A very good place to go if you need glasses done. I had a traumatic brain injury back in 2003 and I have no problem getting my prescription here at this place, i have been coming here ever-since I stop going to the university of Houston. The only complaint I can give is everytime I call to ask if my glasses are in they act as If Im new there and that they dont have my glasses in.

Poor customer service, Angie is the worst representative to have represent Walmarts vision customer service. I will no longer do business with this location.

Best vision-center in town, they’ll get you right with glasses and contacts. Anyone who thinks otherwise can catch these hands :)

Went there with my mom to get her and myself glasses. The associates were very helpful most of which are bilingual so I didnt have to translate back and forth with my mom. Our orders came very quickly, we used to go to the Sears Optical but since theyve closed weve been coming here. Definitely higher quality glasses and better service. Theyre not as pushy as other opticals probably because theyre not on comission but I appreciate that, it makes for a more honest experience. Would highly recommend.

Refused to give me my childs prescription. After I put it into his insurance, I went down 3 times and they were busy so I never was able to have his eyes dilated. I made a complaint to his insurance and he was seen some where else where the eye doctor there and his insurance said that even without doing the eyes dilated they should of given me it, I had a year to claim it not 5 months and it wasnt even needed like she was pushing. Avoid please. This lady caused way to much, stress, lied and fraud

I will NEVER EVER GO BACK! Its been over a month, and we R still waiting on my sons glasses! They R rude! And so inconsiderate! They wont even take R phone calls! We R told, that they will call us! We cant even get in to see the doctor! What is going on with this place? I looked it up on consumer complaints and its not just the Walmart that I went to, its SEVERAL of them! Take my advice, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

The Dr. examined my son and said there was nothing wrong with his vision he was just faking, got a second opinion and he DOES need glasses. Where did that quack get her degree?

Great place to get glasses and contacts, Also sells accessories such as eyeglass cases, contact solution, sunglasses. Takes many Insurances as well

I broke my previoys glasses and went to this places to get new ones. After a week I went to check on them because I never received a call, but they didnhave them. When I put them on I didnt notice a problem at first but after a while I notice I could see the spectrum colors all around the edges and when I would look at my phone or TV I could see the rfelctions all over the edges and It was bothering me. I told thm lady this was not save for work environments, and she told me all they could do was refund me the money cause the lenses where made like that. So even if I tryed to get news ones I was going to have the same problem. Then why do they sell them in the first place? Anyway I told them to switch my old lenses from my broken frames and put them in the new frames, which where exactly the same frames, and they did. I didnt have problems with the Dr. next to the vision center though, i was in an out within 5 minutes.
