Josh is the best car salesman Ive worked with. No pressure and no b.s. When we needed an upgrade, I went back for a second time and again it was hassle free and much better than going to a big dealer. Josh has great customer service and has fixed a couple of issues for us post-sale, both times I bought a car from him. I purchased a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 about a year ago. Great dealership, very laid back, no pressure or arguing. Told them what I thought a fair price was and got the deal I wanted. Within the first month I had an issue with the gas tank and check engine light. I took it back to them and they scheduled me a repair appointment at a shop they work with and took care of all costs no questions asked. I would purchase a vehicle from them again, best vehicle purchasing experience I have had.

Went in to look a 2009 Expedition. Took it for a ride with absolutely no hassle or pressure. The truck was in near perfect condition. I have only had the truck for 3 days but I love it. Bennie & Josh are great. We pulled in with a spare tire on our car and Bennie went out of his way to plug the tire for free. These guys are 1 class act! Well worth the ride from Delaware.

Best sales person Ive ever met while looking for a car. We told him what our price range was and what kind of vehicle we were looking. Not Your Average Used Car DealerMy wife and I had been looking for trucks for a few weeks and were getting discouraged that the pictures online didnt show the true story. That was not the case at Magothy Motorcars. I actually think the truck we went to look at was cleaner in person! Upon arrival we were given the keys and told to take it out. No paperwork necessary. When we arrived back at Magothy Motorcars we knew we wanted the truck. It just arrived the day before so it still needed to be inspected and such so we couldnt leave with it that day. We were about to pull out the checkbook to leave a deposit and were shocked when a handshake was all the owner wanted. It is hard to find that these days! We went back a week later to pick up the truck and were amazed to find them cleaning it upon arrival. It was already spotless the week prior. We were in and out with the truck in less than an hour. The process couldnt have been easier. Josh, one of the owners, was so laid back and about the furthest thing from your mind when you think of a used car dealer. We will definitely be repeat customers at Magothy Motorcars!

The shopping experience here was great. Taking the truck out for a test drive was a breeze, there was ZERO pressure when we returned, and they were incredibly flexible on payment. As my wife said, this was easier than buying a stove. We will be returning here next time were looking for a used car.

I understand how car sales work,he was all about car auction values. I had it 2 where I know he would profit at least 1800 bucks on the deal, but he declined. He was friendly, Im just disappointed we couldnt deal.
