SHOUT OUT TO V !!!!!!!! She was a BIG HELP today and not at Sephora but as Costco!!!! Sounds strange I know but we started chatting in a isle and I Love Sephora and she was such a sweetheart and took the time to answer so many questions!!! Now thats AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Customer service at this store is good. I came in to see a specialist without an appointment and was penciled in rather quickly. Janus did a great job on my makeup and I did not feel rushed in any way. I only wish I could spoil myself with some of the other services they provide. Beautiful store that makes people beautiful

I was not impressed. I had to wait for 20 min before I received any help and then while the salesperson was with me she got a message from the manager to leave me to come help someone that just arrived. I was told Id have to wait until she helped 2 other people before shed return. I had to speak up and voice my disbelief and dismay. She then finished answering my question, I bought my goods and departed. She nor her manager were knowledgeable about other products.

Unluckily is not a first-time-foundation-seekers friendly!! At least you already know what your shade is I don’t recommend go here. The personal was friendly but at the same time the person who attended me let me know that “I had already consuming a lot of their time” when their store was almost empty ( just 3 shoppers were there and they were being attended by other members of the staff) the lady was helpful showing me others products that I needed but not to help me find a foundation, I wanted a foundation that matched my skin (couldn’t find it) I went to MAC in Glendale Galleria and the person there found my perfect match in less than 5 minutes, I recommend you guys go there instead. (Bloomingdale’s in Glendale Galleria)

Terrible! ! I ordered The Ordinary Glyolic Acid Toning Solution, plus other samples. Totally 7 items. But when it arrived, I felt shocked because only 6 items inside! Where is my Ordinary Toning Solution?Such a biggest cosmetic company in the world!So ridiculous! So careless! I couldnt believe this!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I love everything about this store; the friendly staff, the perfume samples, the makeup artists and even the music they play. Every time I go here to get a gift for someone, I have to treat myself at least to a sample of a perfume or cologne to try. I usually end up buying the bottle sometime later. Its a great marketing tool. Kudos to the great staff at this location.

I have no problem with Sephora, My only reason to give 1 less star is the fact that I always fall victim to their overselling! They always convince me I need more and more products. I spend so much! But honestly Ill keep going back, they have a really nice selection of skincare and hair care. I love their membership benefits and that they offer skin tone matching for any make up and even occasionally do a full face of make up for those interested in that stuff. Love them

This location changed since the last time I was there. Smaller scent section and there was no longer sample products to try the makeup. Workers are friendly unless you are there to browse around and not buy everything in there. Online is easier if thats how the stores are now.

I’ve always had great experiences at this Sephora, but I want to mention my latest service experience because it blew me away. I scheduled a free mini facial last month because my skin has been pretty bad and I couldn’t afford to spend the money on the hydrafacial. Dennis helped me out, and as he was asking me questions about my skincare routine, I decided to be painfully honest and replied that I’m just trying to get back to having one at all because I’ve been depressed. Let me tell you, the level of care I was met with that day was something I will NEVER forget! He easily could’ve dismissed my comment but he immediately shifted gears to show me a simple routine with just a few products. As for the facial itself, he thoroughly explained everything he was doing—application, products, ingredients, etc... while keeping the actual routine minimal but effective. I plan to go back and purchase some of those products when I can (they worked!!) but I was never pressured to buy anything. I even got to take a few samples home so I had something to use in the meantime. All that to say, the Sephora services are worth it, and Dennis made my freaking day. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Sometimes this place can get a little crowded and hectic during their rush times in the evening and on weekends, but overall it’s one of the best Sephora locations.  I loved my makeup artist- can’t remember her name of course but she was fantastic.  She didn’t rush anything despite their being a long line and answered all my questions.

Really good service, suggested new skin products so well see how that goes. They gave me a ton of samples too!

Wow I cannot believe I returned merchandise I purchased online here and I was never credited for the return. Good thing I check my credit card statements. I had to come in person to get it take straighten out.... so annoying

Ive never had an above average experience here, but the other day was an exception. I dont wear a lot of makeup so I know I dont look like a big sale, but I did not get asked if I needed help AT ALL. It was early on a weekday and there were definitely more staff members than customers, yet in the ten minutes I was there, I wasnt approached one time. If you dont even greet me while Im in your store, then I will leave and not buy anything, even if I came here specifically looking for something.

