care less. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Upon entering the Store I had to fight myself to be open-minded the store that Im used to in Biddulph Plaza in Brooklyn Ohio is really nice. When you get used to a grocery store its hard to go to another one and be satisfied.. in comparison to the store vs my Giant Eagle store I would have to say that there were not many items there that my store did have, like special holiday edition items cereal in particular( wow that girls beautiful sorry I just saw a really gorgeous girl walking into Michaels Im going to go in thecre and see if I can get a date LOL!!) So to sum up my evaluation I would say that this store is a 5 out of 10. The store was clean but did not have all of the items that I wanted . My store is a 10 out of 10... for cleanliness for customer service and for product availability.

Giant Eagle was a little under stocked today with people buying so much stuff, especially toilet paper! The pasta aisle was also bare. When we arrived at the check out line we waited a bit but when we arrived at the robot yourself check out Nada was there to help us! She has worked for Giant Eagle since my son was a little boy and has always been a joy to see! She was helping everyone and anyone she could today. Kudos to Nada!

Always clean. Prices reasonable. Check the weekly flyer for deals the do your shopping. The 5 for $19.99 in meats is great. Remember to bring your Giant Eagle card.

We were shopping last night around 6:30 and saw the most disgusting thing that I never would have expected in a grocery store! It happened by the bakery, a couple had a puppy in the cart and it pooped everywhere, all over the cart and floor! They were trying to clean it with a wipe. We told the manager but he never asked them to leave with the puppy because I saw them checking out. Grocery stores are no place for a dog unless it’s a service dog which this puppy wasn’t. I doubt that the cart was thrown away! I won’t be shopping here again. I wouldn’t want to end up with a cart that a dog pooped in!

Im surprised to read all of the negative reviews. We moved to Parma 3 1/2 years ago and started shopping at this location. I usually shop in the evening after work. I have never come across anybody rude or unhelpful. As for plastic bags, many businesses are not able to use plastic anymore due to local policies. I will continue to enjoy shopping there!

Today (5/11/19), my daughter and I got a flat tire and took the car to a mechanic across the street from this Giant Eagle and they were going to have our car for a couple hours. I mention this b/c we hadnt eaten yet for the day and we had our therapy dog with us (no vest b/c we didnt plan on going in public with him).My point, this Giant Eagle allowed us inside from the cold weather (including our dog) to buy something from their kitchen and to sit at their tables and eat while we wait for the car repairs. MANY THANKS TO DAVE!!!!

I went to giant eagle to get some lunch meats, I got the giant eagle brand hard salami, the meat was disgusting, it tasted gross and it was a darker brown on the ends, I took it back to the store along with my receipt to get my money back, they said they couldnt take it back due to covid restrictions, you guys sold me a lb of bad meat for over $7 and you cant give me my money back? I wouldnt shop at this giant eagle, theres one 5 mins away on day drive, way better customer service and I havent gotten anything bad from there before, next time check your meats people! You never know what these people are selling you and you could be giving them your money just to get sick!

They have signs that say, No meat orders excepted. No one has noticed that this is the wrong word?

I like how theyve added the ability to look up your GE Advantage account by phone number at each register. The temperature inside was too cool for shorts, especially in the meat and dairy departments!

Friendly employees but out of stock regularly. Carts were being returned without being sanitized and multiple loaves of bread were expiring the same week.

Order was not ready.Groceries were bagged terribly!

There is toilet paper on the shelves and ground beef is on sale at a decent price.. This is my go to giant eagle, its not necessarily the closest to my house but its clean, the food is fresh and aside from a deli worker that missed the video on friendly customer service, the rest of the workers are friendly and helpful..

Ordered a half a sheet cake for my husbands birthday two weeks ago. It was a white cake with the oreo cookie frosting. It was SO good. we have a piece left and its still good (been refrigerated). The design was perfect also. Beautiful writing and musical notes were perfect. My husband talked about it for three days after. I am never disappointed with the cakes or decorating from this Giant Eagle. thanks very much.

Use to have high ratings. Now for a simple thing the bags. Plastic bags where free and to the best of my knowledge large paper bags. Now no plastic. (The environment yaaa) now they charge 10 cents for these little paper bags and the handle break with little weight. Aldis has opened my shopping will be there. Will not patronage giant eagle u till bags are large paper and free as they should be And prices are just to high

Employee back in the meat department very nasty and rude because I requested something they had to get from stock.....save yourself a headache, go to the Giant Eagle on Day Drive ! Much better run
