Over the weekend I unfortunately dropped my cell phone face first, where it encountered a rock, leaving a deep chip and nasty-looking multidirectional splinter. I brought it here, having been quoted a price of $100+ to replace the phone screen. The young gentleman took my phone, examined it, and then told me it appeared that it was just my screen protector that was damaged, not the phone itself. He was right. 10 minutes later, he had installed a new screen protector, costing me barely $15.This worker couldve just installed a new screen protector and made a few extra bucks off me, and I would never have known otherwise. But he didnt. Small businesses have had it especially tough this past 1+ year during the pandemic. Honest businesses like this one deserve recognition. Kudos.

I am really happy how the new screen turned out. The wait for the repair was less than 15 minutes. They are really fast with the process and had me out quick. I highly recommend this store for a iPhone screen repair

This was my first time having my phone serviced at Cosmo. My iPhone7 had fallen off the counter, landed face down, and the screen shattered despite having a tempered glass screen protector. I was super upset thinking I’d have to bring it to an Apple store for repair and that it would cost >$250, which at that point I would consider just purchasing a new phone. However, I really didn’t want to spend that much replacing the screen nor did I want to purchase a new phone at this time. I quickly googled phone repair shops and found Cosmo. I wanted to give them a try after seeing a number of good reviews. I went in right away and it was fairly easy to find on the first floor of the Paseo off of Colorado. The technician of the store was super nice and helpful (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name). She offered me two options for replacement. One screen costing $80 and the other costing $110 with the latter being of higher quality. I went with the $110 one and she told me it would take 10 minutes. I was surprised bc I expected it to take longer! I gave her my phone to leave her to it and took a stroll around the Paseo. When I came back, it was only another few minutes before she was finished. Just like that it looked brand new! Also, I didn’t realize until I got home, but she placed a new tempered glass screen protector on top without me asking or charging me for it. Not sure if that automatically comes with the $110 screen, but if not, I thought it was incredibly nice and I appreciate it! Overall, great service and a great experience! Pros: service was fast, installed the battery I brought in for my phoneCons: Damaged other parts of my phone during the repair process. Power button no longer clicks/has to be pressed really hard, volume buttons no longer work at all, plastic bit around screen was cracked and the staff did not bother to glue it back so its loose. Phone backing was not properly glued back on and I can see 1mm gap between back and phone. No warranty since they used a battery I brought in.Perhaps the service is better if you have an iPhone. Id recommend against bringing your own replacement part in case they damage other parts of your device.

My Phone screen was completely shattered and after taking it to this place, there wasnt a scratch left on the phone. The repair also wasnt too expensive and it only look 30 minutes. I also had a really nice conversation with a staff member named Sean, and he was very helpful! Would recommend and would come again.

Great price and quick service. Bad quality product. Swapped out my broken screen for a new one and somehow it feels like a downgrade. Touch on the screen has become insensitive and inaccurate, making typing a hassle. It will randomly zoom in when swiping. I thought it was a one-off mistake and took it back in; customer service was helpful and replaced the screen for free. Unfortunately, its got all the same issues. I was told Id have to pay for a more expensive screen or just keep this one. Would not recommend.

Came back again for another experience (cracked iphone 6s screen). As always, fast service, great customer service, and genuinely nice guys. Dropped my phone off, did some shopping at the Trader Joes in the same plaza, and came back to a phone with a brand new screen. Highly recommended!

I dropped my phone on a Thursday evening. After being sad that I would have to live with a cracked screen, I decided to stop in. They gave me a quote, that while expensive, was still cheaper than a new phone and had to order the parts as they dont keep screens for my model on site (it seems this wouldve been less of a problem with a Samsung or Apple phone). They gave me an estimate of three business days to get the screen but on a whim, I checked in the following Monday (technically 1 or 2 business days) and they had just received the screen. 45 minutes later, my phone was in almost new working order and its been fantastic since. Im very impressed because again, its a lesser sold model phone and they were polite and courteous through the whole process.

My iphone 6 stopped charging and it died. I was desperate to get it fixed so I started making calls. Jessica at Cosmo offered a very reasonable price and said she could fix it right away. She immediately helped me when I got there and took apart my phone. She quickly determined that my battery needed replacing and she cleaned the charging port. Done in under 30 minutes! Im very pleased with the service and the price, and would highly recommend them!

Got my google pixel 3 repaired it’s was amazing customer service was super amazing they explained everything repaired took less than 40 minutes they did have to order the part but only took two days prices were super negotiable and then They updated you with the whole process

I got my Iphone 5S water damaged and Cosmo was able to do the water treatment and bring it back to life! I have brought several devices here since and every time they have been able to get it repaired in a short amount of time. Great service and awesome staff!

Be warned, bad customer service, expensive, bad warranty response.My first comment was 5 stars, even though they broke the rear glass during the repair and put one that was not the same color.Its very disappointing, expensive and bad service after all. Only when you go and pay the full price that they ask for the repairs are happy and treat you good and work fast. they offer me a cheap solution and choose the expensive one hopping no have any problems later as the guaranteed.for repairs are fast but the screen that they changed was bad placed I notice inmidiatly when I picked it up, asked for that and they treat me like a fool, they said that was normal and that the rear glass always break when is opened, and at youtube there are a lot of videos that it doesnt happen, anyway I complained for the bad quality glass that they put at the back and they told me that should be happy that they dont charged me that glass too .2 months later the problem is going worst and now after one week claiming warranty still waiting for the new screen, never call you back and dont answer their mail.

Cosmo replaced my iphone 6s battery for $50 and my moms iphone 6 plus screen for $80 in under 30 minutes without an appointment. Im very happy with their service, I would recommend them to a friend.

When my iPad screen stopped working I visited several local repair shops in the Pasadena area. The first 2 quoted me a repair quote so high I needed to consider whether my iPad was worth fixing compared to buying a new one.Fortunately I decided to go to Cosmo where I received a repair quote that was LOWER by OVER 40%!!!I was attended to by Jessica. She was very curteous, hands on, and professional. Jessica made me feel comfortable knowing my iPad was in capable hands.When I picked up my iPad I was pleased to find they went above & beyond the necessary repair!Im hard to please as a customer and have only take the time to post 2 reviews for superior service in the past. I needed to get my iPhone 6s screen replaced and the young lady who answered the phone wanted me to come in but I told her it would not make sense for me to stop by unless she gave me pricing over the phone, with that she did give me pricing but it seemed high so I called another place in Pasadena and they did it for much less and my iPhone works now with no issues.
