WORST baskin robbins Ive ever been too. They NEVER have any flavors they say they are always out and its been 3 years that they are out of lots of ice cream flavors. Dont even bother wasting your time and gas. Go to the one in Deer Park or Edgebrook they have never been out of flavors.

Terrible customer service in the drive thru. Always out of items. Workers dont seem interested in working. They take forever and seem distracted. Would not recommend coming here. You will more than likely receive terrible customer service or have a long wait. Go somewhere else!

It’s a 50/50 visit, might be a good day or might not, there’s no customer consistency, there where flys in the store that where driving us crazy and couldn’t go to the outside tables that where full of bird mess, and I had to clean my own table, today wasn’t there day I guess

Bad service, I went at 8:20 at night I ask for shakes and they told me that because they had cleaned the blenders the cannot make it.

I would like to know this place always closed before the closing time?

We stood there for approximately 10 minutes employees walked by us multiple times not once did they acknowledged we were there. They continued to take drive-thru orders while we waited. We finally asked and they said it was only a few of them (3). Once they decided to help us this employee with purple hair (Bc her name was not visible) started slamming things as if we were an inconvenience to her and kinda upset we didn’t leave the establishment. She also asked the other people there to leave because she could only help 3 people at a time. Nothing on the door mentioned this at all. I am highly disappointed in the level of customer service this particular employee had.

Rude employees. Wasnt helped bc we forgot our mask,but they helped someone right in front of us who walked in. So say an employee who also had no mask. She was not working. So whats the difference. Will never give them our business again. 😡

Closed an hour early for no reason…. I could clearly see them working inside…

We just spent 10 minutes waiting on an empty shop, trying to get some ice cream, the girls in the dunking donuts just ignore us, we left without ice cream. Just go somewhere else!!!

Show up before 9 pm doors are locked plus your hours online show 10pm when you close but I was at the location before 9pm when your printed signs show you closed

The lobby was supposed to be open for take out according to the paper on the door. Employee on February 21st 2021 refused to open for service. We knocked on the door to ask why and she just yelled at us

Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, tasted like it had been defrosted and frozen again, it had little crystal ice like frost bitten. Chocolate Chip not crunchy at all. Very disappointed. Customer service drive thru is getting very slow. But I will not give up on them just yet. I just hope someone, like the manager sees this and steps up to make this store better again.

Service was quick, sitting area was neat and clean. Ice cream was delicious, as youd expect.

Everything is frost bitten! The ice cream, the ice cream cakes everything! I even saw the employee scraping the ice off the freezer and it just falls right into all of the open ice cream containers!

Their donuts were stale there was a fly and they took forever to give us service even though we were the only customers inside the store and the Asian girl has a mean mug

After waiting almost 5 minutes to be even acknowledged (all 3 employees beating on coffee machine) the one girl came over wearing her gloves, fixes her cap/ hair, opens the freezer and asks how she could help me.First of all, how about some new/clean gloves? Told her Um, thats ok. and left. Wont be back here, thats for sure.

I experienced racism here at this establishment, because I didn’t speak Spanish, my order was “bumped off accidentally.” They then served the Spanish speaking with perfect customer service after me. Gave them their drinks BEFORE THEY EVEN PAID! What started this was when one of the workers spoke to me in Spanish. I was insulted! I’m like im not fluent in Spanish so I spoke in English, she rolled her eyes at me and started speaking in English. Being so hateful she provoked me by serving the Spanish speaking customers perfectly. We have a problem in this country!

I would give it 0 stars if i could! I ordered a cake back in August 2019. Manager called and said they didnt have the one i wanted and i asked for a refund. Long story short its January going on February 2020 and STILL NO REFUND!!! Manager is never there!

Came here with my family and all I can say is this place is disgusting my wife got a banana split and the whip cream tasted nasty and the cherries tasted spoiled. I got a waffle cone that was so stale that I almost chipped my tooth. My lil boy for a regular kids come which was hard as hell. All the staff was rude and have no professionalism what so ever. Will not come back to any baskin Robins ever again they have lost my business.
