I just LOVE this Boost on Fairmont! They give excellent service and are always so very helpful and courteous. I have been in this store on numerous occasions and every single time they go out of their way to help.

They will scam you and lie to you if you can’t read. The sign says BOGO (BUY ONE GET ONE) “PLUS” get the first phone free when you switch. It also says for customers that are porting in ONLY. They will tell you that you don’t qualify if you’re switching from another carrier and try to to scam you out of your money.

Excellent customer service !the rep Johnny was really helpful and Really understandable with issues I was having with phone .I would highly recommend Mr Johnny .

Went in the morning of 4/28/20 and the sales representative lacked customer service. Female all in her attitude. Would much rather take business else where than to deal with poor attitude for no good reason.

If i could put 0 stars would. We made a payment thru the store and the guy that took are payment took money from us. We have the receipt and proof. When we call boost they say we have no payment on account. Please becareful with them all they do is take the money from you . and. All they say is we cant do anything about it. Dont let it happen to you too.

Terrible Customer Service. Went in to buy a phone. Place very crowded. The girl said, If you are coming in to buy a phone, It want be here because I am too busy! I also purchased 3 phones at Boost and they all broke within months. They would not even stand behind the purchase. Told me, I would have to buy a new phone, How is that going to happen...They are too busy ?? If you can go anywhere else please do.

Omg! I was there yesterday 3/29/17 after 5:00 PM. Idk if associate was having a bad day or if its just a bad place. Ill NEVER go back. She was rude and didnt want to do business. Every question asked was answered rude and short. This Woman couldnt care less if we opened an account or not, She didnt even want to talk about the plans. There was no-one there, its not like they were busy. Its no wonder she sat her ass alone in that store. They need 2 get some better help. I dont recommend this 2 anyone. Idk about the other stores, but this location SUCKS.

Good service

The owner of this mobile store its not a good person to deal with. Hes not someone that will try his best to work with you. Two of my numbers were eligible for porting but he says no so that he wont lose points with boost mobile.
