I come to this location often. The staff is outstanding and the safety measures they have set up is perfect. Today I had to return a wireless power bank (I purchased at another location) because it wasn’t working correctly. Jennifer took care of everything quickly. I had other questions and she answered them all flawlessly and honestly. It’s nice to be helped by someone that obviously cares about customer service. She gets a 10! But I’ll say this, everyone in there great. Always a good experience! Thank you, and I’ll see you when I come back to get my new iPhone 12 Pro Plus!
Went in here this past weekend to purchase a charger for my moms new iPhone and one of the sales associate was very helpful and sweet but I took down my mask bc I was on an important phone call and a Hispanic bald guy with a beard was being super rude to me and kicked me out the store after I told him I can’t really wear my mask due to a medical condition. He told me to leave bc it’s a personal affiliated store and said to step outside. I’ve been with you guys for 15 +years and making me want to switch over to a different wireless provider. He was very unprofessional and you guys should fire him for his work etiquette definitely don’t want to do business again.

Went to this t-mobile and its amazing. They have great customers service, specifically Jorge he will explain everything to you and get you the best deal he can. Been going to him for the past 2 years and i will wait for him if he is busy. Highly recommend!!

I greatly dislike having to come here. My most recent purchase had an associate repeatedly pestering me about bonuses that he assured me were 100% free of charge. Sure enough, they werent. In the transaction I asked why there was a second line on my account. Oh thats nothing, dont worry about it. Yeah, great. So I have to drive way out here to get it fixed a month later. Except even then the guy that attended me the second time did absolutely nothing, wasting an hour making me wait. This is the last time I ever buy from there. Dont buy their accessories either. They tried selling me some headphones for $200 that were at walmart for $120. Dont get excited and let them hype you.

About half of the employees here make you feel stupid.. the more questions you ask, the stupider they look at you. Tmobile has gone down in customer service so much since their contract days, I will be switching provider and will never recommend tmobile to anyone any longer!.For those of you opening business accounts, not worth it.! Theres nothing special about it. You get the same or worse treatment/deals than regular customers.
Poor and annoying. I told the worker if they needed to run my credit for a prepaid plan then i don’t want it. I do not want my credit ran for anything. The piece of trash told me they needed to check to see if i has an account with them before which i hadn’t. Ran a hard inquiry in my credit anyway. I disputed and T-Mobile claims it’s apart of using their service. Never again. Then continually tried to offer other items when i repeatly told her all i wanted was prepaid service. Then a guy walks up trying to offer us phones. Like gtf our my face, I’m not even working with you. Will never do business with this company or circus clowns again.

Great customer service. I had a nice Galaxy S6 that bricked on me and went to a different store, first. They didnt really give me any real comprehensive information, and basically just tried to up-sell me a new line with a bunch of twists and turns, in the end. Their service wasnt awful, but the rep didnt really seem to know very much and definitely wasnt the great sales associate I had experienced before. I left clueless, confused, and phoneless. THIS location at least explained that I would need a technician to fix my phone, and how I could replace it with my insurance, along with other very helpful information about it. Easy knowledge. Im a very indecisive person, and these guys stuck by me until closing time as I bought a new phone. They helped me decide by showing me all of my options and basically just helped me in anyway I asked. I went back today to get a case for my new phone and, (again, me being really indecisive), they let me try them all on at my leisure. And rather than pushing me to buy the prettiest, sleekest, most expensive case that I originally wanted- the rep essentially encouraged me to buy something more protective, which was actually less expensive. He informed me of all of their perks and downfalls. The cashier happily assisted me in putting on the screen protector I also bought, and put up with my random banter. Did I mention I left my ID there the first time? It came up missing, and this store was the last place I used it. They didnt find it the first time I called, but I tried again the next day, just in case. It was not in their usual lost and found, but they searched other places for me, got additional assistance to help find it, and even called me back to let me know. So. Yeah. This is a pretty damn good store. Even if I could tell that I was probably being annoying with my questions and indecisiveness upon buying my new phone- they never showed it. Plus they have all the goods. Five stars for Southmore location.

I understand that you make commissions from sales, I get it. I know how sales work. When all I want is to get a new cell phone, I expect the whole extra sale pitches, I even let you explain them to me so you can get it all in. But if I already know what I want, why sit there and almost act so hostile. I only went to get a phone replaced and close a line. Why didnt you tell me upfront that the phone I mentioned I wanted wasnt even in stock. Why sit there and look me in the eye giving me your sales pitch and not just gimme a phone. Come on dudes, how can you tell me that you didnt have it AFTER I repeatedly declined the extra services in which you kept trying to sell me. I knew what I wanted and frankly I am very disappointed with the customer service. Come on guys, now I dont even want to go to your store anymore and I think it may be time to switch carriers.

Make sure to call the company before paying anything. They told me i was in a certain plan and to sign up for automatic payments and that my next bill would be a certain amount but when i got my bill it was 20 dollars more than what i was told even tho they told me that i was going to get a discount for signing up with autopay !! This is ridiculous!! Lies after lies !!

Never fails, every time I go to this place every single one of them (well except for the females and that redhead guy) have nasty attitudes. Two of them would roll their eyes as I talked to them about my phone. Another one talked to me as if I was dumb. Its always a bummer I have to go to the place for my cell phone needs. Horrible place.

I didnt appreciate the fact that I was skipped in line while I was there. The minute of waiting to just make a payment was about 18 min close to 20 min. While 4 emyess where there. I suggest they have a kiosk machine for customer that just want ro make a payment, its a faster in and out process. I was attended by employee Andrea, she did good in providing good service but I think the manager or if she was the supervisor in charge of who is next in line should be paying more attention of who recently is coming in and who is leaving...thats her job duty if she is doing that. It will upset customers if they been skipped. 2 stars because of her...no bueno. Oh yeah you got to use your finger to sign off when using your credit card or debit...not professional lol
