Patrick made sure I was placed with a very beautiful, dependable green Escape that not only holds our cleaning supplies but can also hold a large kennel for our rescues.

Im buying a Chevy Tahoe from these guys and I am definitely not dissatisfied. Ive bought many cars over the years from different businesses, been sold a lot of lemons and ripped off even recently by a dealership that sold me a water damaged vehicle. I went into Ottwell completely sceptical as to their business practices due to being burnt at other places. The vehicle is in great shape for being over 15 years old and when I had a serious issue soon after purchase, they made it right, immediately. Places dont do that anymore. Im completely satisfied with services rendered here and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CHECK THEM OUT!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS MANS VEHICLES.About almost a month ago, I was talking to Mr otwell on offer up about the 2008 red VW beetle. We agreed on a time we would meet and agreed on a payment plan. When I drove to Pasadena to see the car it didn’t look how it did in the pictures. Paint job is needed as well as a new convertible top and a new passenger mirror (about to fall off) U can see around the back window and on the sides that they took some type of glue and tried to fix it up. On the way home not even 30 min later the check engine light comes on. We tell Mr otwell and he said if we would bring it back to him he would fix it. Over night I had to roll the windows down for the humidity in the car as well as put towels and heavy objects over them to get the water out it smelled pretty bad too.. as I was cleaning out the car the next day I realized that there was a trail of oil coming out from under the car. We took it to auto zones to see why the engine light was on and take it to a trusted mechanic in Katy. They said that the car should’ve not been sold in this condition. We take it back to mr otwell he has it over the weekend and we get it back on Tuesday. He said he couldn’t find a leak and gave us a 3 month warranty. Once again, on the way home the engine light come on, airbag light and the horn just stopped working the car would also rock back and forth when the a/c would come on and just was very unsafe. One day I went to the gym and the car wouldn’t turn on at all. We called the warranty that mr otwell gave us and they don’t even cover many of the things that needed to be fixed and in that moment I needed roadside assistance. No help whatsoever. I did not want to spend anymore time or money on the car. I told mr otwell to come pick it up on the 26th. He always reply’s with “I will fix it” but I have trusted him before and will not trust him again. Mr otwell still has not replied back to any of my messages and the women answering the calls isn’t helpful either. Do not trust them. Take your money elsewhere.
