Make sure your service advisor gives you a quote before agreeing to any repairs. “Some are covered by warranty and others may not be” read fine print and ask how much is it going to cost me out of pocket. On “tire warranty” packages…. Don’t ever buy them. Your best bet is to make friends with your local tire shop and you can replace all 4 tires 3 times during the life if the lease and still pay less. I know it may sound dumb but read the fine print.

The time to fill out paperwork was quick and efficient. The loaner car was clean and the same model as mine so I didn’t have to figure out any different features. Pick up was smooth and quick.

I highly recommend this dealer for services. Luis was extremely professional, thorough, and courteous. This is the best dealer service experience I ever have, and I had plenty since I own a few vehicles. This was my first visit to this dealer, and I will be going back for future service needs for my car.

Had to tow my car in, unfortunately because it’s a new model car (Tycon) tire had to be ordered. They offered me a loaner, a few days later they had me back on the road. All went smoothly, very happy with service.

I bought my Macan at Rusnak. I’ve been impressed from the day I bought it with everything at this dealership. I’ve had it serviced a few times and my service advisor Jason is amazing. He is attentive, professional and kind. He always gets right back to me if I have any questions. I was greeted with smiles and hellos from the porters as I drove in to the service line. I was escorted in and offered water or coffee. Jason was waiting for me. I was in and out quickly. I will be purchasing another Porsche in a few years and it will be from Rusnak. Great service all around!

I know most people expect a high-end dealer to bend to every customers need(s), but I found Rusnak-Pasadena that’s it’s just what they do! We customer’s can be demanding, especially with our time and wallets, but again, Rusnak-Pasadena will do all they can..and, that’s exactly what they did for me. I left with a smile, from drop-off (Erick), to my Service Advisor (Luis), to the final follow-up from the Service Manager himself (Greg). Ty!!

Jason Yamasaki in the service department is outstanding. Hes a very responsive and clear communicator. He also makes sure to set realistic expectations for estimates of costs as well as expected completion timeframes. In addition, his commitment to customer satisfaction is excellent. Jason is critical to the Rusnak Porsche brand and is a great ambassador for the dealership.

Got my 1st oil change here. Also had an oil leak addressed which turned out to be a defective shock absorber. Repairs and maintenance were handled well and in typical/expected Porsche fashion. My service advisor communicated well with me and the technician provided a video walk around of what they did on my car.
