Well lets just say that if you own or are trying to run a business it might take a little more work than this! I found a great family vehicle( Toyota Sequoia) for which I had to make an appointment and got sent an invitation to come see and test drive the vehicle! I made my appointment Friday morning for Monday at 11:00am 80 miles away from my house. So I left home a little bit after 9:00am all happy about bringing my new project vehicle home(off road) well I get to my appointment do a quick wall around the vehicle which was not ready for the test drive but also had a FLAT TIRE! What the hells kind of Mickey Mouse show is this? I was upset and disappointed it! Aside from that I would still consider buying the vehicle if they drive it to my house so I can go thru it! Well maybe if you’re going to do business with this establishment you should live a few blocks away so you can return a few times in case the vehicle you’re looking for is not ready for you to see or test drive! Oh yeah the establishment has great reviews! 🤔

I expected a better experience. I recommend showing up with 2 large buckets of cash. Warranty they offer for each car they sell is like 2 minutes long. I recommend a certified Land Rover dealer thats right around the corner on Colorado..

I was looking for a Porsche 911 Carrera 4s for over a year but couldnt find a clean example with service records. I found one at The Auto Collection trough an online ad but thought it would be like the others I had seen before until I actually visited the dealership and realized the car advertised was actually like in new condition even-though it had 76K miles. The vehicle had full service records and tastefully modified with high end wheels and other accessories. Needless to say the price was fair so I didnt even negotiate since a little older cars being this clean are hard to find.Michael at The Auto Collection explained everything about the vehicle and the car records which by the way was serviced by the same mechanic for the life of the car. Even the financing was taken care of by The Auto Collection even-though I have my own credit union (rates at my credit union where higher).

Wish there was a 0 Star option. We drove an hour and a half to an APPOINTMENT scheduled Four days prior only to find the tire flat upon arrival. How do you not prepare for the sale?!? Never again!!

My fiance bought a Mercedes from this place over a year ago and after repeated attempts to have them correct the title and registration we still have yet to receive the license plates or title. They respond promptly assuring me they will take care of it and blame the DMV...but it goes nowhere. Got pulled over by highway patrol who recommended we hire an attorney to take legal action. This is not the customer experience that was promised and the post-sale effort to resolve this issue is clearly far from a priority for them. Mike was the sales rep, never accepts calls only responds to text with more promises to resolve but never follows through. There seems to be a recurring theme here if you read other reviews. Would not recommend based on our experience...and used car dealers wonder why they have a bad rap in the industry. This place has been a joke, stay away.Update to the review - dealer did finally take action and we did receive the plates, now just waiting for the title to come from the DMV. Only took 18 months, but I do want to acknowledge that something positive is finally happening.Final update - title finally arrived from the DMV. Unfortunately, the dealer (Mike) doesnt like the authenticity of this review and has threatened us with having his attorney take legal action against us stating my attorney is on standby if we dont remove the review! Wow, it just gets better and better, unbelievable!

Recently purchased a Genesis Coupe 2.0T R-spec from The Auto Collection. They had very clean cars in their lot and it looked like the person responsible for their inventory took pride in the cars they sell. They also had the only stock and well maintained Genesis Coupe 2.0T R-spec around which became harder and harder to find. The purchase process was smooth. They kept in contact with me and made sure we had everything ready to go. They didnt try to sell me useless dealer services and their price was fair so that I didnt feel like I needed to negotiate the price. Basically, they dont try to gouge you for your money.I am usually wary when it comes to dealerships but the way these guys handled the transaction gave me confidence in them which was the final deciding factor in purchasing my car. I am super happy with my car and overall a happy customer.Keep up the good work!

I bought a GLK Mercedes from them back in March 2020. Driving home from the dealership I smelled gas all inside the cab of the car. A-day later gas was leaking out of the fuel tank on to the ground. Large puddles. I had to have the fire department come out to clear my car to be put on a flat bed so that I can have it repaired. I called the dealership because it cost me over a $1000 to repair. I hadnt even had the car 48 hours. Mike said they would reimburse me but never did. I called several times. Mike ignored my calls and never returned my messages. Word of advice, make sure the tank is full on any car you purchase. My mechanic told me the Auto Collection had to know that there was a problem with the fuel tank, because if the tank had been on full I would have seen it at the dealership, but they sold it to me with a quarter of a tank of gas, so that I wouldnt notice it until I got home and filled the tank myself. 🤬 They also put me at risk of blowing me up. 🤨