I was informed by a friend that sephora does bridal makeup so I had my bridal makeup done here. I set an appointment to have it done and I was helped by a very sweet young lady. I wish I could recall her name. But she left me looking like I was million bucks. The service was great. The staff was very helpful and making sure that I was looking tip top for my wedding day. She took her time to make sure I looked how I wanted to. She did my makeup exactly how I wanted it. But she was great... as well as another lady who helped touch up my hair while the other worked on my makeup. I will definitely say, good job sephora for doing a much better job on custom makeup than other places I have been too. I will definitely come back.

I love this Sephora!! When I first came to this location I had many questions. The first associate that helped me was very impatient and borderline rude. I was ready to storm out upset and empty handed. When I went to complain to a manager, I was greeted by Vanessa. She was so nice and helpful that I stayed and continued to shop. Vanessa was very patient and knowledgeable, she really knew her stuff!! She ended up making my experience a great one. I got all the products I was looking for and more. She was able to correctly match my Sephora brand powder foundation, my Smashbox concealer, and she even suggested a beautiful shade of Sephora brand Matte lip cream named Vintage rose, that Im absolutely in love with. She also gave me a sample of Super Goop matte primer with SPF 40 that I love as well. I look forward to going back to this location every time!! Thank you Vanessa!!

Was disappointed..Ive been here before and had good service but today not so much. Came in to have my make up done, the floor manager was rude and not very helpful, the make up artist was sweet but no one helped with selling product that I needed..86 dollars later I left very unsatisfied. I think I will go to Mac next time and will advise my co workers to do the same.

If you are polite the staff are more than happy to get you samples of most of the skin care products. Its ideal if you want to buy a product but want to try it first.

Went to sephora for Fenty bom bom & walked out with Glomotions translucent transfer resistant shimmer glow oil. They have a collection of 6 diffrent oils & I walked out with Rio Sunset. Its a rose gold shimmer that glides on silky smooth and has a fine shimmer to it & the scent is sweet and light, like a light almond vanilla scent. I highly recommend the product & the ladies at sephora where all very kind & helpful

I hate this place the first time I came here a sephora worker was so nice to me and all but after I came back I feel they dont help anyone at all especially that stupid old lady that has a makeup belt for a brand shes so rude and stupid I now go to the one in Hollywood and highland bigger and better staff

I had my one and to be ONLY experience at Sepora a week ago when I took my 20 year old daughter there to buy makeup and face care products for her 21st birthday. I was only in town for two days and had a limited amount of time and it was a spontaneous thing to do as she asked for a few items after we had lunch in Old Town. After starting out well with one makeup specialist- we were informed that she could not help us with more than one item and if we wanted anything else we needed to make an appointment. I informed her that we had a limited amount of time but would be spending a lot of money as it was my daughters birthday and I would be buying all that she needed and wanted... I was still told she could not help us any more than just finding the one item. I asked for the manager- the manager told me that it was their policy to only assit with one item and to have us make an appointment- she had the nerve to ask me to come back another time to buy the additional items we were looking for!!! I said absolutely not!!! I said; 1. I had a limmited amount of time and I was there now. 2. I was about to spend a lot of money in their store and if they wanted my business they need to find a way to provide the service we were looking for and 3. Customer service is about taking care of the customer... not making them come back and telling them that they can not assist them in finding what they are looking for to BUY!!!. The manager told to that she would see what she could do and then sent someone over 5 minutes later- we couldnt even keep the original person who helped us!!!! The next person who helped us had an attitude and we ended up buying the bare minimum which still ended up being $198.00. When we were checking out we were asked to join their customer loyalty club to earn points and I thought... fine, maybe I can earn something out of the crapy experience but then I was told that they were out of cards and that I had to go online and register that way... one more thing for me to do because of their incompetence.The service is terrible. The policy of making customers come back if they want a service beyond 5 minutes is ridiculous. And the management borderline incompetent. DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!!!!

As far as sephoras go, this one was mediocre. They dont carry Stila, which my friend was looking for. The set up is confusing and its hard to find the brands youre looking for. Also there were no tissues anywhere to wipe the back of my hand off after swatching stuff.
