I bought a car 2015 Honda Civic, from them back in 2018. Great car! It is 2021 and its almost paid off. Had a hard time with payments back in December of 2020. But the worked with me and help me out alot. My car will be paid off by the end of May 2021! I cant thank them enough for working with me through these terrible times. I refer them to everyone!

Do NOT get a car with Cars On Demand.I bought a car from them end of February for it to catch on fire on my way to work two weeks later not even.They have been harassing me to help them get their money back but the only help they want to offer me for the 1700 down payment and first payment I made is to put me in another vehicle. ( why would I want to buy another car from them?)They have been rude(minus maybe one person) inconsiderate and the worst place I’ve done business with. Threatening me for them to take further action.Do not buy a car from this place.

Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. From the start they were extremely unprofessional in dozens of way. When they put my plates on, didn’t screw them on tight enough and let them fall off. Wouldn’t even agree on replacing what they did. Finally finished paying off my car which was a nightmare. Transmission blew out within the first month, spend over 3,000 in extra repairs beyond the transmission. Paid a total of 13,000 as a college student by myself. They couldn’t even provide me with the proper interest I was being charged. They promised to get back to me with my car title in 4 weeks.... it’s been 2 months and I still am getting no help. Worst decision and most money I’ve wasted ever... TOTAL SCUMBAGS

My husband and I have been car shopping for our son and he stopped by Cars in Demand on Friday to take a look at their vehicles and when the best sales lady who had sold us previous vehicles from another dealership now works there. Nina is by far the most genuine human being ever!! I couldn’t believe it when my husband told me she now works there. We will definitely be heading down to Cars on Demand very very soon. So I thought I got a good dependable car from Cars on Demand. Nope!!!! Put a down payment signed paperwork drove home car is now broken. Didnt have transmission fluid in it. How do you sell a car to someone with no transmission fluid in it??? No problem I will handle my business and karma will handle Cars on Demands business. Bad people bad business!!!

My experience here was absolutely the worst. Everything was great when I first purchased my truck. Service was excellent. Truck ran fine no check engine light or nothing, after 7 days check engine light comes on and 25 codes come up. They wanted me to pay for the work that needed to be done. It was major work and they couldnt even salvage the motor. Well they had my truck for over 45 days ordered a motor that was no good hd to get another and finally got it right. The service was horrible and was very rude when I would call and ask about my truck while they had it cause they wasnt calling me. I get the truck back and the mechanic behind the cars on demand on spencer hwy is the ones who worked on my truck. My driver side seat was ripped oil and grease all over door handle and everywhere. I had it back for 6 days and check engine light comes on and a part falls out of my truck engine bay. Come to find out it was and old part, but why. They didnt fix everything and I paid for the tags and paper tags expired on the 12 of Sept and guess what, I still dont have tags so here we are. Worst people I have ever dealt with in .y life.

I highly recommend it.First I was kind of iffy.but George helped put me in a PERFECT car for me and my son. So dependable. Ive been doing business with cars and demand for some time and i have had no issues whatsoever. Ive purchased two vehicles since then.i think when people are car shopping we take into consideration if this is a place i can trust. Will they give me the best price? Will they put me in something that will actually last? Cars on demand will.With that being said, that is why cars on demand is always recommend to all my loved ones. My sister in law recently purchased a car couple months ago with them and she loves her new car.

Talked to the guy on the phone and he assured me that the vehicle I was interested in didnt have any problems. Drove an hour to see the vehicle and the truck had major oil leaks and coolant leaks. And when I asked the guy about the leaks he caught an attitude. I dont know how the other locations treat people but this particularly location is just trying to sale a vehicle and they dont care of putting you in a lemon is the cost. Terrible customer service

Really awful experience buying a car from them! Very unprofessional & sneaky! I understand there are lots of other reviews saying the same thing, but I was one to try and not read too much into the negativity; HOWEVER: DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THIS. DEALERSHIP. I repeat: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! There are several different “managers” each trying to do a more sneakier deal than the last. I understand most car salesmen want to just sell you whatever they can, but this dealership should just solely pride themselves on being the most money-hungry, non-communicative bunch I know! They all tried to trick me into another “promising” deal but they couldn’t even be bothered to talk to eachother about their contrived, and rather open-lies. One person would tell me one story one day and the next someone will tell me something completely different. And the next day it would be different and so forth and so on. Every time I dealt with them it was ALWAYS something different going on that was the next new problem. Beyond that their receptionist was very rude and she is definitely paid solely to give people the runaround and take nonexistent “messages” for the various “managers” who are allegedly in charge, but not in charge when it actually comes down to placing blame. Overall, this relatively short process turned into an unpleasant, drawn out mission. And it is all just because of their ridiculous need to try to sneak as much money from others as possible under the guise of trying to help. If they just were honest about being money hungry that would be a different story, but instead they treat their place of business like a former ex lover that won’t stop harassing you for the divorce settlements that they owe YOU. Their overall atmosphere was quite toxic and I’m definitely NEVER recommending this place to anyone. Not to mention when it finally came time to me not actually purchasing the vehicle they became quite immature and blew up on me when I had rather justified means to no longer do business with them.

Do not buy a car here. They give you a list price that is false, theyre real cool till they tell you the new price. They overcharge for financing. I was supposed to buy a car for 2900 got to the store with my down payment $1000 I was told I could do then they lied about the price and raised it to 4900. Ive since been paying on the car for 4 months and still owe 4600. ITS NOT WORHT IT GO SOMEHWERE BETTER

Do not buy a vehicle here. Simon lied to my brother about the flood status of the vehicle he purchased from them. Less than a week after purchase the timing chain snapped in half and broke the timing cover, valve cover, and the valves are all messed up.When my brother posted his negative review, he was berated and coerced into deleting his review. These people are beyond shady and deserve to be shut down. Permanently. if I could give zero stars I would in a heart beat.

I highly recommend George. I dont believe in financing expensive cars, so I pay cash for cars every few years. I have bought 4 cars off of this lot, Three with George. The Grand Marquis that I bought last July has over 150,000 miles and still runs like a champ. I get over 20 miles a gallon on the highway and pretty good around town. They have a 90 days same as cash program to help get a good deal. Will buy a truck next year from these guys.

The cars have been in a flood and yes they will to fix it but they try to talk crazy to you. My daughter bought a car the next day the transmission light is on we asked for the money back because the car has a brown title. So everyone is playing crazy they do not know who is in charge.

Buyer beware bought a van two weeks ago had a bad battery I had to purchase a new one right away. two days later took it to get an oil change and it couldn’t be done, due to existing filter was so heavy and caked on with SLUDGE from it sitting for YEARS.

Cars on Demand seam like a Ok place to get a car. But problems started happening a month after I got the car. I wasnt too mad because it was a used car. I made my payments and moved on the my car start leaking fluid, door locks stop working out the blue, now engine light came on and car was shaking and smoking. Someone said they may be able to do exchange. I was on bord with that. Then he was like it could be something small. So no exchange. Customer service was ok but im not will to pay for a unworking car. If they were in my shoes they wouldnt do that either so will be clearing car out today. Their welcome to come pick the car up. But warning to others please be carefully buying cars from these guys.No matter what they reply saying, I got the run around after calling back and forth all day.
