My low pressure indicator illuminated while driving on the 210, and quickly exited and found the Tire Pros shop. They quickly found the problem and had it fixed within the hour. So thankful for their excellent, courteous and fast service. Highly recommended. Thank you again.

Need to fix a slow leak in one of my tires so brought my car here as they did a great job for me five years ago when I needed new tires. They had me out within two hours despite the fact they were busy. The person manning the office was very friendly and helpful to every customer who came in. I will definitely come back here.

Henry T, the manager of TirePros, possesses exemplary customer service skills and he appears that he is highly respected by his staff. His daily communication with customers is very accommodating. My husband called him and asked if he had my rare brand & size of tire in stock and he said, he did not have it in stock, but I can have it delivered within 2 hours. When I drove into their tire center, the truck delivering my tire had just drove in.Kudos for Henry and his team of capable mechanics.

These guys are true pros and will bend over backwards to help. I had a couple nagging small issues with my new Silverados front suspension and tires. They worked me in on short notice and made adjustments at no charge (keep us in mind for tires) I will be going to Tire Pros when my wifes Suburban needs tires this Summer. We put on the spare & tried another tire shop first but they said we’d have to wait 3 hours for them to look at it. Then we went to Pasadena Tire Pros. They were very friendly, got us in immediately, let our daughter & dogs wait inside the air conditioned lobby while they patched the tire and got us back on the road! So grateful we found Pasadena Tire Pros!

They checked my tires and filled them . All at no cost! I will go to them when I need new tires. I appreciate their help and honesty.

Let me tell you i have never walked into a place where they are actually happy to find a solution, i was literally in distress. First time I came here it was in and out, $25 to patch up a tire, fifteen minutes max. Came back a few months later with the same issue and they tried to upsell me 4 tires and new brake pads. I had just been to Valvoline where I asked them to check the tires and all they noted was a nail in my tire. Im going to the dealer for a second opinion, but next time I need tires Im probably going to find another tire shop.

Got the BEST price on 4 Perreli tires. Literally shopped every place in town and beyond - went on their website, locked in the low price offer, went in the next day and they took great care of me. Checked for air shock issues- the HONEST gentleman stated I did not have any- appreciated that. Also offered me a great extended warranty package that inspired to take advantage of. Lots if extras come with that package -at only 20$ a tire. Peace of mind is well worth it. ABSOLUTELY recommend this Pasadena location. This spot had actually been recommended to me few years back for tire issue- by a nearby insurance agent who knows their work well, I was very satisfied then and with my current purchases as well. ✊👍

The service that I received from Henry at Pasadena Tire Pros is always exemplary. He took care of some minor valve seal problems today on tires I bought from him some time ago without charge. My wife and I always buy our tires from him, obtaining competitive prices and excellent service. It is wonderful to have such an ethical company in the area.

Henry is a really nice person, he tells you the truth. How do I know, because Im a mechanic and he doesnt know that. I trust him.

I tried this place after calling 3 other shops for a leaking tire and they were all giving me an hour to two hours of waiting time. These guys were very polite and gave me excellent fast service (20 minutes). They couldnt find anything wrong with the tire and didnt even charge me. I give them 5 stars for honesty and professional integrity and they will be my new tire shop destination from now on. I think they deserve all the business they can handle.

Ive been using Big O Tires throughout the west for over 30 years. So when I moved to the Pasadena area I looked for the closest Big O and found T&T Auto - Big O tires on Rosemead. I have been using them regularly to service three of our cars oil changes, tire rotations and balancing and been totally pleased with their service and pricing. But I recently had the need to have the struts on my vehicle replaced (after 100,000 miles thank you) and to get new tires. This is not a trivial undertaking, it requires several hours to accomplish the task, and with a cost that reflects that effort. I choose to go with Big O versus the dealer: 1) they were several hundred dollars cheaper than the dealer; 2) they treated me with respect and were very accommodating with regards to my schedule; and 3) they demonstrated to me their mechanics had the skills to do the job correctly. T&T Big O has my full confidence to do my oil changes and to do more significant repairs!

I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. Usually my car has been turned around within two hours and the price is very reasonable. It’s always good to feel like you’ve found a shop that won’t try to cheat you or exaggerate issues to get more money.

Tire Pros in Pasadena have now helped me twice, both times with tires and once with an oil change. The service here is fast, and they will give you an honest time estimate when you come in. Prices are what Ive come to expect for SoCal, but the real draw here is the excellent customer service. The staff are friendly, and dont try to sell you anything you dont need.Its rare to find a tire shop like this nowadays, and Im glad that its nearby. I highly recommend giving it a try if you havent been. I doubt youll be disappointed!

I had a coupon to get a flat tire fixed for free and another for an oil change and tire rotation. After I was told I needed new brakes and declined, all of a sudden my tire is unrepairable because there is a hole in the sidewall. This may be possible but I had been checking the tire for weeks because it was a slow leak and had checked the tire for several days and saw the nail in the middle of the tire.

Did not answer phone, left a message, and no call back.
