Amazing experience! I called right before they closed on a Saturday and they were able to get me in, give me an eye exam, and order my new glasses all within less than an hour. Fatima was wonderful, she was able to get me trial contacts so that way I had something to wear while I waited for my new glasses to come in. She was so friendly and went out of her way to make sure she helped me. I will most definitely be coming back! Highly recommend! 10/10

Have to admit, My first time experience going to My Eyelab was a skeptical one. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the moment I walked in, I was greeted by all staff making me feel very welcomed!. Jose, Fatima, Giselle, and Johnny gave me the best customer care possible, answering all my questions and concerns, (thus listening to me vent about my children, I’m in a nesting period.) and leaving confidently with knowing I picked the right eye 👁 wear. My brother and recommended me my eye lab. I when a little bit thinking about the bad experience I have before with another optical. When I got there the lady in the front desk desk (Michelle) she was so friendly and smiling. I like that at first. Then she took me to the back to do my eyes exam. I was a surprise about the technology the way they do the eye exam. When I got my prescription. Michelle was the one who was going to explained me with were my options. And to be honest she was above and beyond giving me all me options. She took a lot of time to explaining me everything. She was amazing. Plus shes very happy, nice and joyful person. I just waiting for my glasses to arrive and will give an update. But until now Im very pleased with my experience in My eye lab.

Me and my daughter went in today to get my daughters glasses repaired. They were busy with customers but Jose told us he will be with us shortly. As we waited we looked around at some glasses. Everything was clean and organized. Jose offered to assist us and began to work on my daughters glasses. He was having a hard time but was very dedicated to fixing the screw for the pad arms. Unfortunately he was unsuccessful. He called his manager Fatima and she was able to fix the screw and get us out the door. We had a great experience!

They employees at this location are super kind and helpful. Even if u need help adjusting eyeglasses that u didnt purchase w/them. So helpful and nice. I recommend them. I need to purchase my next eyeglasses here.

I recently stopped in at the My Eyelab in Pasadena by the Walmart, and had the best experience and an optometrist that I have ever had. The staff was very friendly immediately greeted me as I walked through the door. They were able to pull up my appointment information very quickly and had me in the back seeing the doctor in a matter of minutes. Once my exam was done their employee Michelle help me pick out frames and advise me of all of my options that were available to me for my glasses and contacts, And got me set up with the best option for my needs. 10 out of 10 service from Michelle will definitely be returning and suggesting people come to this location to experience the amazing customer service that Michelle provided.

Im waiting for a pair of glasses to come in and it was due in today so I went in and checked with them turns out my glasses are still in quality control. So another 5 days or so. But I explained why I needed them and one of the wonderful lady offered me a pair of contacts to be able to do the vision test for my job interview. They were so awesome . I will definitely shop here for glasses from now on and my hubby is coming to get his soon too

My Eye Lab is amazing. Great prices and good quality glasses. I have A very high astigmatism -7.25 in each eye and if you have an astigmatism then you know glasses can be expensive!! I only paid 350 for my Hi Index Lens, Warranty and Blue Protect! Legit great customer service. No same day glasses.

Everyone in store was really nice. Only downside was them offering 2 for $59 and the selection isn’t that great. And the selection of the size glasses I need is very minimal. But otherwise, would definitely go back

I called by phone I asked first if they took Medicaid and they made me an appointment They told me they would accept it I took my time today January 5 at 3:30 2021 it was my appointment when I arrived they passed me and made me fill out a form on a tablet where I gave all my information and after there I asked if they took the insurance again and they said no Then I told them that it is not fair that they are deceiving people in that way to go to their store and They do not even take the insurance that they say they take that is not fair that they waste a persons time and above all that one goes to catch germs from the places where not even one wants to go out, it is definitely a place that has no commitment to themselves I told the girl that please dont fool people by telling them that yes, grab her is insurance and when one is there they dont catch her that they shouldnt lie to want to grab clients the girl told me that they were not to blame for them That made the appointments are a company and I told him well Then tell the company not to deceive people I will never set foot in that place again and I do not recommend it, they take customers to pure lies And that is not fair
